The Plumbers are the police of the universe, but even they can't handle everything, that is where Flushout squads come in. the Flushouts enter situations too dangerous for most Plumbers, however, Flushout Squads are still in the testing phase, so a mix of new recruits and older members are being assigned.

Bio: Former wielder of an Ultimatrix. however, the Ultimatrix is currently with Azmuth for upgrades. so, she is left with just her wits and husband for protection, but she doesn't mind.

born on Vilgarxia and at a young age, she joined a revolutionary movement against their overlord Vilgax. the movement built up incredible steam, but then their overlord finally stoped seeing them as amuzement and started seeing them as pests, he slaughtered almost all of them, Kyzan and her cell were the last ones left when he came for them, everyone either died, or ran away to be hunted down and killed. Kyzan was the last one to be hunted down, as she ran through one of their forests, Vilgax jumped out and pinned her to the ground, at that moment, a Meteor came down, Vilgax recognised it. it was one of the Omnitrix pods, he lost his concentration long enough for Kyzan to get away, she now knew that the meteor was important, so she was forced to race Vilgax to it, she reached the Meteor and saw the Ultimatrix lying in the crater, she went over to it and it attached itself to her wrist, Vilgax then arrived and tried to Kill Kyzan to take it from her, however, she managed to use the Omnitrix's power to get away from him and then got off-planet. She first ran to earth and hid there for a while, but then some form of Strange Fate led her to join a team of beings from all over the multiverse, it was there that she met her to-be husband, he came back with her to her universe and they married. Wanting to give back to the universe, he pursuaded her to join the Plumbers along with him.

Bio: Jack was a military Engineer that fixed satellites and computers, one night when Jack was off duty he went to his usual diner to get some coffee when Max was thrown into the Diner by a large Appoplexian when the large Tiger humanoid walked in and gripped up Max Jack just sprang into action and took the Tiger down in a matter of seconds and helped Max up, Max offered Jack the position as a plumber and Jack thought about it for a minute his and curiosity got the better of him and Jack accepted Max's offer and was taken to plumber academy after he left the military, during his training the plumber academy came under attack by Techadon Robots that were trying to kill a Magister that was visiting the academy, Jack was one of the few Plumbers that lived through the attack along with the Magister, After showing his courage and smarts on taking down the Techadon robots The Magister asked for Jack to be part of the new Flushout squad for his smarts and bravery.

Bio: Born on the Sonorosian home planet of Sonorosia (What a great name?) His family of average social rank decided to take up arms against a rebel faction operating near there homes after they attacked poor Ssab and demanded protection money to "prevent" it from happening again.. The family worked seamlessly using planted members to put unstable rock in their bases then sonar scream them so that they collasped onto the rebels. After a year of hard work the rebels were defeated and the family was once again safe. Ssab continued the effort by assisting plumbers in finding a escaped prisoner. They offered him a badge and he joined.

A pair of skates who's speed and ability far exceed those of normal skates. He designed them with a self-propelled shoes equipped with powerful suspension, air cushion systems, and ultra small motors in the wheels. They're basically "high-end, customizable, motorized inline skates". They are composed of three major components: Wheel Motor, Hydraulic Cushion System, and Power Injection System. They are also equipped with a power-lock switch built on the outer sole of the skates. This overrides the acceleration system and enable them to operate as normal inline skates as well. The speed of the skates are generated proportional to the power of the user's leg; the assist motor accelerates based on the force of a kick. The real kick and thrill of the skates is the precisely calibrated air cushion system, which gives these self-propelled trick skates their juice, allowing him to "fly".

Bio: Henry was born with heterochromia and one hell of an above average intellect. But that wasn't all he was born with. He had certain abilities. Abilities he didn't know how to control or what to do with. The problem was it would sort of come and go. And he was shunned for it. Not only that he was picked on by others since they were afraid of his and didn't like him. His mother didn't wanna let him go through that so she took him away. They lived away from civilization for a few years. And after learning about who and what he was he decided to completely dedicate himself to helping others. As soon as he learned how to control his powers they returned to civilization.

However, this time to a new home. Since he could control his powers it was fine. He had no problem making friends. He was happy. But then his mother got sick. She was hospitalized and he didn't know what to do. The only he could think of to make the money fast was to make use of his powers. He created his skates using high grade tech he'd "acquired" and made sure to keep his face especially his eyes concealed. However, he ran into a bit of trouble while out and about. And soon enough he was being chased by two plumbers. He moved into an alley way and hit a dead end. They thought they had him, but rather than stop he kept going. Where? Up.

He rode up the wall with relative ease thanks two his skates and continued moving from building to building making seemingly impossible jumps. But the plumbers had their own special skills. They soon cornered him. He had no choice, but to fight. And like any other amateur he lost and was capture. However, upon hearing his story he was offered a deal. Join the plumbers and do right in exchange for helping his mother. Without question he agreed thinking it would be so much better than a life of crime and shame. And so the story continues.

