- Roleplays which force you to take on a combat role.
If I want to play a crippled homeless man, I don't want to be pressured into making him an ex-dragon hunter who is proficient with all kinds of weapons. It's like forcing me to be overpowered.
We say something related to role playing that we don't like. e.g I'll go first.
- I think having a "theme song." as a requirement for a C.S is stupid and tacky.
- I think First person role playing is with out a doubt the worst thing you can do, ever.
Now you go!

Having roleplayers who want to ignore all character developement and constantly fight and vise versa.
People who insist on playing things their way despite the rp's plot calling for a different sort of character and or the character not being propable enough. Example: A nun in a group full of soldiers/A soldier in a bakery shop/A super robot character in a real robot world.
Also I completely agree with Tech's opinions as well. I sometimes have a 'theme song' but it is completely optional for me.

Mature, highly skilled and intelligent characters acting like four year olds.
Players unwilling to accept defeat.
Overly picky GMs.
I'm sorry that you cannot escape your responsibilities today. I'm sorry that your hopes and dreams of apocalypse have fizzled into a wisp as tenuous as a human breath. There is no easy way out. The world is still here.
Players who think GM's don't have complete control.
People who try to make their character the focal point.
People who complain too much.

Another pet peeve of mine is people who can't make good enough characters that in my opinion lack enough quality for the rp's I make I generally make a good character and put enough effort into him to make him good enough. Some people just put four sentences into something and are just like "Ok i'm done"
Also people who pay me back for my thousand plus (in high casual for those who are asking) word post with about fifty words ticks me off somewhat. I put so much effort into making my guys believeable as possible without as much biased-ness as I can. I don't ask for as much as I put in but I expect SOMETHING in return.
