The sun began to rise over the pride lands, lots of animals could be seen gathering together to greet their future king. Atop Pride Rock, stood the current King(Kao) at the point. The queen(Susan) laid in the back, holding a little brown ball of fur(Kiwi) in her arms.
Sarto walked through the crowd as they bowed their heads to him.
Isis stayed in the den, not wanting to see the future king.

Kao led the mandrill(Sarto) over to Kiwi. Kiwi turned over on his back and looked up at Sarto. Sarto took a some kind of fruit from his staff and broke it on half. He then dipped his finger in the juice and painted a line on the cub's head, a ceremonial crown so to speak. He then sprinkled dust onto the cub. Kiwi let out a small sneeze as the dust was sprinkled around him. Sarto then picked up the cub and smiled up at the King and Queen. He then ascended toward the point of Pride Rock with Kiwi in his arms.
Kiwi looked down at the crowd as he was raised for all to see. He had a neutral expression on his face.
Isis still stayed where she was. She had no intention on going to Kiwi's ceremony.

Ningen grinned evilly as he stalked towards a young rabbit. It was a cute little thing, white fur covered it from head to toe. Honestly, Ningen didn't give a rat's ass about how it looked. He was hungry, and the poor rabbit was food. It was the circle of life.
''Come on, little thing. Try to run away, please? Pleasepleasepleaseplease?''
The hyena laughed as the little rabbit tried to make a run for it. Easily catiching up with it, Ningen grounded his paw into it's tiny little rabbit tail, making it cry out in pain.
''Well....bottoms up. HAHAHAHAHA'' he cackled insanely at his little pun, slirping up the rabbit as if it was stew. His laughter echoed through the grassland he was strolling through.

Sarto smiled as the crowd began to bow before the future king. Kao and Susan sat behind the mandrill with appreciative smiles on their face.
Kiwi still looked confused as he was held up to the sky and eventually felt himself being lowered into the mandrill's arms who was cradling him.
Kao and Susan nuzzled the confused Kiwi lovingly.

Isis had fallen asleep while the ceremony went on.

A darkish grey cub wandered around and took in his surroundings. He was a lost cub, but he didn't care. He only cared for himself. Darth continued walking through the trees of an unknown place. "I need a bite to eat." Of course, no one could hear him for no one was there. He just liked to hear himself talk. "Maybe, a mouse, or a bird." He said quietly.

Kisari layed under a tree nearby where the ceremony was. She watched from where she was as she didn't feel much like getting up at the moment.
Noal stretched himself out while he kept a close eye on Thana. She slinked around in the tall grass and followed after a completely unaware young mouse. Her tail twitched and flicked and to a more experienced animal the shadow it cast would have been a dead giveaway. She was getting ready to pounce when she noticed an outline on the horizon. Judging by the size, it looked to be a lion cub much around her age. Noal rose when she mentioned it and decided he would follow along a few feet behind her. Even though two cubs having a fight wouldn't be much to handle, if the cub was part of a roaming pack, she might be in trouble. Thana bounded ahead, her curiosity getting the better of her.
(Pride Lands)
Jasiri knew that the future king was being presented today, but that didn't mean she could skip out on her duties as a hunter. If she managed to take down at least one big animal on this first prowl, she would be back in time to watch the ceremony. It wasn't every day that a king was presented to the pride and she thought it would be viewed as quite a serious transgression not to show up and pay respects.

The ceremony came to an end and it was time for Kiwi to take a nap. Sarto handed the cub to his mother. Susan gently took him out of the mandrill's hands and went inside the den. Kao had wondered where Isis was this whole time and decided to go check up on the little girl.
Isis looked up at the king. "Hello, your majesty." She said with a smug, but convincing grin.
"Where were you during the presentation of Kiwi?" Kao asked.
"I was asleep inside this cave." Isis said innocently.

Darth finally smelt a something, a reptile. It was a lizard and he slowly crept toward it. He ran after the lizard as it tried to run off. He was only a cub, but he loved act big and tough. He crouched down, getting ready to pounce on the lizard.

Thana saw the grey cub as he approached the lizard and she trained her gaze onto him. He carried himself with poise, so she figured he was quite experienced. It wasn't long until she could hear Noal's lazy steps behind her and she sighed, "You didn't need to follow me, uncle."
He simply nodded in fake agreement and sat back on his haunches. Thana spotted a lizard of her own, and getting close enough to the stranger, she tried to mimic his motions.

"Look, I'm sorry." Isis said to him and then put her best fake, but convincing smile. "I assure you it won't happen again." Only if he knew that I didn't care to see Kiwi.

Susan was bathing her little boy as she held him in her paws. Kiwi had fallen asleep while he was being cleaned.