Warning, XD Big ass CS =3 Figured I'd just go ahead and make one since I couldn't find a hint of the RP being 'full' already or anything XD so here ya go =3 I took a big chance with it I suppose, though given minimal information about the RP or limitations for characters I figured it'd be worth a shot, and hopefully not too much will need changing XD [Of course I understand perfectly if the equipmet included needs changing ^.^ I might have over done it there abit =3]

Name: Kllshixx [Kell for those who can't pronounce 'like a dragon']

Species: Dracosian [Made up because they never gave an official name to that race that I know of XD]

I'm sure more than one of us know of them already anyway xD and I understand 'playing a dragon' in a setting like this could probably be a rather risky manuever or something hinting of 'OP bait' xD But To my knowledge the 'dragon species' in the Ben10-verse is not naturally OP like some other places, not to mention, what better to throw at 'stuff normal plumbers can't handle' than a dragon with a cannon XD

Appearance: He reaches about 8 feet tall on all 4's, closer to 20 when stading up straight once factoring in his neck and body length [can always turn that down a bit XD]. He has a slightly stockier body shape than average, letting him handle just as much as a bigger dragon might, but slowing him down slightly.

He generally 'wears' more than a normal dragon would, that is to say 'devices and gadgets' really, while clothing down't exactly have a use on someone his size, a Cloaking device certainly does, more is explained under Equipment.

I couldn't find a single fitting picture reference even close to the actual species in this verse XD So this picture is to represent the color sceme for the character and only that. A little imagination with the descriptive info above should do the trick.

Skills:

Skilled Flyer - Albeit a bit slower than average 'for a dragon' [which is pretty fast still actually, so booster come in quite handy.

Specialized Engineer - due to his size he can mainly only specialize in larger devices, heavy weapons, vehicles, that sort, though he can 'operate' some smaller devices if he's careful not to break them, he can't work 'inside' of them. He LOVES to come up with his own design for big things though, custom made weapons of various tech levels, Armor or powered suits, vehicles and modifications, He's got quite the collection stored up.

Heavy Weapons Specialist: Though he can orchestrate some very much effective melee manuevers, his true 'skill' is with the use of 'the big guns', from a standard plasma cannon, to his own personal X-63 Kauron Variable Cannon System.

'Evaporation' - A skill he picked up with what time he's had working 'among humans', ad other lower tech civilizations. He can't 'vanish' per se, or turn invisible [without the help of his cloaking device], But he generally has come to automatically recognize things he can hide behind on top of, or places he can 'wedge' himself into to avoid notice.

Demolitions: Of course... you can image a charging dragon is pretty destructive on it's own, but strap on some reactive armor and a booster pack, and you've got a big freaking wrecking ball that can fly.




Equipment: This list will be pretty big actually XD Don't take this the wrong way, It's just various things he either made, or has acquired and keeps for his own use, or to share on the off chance someone can actually handle firing it other than him. He won't be carrying 'all of it' constantly, even he wouldn't be able to tote it all around XD His 'standard loadout' will be listed clearly, the 'extras' will go below that, and will generally depend on the known details of a mission, or if he just feels like taking it along for the hell of it XD

Also keep in mind, I don't know jack shit about the tech level rating stuff XD

And just a quick little note ^u^ Any 'heavy ordinance' type of weapons, by the standards of Intergalactic warfare I mean, Will require approval for use in the field during a mission, Like the Destroyer mode, or 'the Kicker'.

Standard Load-out:

Universal Translator - you know what this does XD but his is 'implanted' to avoid getting it blasted off in a fight and losing the advantage of communication.

Partial Armor - Not that a dragon commonly 'needs' armor, in his case it's more of a symbol that he's not 'just a dragon', but working with the plumbers, as the plumber's style of armor is fairly obvious most often. 'His' armor is only applied to his shoulders, Fore-arms, a 'half helmet' with useful HUD, scaning tools, and Combat Data, and some armor around his Flanks. Aside from that The techy X-63 is pretty freaking obvious.

Cloaking Device - Not the type that is used by assassins or other stealth specialists, his is just meat to suddenly make him camoflouged, to allow him to avoid being seen by humans or other low tech species that may cause problems seeing a 'big dragon' wandering about.

OH, i just thought of this, you could consider it a sort of 'heavy weapons' version of the proto tool, but for a dragon XD

This is his 'Personal Weapon', a weapon type that would normally require a mount or vehicle to fire without injuring the one firing, but being a dragon he can handle the recoil and even compensate for a 'turret mode'. It generally looks like a High tech Vest wrapped around his torso and wing bases, with a bunch of shiney metal and glowy things attached to the back of it, kinda like a 'dome' but not so smooth.

The X-63 Kauron Variable Cannon System is a collection of High-tech bits ad bobs that 'alone' are practically useless, but when put together they can reshape into various types of weapons or other useful things, ultimately creating an amazing multi mode weapon system that allows him to compensate for various restrictions required of a 'plumber'. Meaning that while it could potentially produce the fire power to blast a city block into dust [which would very likely overload the capacitors in the weapon], It can also form something as simple as a rock flinging apparatus or a ranged stun gun... It's basically like a 'swiss army gun' for dragons.


