Вадим Кадников (Vadim Kadnikov)
Unlike most cyborgs, Vadim still looks like a human, that is, when the extra parts are removed.
He dons a mask which hides his face, which half of is severely burned. Both of his legs are mostly intact, but they have framework built around them. His torso is that of a normal human, albeit covered with scars. His right arm is completely prosthetic, but his left is natural up until his elbow, where robotics takes over. His throat is covered with cybernetics. On his right arm he has the colours of the Russian flag painted across his shoulder.
He normally wears a suit of padded armour that means people can rarely actually see he is a cyborg.
Vadim does not class himself a soldier, as he had never served for an official branch of an army. He prefers the term "Travelling Freelancer" as wherever he goes, he finds work.
Upon inspection, one can tell that Vadim is Russian. On his right arm he has a Russian flag that has been painted on to the metal, which he often refreshes with fine paints. He was born there, and that is where his heart lies.
He was born in Moscow to an extremely rich family. His father was a weapons expert, and Vadim took an interest in the guns he held. His father owned a shooting range, where he taught his son at the age of 11 to shoot.
As Vadim aged, he became a very good shooter. He would travel out in to the wilderness and hunt animals, and before the age of 16 he was already an excellent marksman.
Upon finishing his education and finding his bearings, he traveled abroad to find a job. He found exactly what he needed, but perhaps not what he expected in Milan. After being spotted by a suited man shooting targets on a field, he was asked to do a job.
He was told that they had someone who they required to be dealt with and he could earn a good sum of money if he did it. He didn't take any of the sly bullshit, and accepted the job. He knew it was wrong, but if he didn't do it, someone else would, and he wanted the money.
After many months of working in Milan, he departed, with a much heavier wallet. In his time he had assassinated several targets, all giving him a reputable name.
He moved on to southern Asia, where he took Assassination work in Japan and China, the latter, little did he know would be involved in a war that would change the world soon later.
After Asia, he continued his tour, venturing to Germany, Belgium, England, Brazil, Singapore and finally Greece.
Over all of his travels, he had accumulated an astounding 12 languages; Russian, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, German, French, Dutch, English, Greek, Portuguese, Arabic and Spanish.
The country he stayed at the longest time for was Greece, where he had a huge reputation. On news networks he was known as "the Pantheon Assassin." And it was in Greece where he experienced the worst moment of his life.
During a mission to assassinate a Greek businessman inside his own factory, he was ambushed by hired guards, who threw a vat of acid over him, which instantly burnt away at his flesh.
He was saved by an ally, but had lost most of his face and body from the attack.
Due to his vast fortune, he had a hope of finding a way to reclaim his former self, so he searched for someone who could build a body around him, and sure enough, he did. In the USA, he was offered the surgery free of charge- but with a catch, he would have to join them in their fight against the Chinese. He had nothing to lose, so he purchased a private flight to the war-torn america and undertook surgery.
He is very soft-spoken and calm. He can have a sense of humor but doesn't often openly laugh, the most you will see is a smirk. He prefers to keep serious most of the time, but if he makes a good friend, he is not afraid to be able to speak with them.
Laser-blade built in to both arms that can be switched off and on at any time.
Think this: Click
Enhanced speed and agility (not a huge ammount, like olympian standard.)
Poor in open combat and lacks strength
Vadim would be a sniper-spy hybrid, he would be used to Assassinate targets, cover the main group from the skyscrapers above with rifle in hand, etc.
