True, but from sound of things that translates to "Werewolves are total juggernauts and the full moon lets them go toe-to-toe with the most powerful entities on the planet". So...yeah.

I see. I might reconsider the Neko thing, to be honest. From the sound of things, it means being much less useful in the fights we'll be getting into in exchange for perks that are somewhat situational. I can certainly see how that hearing and eyesight would be useful, but that could just mean my character would be a radar on legs to spot traps and such so that the stronger people can leap in and save the day. Likewise, I'm not sure if stealth or sneak attacks would be allowed to be all that effective either since someone could easily have the power to see through it (or just a good sense of smell), and knocking an important and dangerous foe unconscious from behind is so anti-climactic that I'm not sure if it would be allowed.

We'll its not like sneak attacks are like oblivions it will have as much damage as anything else minus the surprise aspect. Also i'm not accepting any more werewolves we have two and that more than enough.

Which kind of reinforces my point. Sneak attacks are awesome if both combatants only need to get in one good blow to the right part of the body to win, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't apply here. So, yeah. Neko would not be so great a choice. =/

I wasn't planning on making a werewolf, so no worries there. I'll just search the internet for a more useful species and hope this cold doesn't make that too difficult x.x;

unlike other vampires that have their vampiric powers sealed Elijah's isn't so his eyes are constantly like cat eyes.

History: Elijah was born in the human world, where he would spend most his child hood. Elijah was raised in a secluded village in Japan where he was taught on raised on the ways of Bushido despite being of Caucasian descent. His parents often left him alone with a babysitter due to their demanding jobs. Nonetheless Elijah's parents loved him very much. Due to his parents being gone often Elijah was raised more of less by the babysitter and his trainer. His trainer was one of the few Samurais still left. He instructed Elijah in the way of Bushido, kendo, kyudo, and soujustu. That old samurai practically became Elijah's guardian/father figure. But when it came to school and friends Elijah was often bullied because of what he was taught, his looks, and his personality. Even thought Elijah could defend himself he didn't want to harm the students who bullied him, because he feared that with his vampire ability he might go a little to far and severely hurt of kill the student. So for years Elijah endured the bullying. Till one day he finally did snap two, two of the people who usually bully him where being rougher to him then usual. Elijah had, had enough he decided to fight back. Due to him being young and still not being able to control his vampire powers he broke two of one of the kids ribs, and on the other one he broke his nose and leg. Elijah gained control of himself once he had done what he had done. He called for help from school staff. They asked him what happened and Elijah told them everything about the fight. They understood that he only fought back in self defense but they told him he had gone overboard when he had broken a total of four bones on the bullies. A few days later his parents arrived back in town and where called into the school. They said the Elijah was going to be expelled from the school along with the bullies. Elijah's parents talked too him that night about his powers. Later they decided that they would be moving to a new town several miles away. Elijah was in his last year in Junior HighSchool when they moved. He knew nobody at the new school and was constantly monitored for being a possible "threat" or " bully" to other students. At the start of his school career he had no friends and at the end of his Junior HighSchol career he still had no friends. When he left his hometown he was very sad for leaving Sensei, for he truly that wise old samurai. Eventually Elijah received a letter from Yokai Academy stating that they would like him to attend there.

Personality: Elijah is a very quite person. He speaks only to those he truly knows. He will talk if people initiate conversation with him first. He has a air of superiority around him. He is always listening and watching on what is happening around him(except when he zones out). Besides being quite he is very friendly. He is open minded. A bite shy. He will defend himself and his friends if necessary. He doesn't like people talking down to him. Despite his air of superiority he does respect those that have earned and show him respect. He prefers to follow the laws and rules set by his superiors. He often hides his true emotion or shows no emotion at all. It's truly rare for him to show any negative emotions it'd be more likely for him to show a positive emotion. He follows the way of Bushidō or the way of the warrior loosely not to the full extent as samurai did. He follows the main seven points Rectitude, Courage, Benevolence, Respect, Honesty, Honour, Loyalty and the two of the other points Filial piety and Wisdom.

Habits and quirks: zones out quite often/ spaces out.


Likes: night, tight spaces, darkness, steak, blood, math, social studies, reading, small crowds


Dislikes: bright lights, large open spaces, art, large crowds, spiders, heights


Power(s) and abilities:

Yoki Conversion:The signature ability of the Vampire race is their ability to channel their unrivaled reserves of Yoki directly into their unique musculature, generating incredibly high levels of raw strength whether it be strength or speed


Healing Abilities: When wounded he had the ability to heal himself.

Charm: Vampires can make victims they wish to suck blood from lower their guard by using charm; force is also possible, based on personality. But he can only charm humans and it is unknown if he can charm monsters.

Yokai Sensor: Like every other vampire he can sense other people's yoki

Durable: He is able to take more hits and punishment then most people.


Weaknesses:

Water- this is a vampires greatest weakness it disrupts their yoki channeling ability to the point where they cannot summon up their usual battle strength, and it also delivers a shock to the physical body not unlike being struck by an electrical current. To bath and cook they use a mixture of devils herbs and mixtures to dilute the water


Silver- it drains yoki channeling


Sunlight- if exposed too much can cause a light sunburn


Crosses- if blessed and made of silver can be used to stop the yoki channeling.


Garlic- causes a bad taste in the blood if a person who has ate it recently.

Needs slightly more in the personality. The history should have more depth if he does not have many friends talk about a close sibling or a family member or how a family member. If he does not have a good term person he is on with than talk about the absuive people he is around. If he does not have anything like that then talk about something I don't know what. Basically he needs detail friends, objects, family, etc. Also how does he have Shinso blood if he is not related to the Shinso blood line by some way he is a normal vampire.

See not all vampires are Shinso blood related so he needs more if he is going to be a Shinso.

He will be on par with Kokoa Shuzen in terms of power since he has no cross meaning he will be quiete a bit weaker than Moka Inner. Likely on par with Alex and almost near Joshua's level who has had his fair share of brawls.

He is also only able to enchant humans since monsters have been not been effected by it in series as far as I know of. This means his power will only give him a certain charisma but it won't be compulsive.

These are your powers
■Yokai Sensor: Like every other vampire she can sense other people's yoki.
■Super Strength: Young Moka made a remark about how Kokoa can handle heavy weights starting at a very young age with ease. Originally Kokoa's transforming bat was for Moka but the transforming bat weighed around 200 pounds. Only Kokoa could really carry it with ease and she was only eight years old at the time. When she fought Kahlua to help save Moka in chapter 57, when determined, Kokoa was able to cut through her sister's razor sharp bat-wing arms, and is the only character thus far, who's been able to do so.
■Durable: Kokoa can take hits and kicks from Kahlua and Moka and wave them off. She is known as a vampire who exerts strength through Yokai and she is extremely strong for one who does. It is not known to what extent on how durable Kokoa is but out of the four sisters it is most likely that she can take the most hits out of the information given in the manga.
