"Yes, you can drive. You can pilot a ship, can't you?" James says around mouthfuls of snacks. He sits down in the seat next to the pilot and waits for her.

Raising an eyebrow she gaps and looks mock offended "Of course I know how to pilot a ship" drawing her eyes together she moves elegantly into the drivers seat and glances around at all the buttons and switches, flicking her ears cautiously she looks for a labeled 'Start' button, finding none she blushes slightly and commands the ship to start, grinning in satisfaction as it starts she steers the ship uncertainly to the rocky surface of the small moon, hitting pillers of granit rocks and trees on her way down, she hisses and flattens her ears tightly against her head as the ship rattles and makes a 'Thunk' noise as it slams into the ground. Beaming she leaps to her feet and announce sweetly "we've landed!"

James was clinging to the insides of the shuttle for dear life. He had never been with such a terrible pilot. He was actually shaking, and there were dents where he had gripped the metal so hard with his robo arms. He slowly looked at Kawaii and managed to pry his hands loose from his makeshift handles. "I'm flying back this time." He stood up and on wobbly legs walked to the back, grabbing his gear and getting ready to go.

Leaping joyously toward the door Kawaii pulls her bow around and stuffs a bunch of the snacks into her cloak, pulling out another granola bar she easily tears it open inserting it into her mouth an crunching on it as she turns to locate James who was getting his gear, grinning wolfishly she pushes open the door and leaps out onto the sand, lashing her tail and perking her ears she looks around the sandy desert they had crashed beside, a small forest to their right and several cliffs behind them, giggling she was happy they hadn't fallen off the cliffs

James attached his sword and sheath onto his back and put his two pistols into their holsters at his hips. He walked out of the shuttle and followed Kawaii out onto the dry sand of the planet. Looking behind him, he realised just how close they had come to falling off the cliff in their landing. Shaking his head, he followed up next to Kawaii. "Alright, you lead." He says.

With a grin she twists and leaps into the forest, lashing her tail and looking around she lifts her bow and moves forward, glancing back at James she twitches her ears "Last time I came here there was giant serpents an bugs" shuddering at the idea, she glances cautiously around for any danger to come leaping out of the dense brush at them

James followed quickly after her, nimbly jumping over giant tree roots and fallen logs as they rushed through the forest. "Giant serpents and bugs huh? I've faced worse." He jumped up into the lower branches of the trees and continued hopping speedily from one tree to the next to avoid running into anything nasty on the forest floor.

Kawaii stopped dead and lashed her tail as a giant tree root stood up and hissed a long slithery hiss, Kawaii backed up and flattened her ears and leaped to the side as the snake lunged forward snapping closed its jaws where she had just stood.

James stopped and waited for Kawaii to finish playing with the snake that had just revealed itself. He sat on the treebranch he was on, waiting to intervene if he needed, but he doubted his help would be necessary. Plus, he had never seen Kawaii fight before, and wanted to witness it in person.

A darker tree snake lunged toward James as Kawii leaped on the back of the first, nimbly shooting it in the head with her new bow, the snake thrashed around wildly and Kawaii elegantly jumped off landing in the tree above shooting it once more in the eye, swiftly twisting she shot the dark snake in the eye that was attacking James, three more large wood coloured snakes unwound them selves from the foliage to participate in the fight.
