This story is Character based, that is it turn around the up and down of your character, the plot melding to their acts and twisting and intermingling with other's tales. You start as a citizen, old or new, in a small town called Newport, on the eastern coast of the US in the state of Maine. It is currently summer and a great change is about to happen to your character's life, whether they just moved there or have been there their whole lives. What will your tales do to the small town of Newport?

This is a social simulation where robotics are so advanced that they may as well be people and are cheap and commonplace workers for all. Not only that, but medical advancement borders on magical with an impressive 4.5 overall disease contracted in a decade by the residents, making them long lived indeed. A competitive world was born a few decades ago after a sudden improvement in both technology and medecine, prompting the human of the world to strive to do their best to not lose to their mechanical progeny. Will you prevail or fail and be forgotten?

The plot is ever-changing so input and discussion is very important.Think of this as a bit of a RPG with myself acting as a GM and (hopefully) making things tidy with missions and NPCs that will help you create the story you want. I hope to hear from you soon!

Name: Mordred Delano Hame

Personality: Surprisingly charming, and very confident. He's usually pretty chill, but when he gets frustrated his temper can run high.
He's pretty good with kids.

Appearance: Tall, well built, pierced and tattooed. He has sharp features and black hair that's cut relatively short. He has soft gray eyes.

Two crescents and an industrial piercing in his left ear, and three crescents in his right.

The head of Eddie the Zombie from Iron Maiden's Piece of Mind is on the inside of his left forearm. A snake is coming out of his mouth, coils around his wrist and bites itself.

A stylized neuron at the base of his neck. The dendrites wrap around his throat and the axon stretches down his spine, stopping between the shoulder blades.

Around his right shoulder and bicep is Van Goph's Starry Night, stretching down to his elbow. On his forearm is his own addition to the work, a grave yard, with an underground coffin on his wrist.

On his left pec is a little Batman emblem.

Strengths: Dedication, largely.
Weaknesses: Not necessarily good at prioritizing. Has to keep his temper in check.
Dream: Rock stardom, duh. He just really likes music and wants to do something with it.
Fear: His biggest fear is making the wrong decision. Not just eating a burrito for lunch and regretting it later, but really big ones.


Occupation: Starving musician(works in a comic shop in between).
Level of Schooling: Proud high school graduate, plus one year of community college that didn't work out.
Residence: Low rent single bedroom apartment. Bare essentials(fridge and stove, bed in the bedroom).


Brief History: Pretty standard childhood. He grew up in Washington, was made to take piano lessons since he was five and took up guitar in middle school because it was cooler. He played up until junior year of high school, where he discovered the joys of sleeping around and didn't have much time left. He didn't have an actual steady girlfriend until he went to Community College, and she, sadly, was only there until she could transfer to a school in Maine that she had her eyes on. Everyone does stupid things with their first love, and Mordred was no exception. He moved with her all the way to Maine. They were together for a few years, during which Mordred worked several jobs and got himself inked up. It may have been his tendency toward body modifications that caused them to grow further and further apart. Eventually it just sort of ended, and Mordred got his own place, and picked up the guitar again.

Name: Mirabelle Marie Katsaros

Age: Twenty Two [22]
Orientation: Heterosexual


Personality: Witty, Independent and Stubborn, Mirabelle tends to be a rebel just for the sake of having her own way. She is also stubborn to the core - the term 'forgive and forget' does not bode well with her - and can often blow up a temper that rivals Mother Nature herself. Despite her extreme stubbornness and fixed opinion, she will never impose her ideas on others, she has a vast amount of respect for everybody's differences. Those whom Mira respects and holds close to her is treated with amazing kindness, loyalty and generosity. Mirabelle doesn't like to talk about her feelings, and makes a much better listener. More often then not, she can be reckless and irresponsible; she jumps at suggestions of something new before thinking of the consequences. Loyal, observant and passionate, Mira can also be hot-tempered, aloof and unyielding

Brief History: Mirabelle was born and raised in Santorini, Greece. Her father and mother had been in Greece for a few months visiting Mira's grandparents and having a general vacation when her mother went into early labour. Mira lived at her grandparents house for the duration of her childhood and rarely saw her parents. Her mother kept flying back to Australia to run her beauty boutique and didn't want to 'inconvenience' Mira with the long flight and her father worked at one of the most prestigious law firm in Manhattan. Needless to say, Mira's parents were not ready for a child. That isn't to say Mirabelle wasn't taken care of. Her father always visited in the summer and her mother during the winter breaks. Despite her family's wealth, Mira was kept humble and stayed down to earth thanks to her grandmother, who wasn't afraid to give her granddaughter a quick and thorough tongue lashing if she stepped out of line. Six weeks after Mirabelle's fifteen birthday, her parents filed for divorce, which came as a surprise to no one. Mira moved to the States to live with her father and finished high school in Manhattan. When college application time came around, her father expected Mira to attend one of the Ivy League school and was shocked when she didn't. Mirabelle doesn't know what drew her to Newport, or why she chose to go the University of Maine but it was perfect. Mirabelle wasted no time packing and moving to the small little town she now calls her home.