Primitive mode: The dome Simply sprouts a number of tendrils that will stab into the ground and begin sucking up rocks and such that will be propelled through other tendrils like powerful sling-shots... That's pretty close to class 1 or 2 right?


Turret Mode: This mode Sprouts a direction Weapon on the Dome, whether it's a launcher of some sort, a Laser, blaster, or whatever, It's power is reduced to avoid causing issues as it fires sideways or any other direction, Quite useful on the move or in dog-fights.


Seeker Mode: The Dome sprouts a number of tubes allover it's surface, which will take a few moments to construct small missiles that will be launched to seek out a target, thoug their yield is quite low, they mainly funciton as Anti air.


Claw Mode: The Dome Produces several Mechanical claws/arms that can be used to manipulate various objects, or perhaps fight if really need be, but best used to carry various materials.


Shield Mode: The dome sprouts a number of Energy nodes that will release a Wall of energy around the user and create a solid energy shield that will prevent entry and exit for a time, or unless broken. If a single direction needs to be blocked then it can do that as well, or eject the nodes to attach to other sufaces and create a remove shield that allows the user to flee in the other direction.


Buster Mode: a pair of barrels are produced from the dome, one over each shoulder, and through the use of a centrifugal Generator that grows from the other end, they collect energy within them and release balls of energy that fly in a straight line and can be fired fairly rapidly. Normally their lethality is minimal and tend to just 'stun' things, but when Charged heavily they can create an explosion similar to a grenade in power.


Destroyer Mode: For when you absolutely must pump out as much fire power as possible. He has to brace himself and become immobile to compensate for the recoil of this mode. This mode qualifies as perhaps a Class 20 Weapon [Is that right? or would it be lower? I haven't a clue T.T]

The Dome unpacked into a massive cannon(s), generally protruding over one or both shoulders at once, Forming a Wide-spread array of rods and coils that collect and manipulate vast ammounts of energy to a degree that touching it could vaporize a normal human. When Fired it tends to release the kind of fire-power that could potentially Clear out a whole city block if used correctly, but will most certainly leave a crater unless the target is exceptionally well defended.

Extras: I may just include the pictures or these XD But I'll try to organize them from lowest to highest tech and firepower. Remember, these don't really get used constantly, their use generally depends on restrictions placed on tech that he may be allowed to use on particular missions.

Some may also just be something he's come up with a potential design for but isn't exclusively 'just' his.

Bio: KllShixx is still a fairly young dragon, though quite intelligent, inventive, and boundlessly curious about the rest of the universe. He was already eagerly pressing other Dracosian's for stories about other things they've done, creatures they've encountered, world's that have been visited, and so on, though he didn't resolve to head out for himself until a specific event took place. A Mapmaker, who had dissapeared back when Kell was still very young, the Father of one of his friends actually, returned suddenly [The one that the forever knights captured], ripe with stories about what had happened prior to his capture, the maping he'd done, but most of all, this little planet full of 'monkies' that seemed to be variable enough that somehow they were capable of defending themselves and out-doing some alien's that threatened their world, as well as the nasty ones that had captured and kept him imprisoned for so damn long.

It was an exciting story to hear, but it inspired both concern and excitement in him, for if these 'monkies' could manage imprisoning one of their kind for an entire millenium, and there were dangers out there even worse than them, it made him wonder, what else could be out there. Being quite young still he had all kinds of ideas for 'helping the universe' and grand abmitions that age hadn't snuffed out yet, and this 'earth' sounded like as good a place to start as any.


The Details aren't too important but he got himself to earth to find that at first he wasn't all that impressed, what he happened to see just seemed so terribly primitive and fragile. of course at the time he didn't realize what lay beneath the surface of this 'young civilization' nor that he really shouldn't be waltzing around out in the open. Before he knew it he was smack in the middle of a sudden conflict between himself, the very people who captured the map-maker and seemed zealously hateful of him for no reason, and a bunch of humans and other creatures in shiny white armor. needless to say the display of technology and skill in the fight impressed him and got him considerably more excited suddenly, finding out of course that while humanity looked fragile and bland on the outside, down below there was a whole network of humans and even various aliens that were dedicated not only to protecting this planet, but to deal with all manner of crisies around the Galaxy.


It took a considerable ammount of convincing, and a display of his capabilities and willingness to help out, before he got his chance to join them, After which he spent a little while building a bit of a reputation and getting his claws on some fun 'toys', which to him meat things that make lots of noise or explode. It seemed soon that a 'special' branch was ripe for his placement as both a relative newbie to the proffession and as one of fairly unique capabilities himself, thus he's become a new member of the Flush outs.

you spent a long time on this, obviously, but i should have stated my limitations on the original post, but i will state now that you are only allowed species within reason, Draconians are stated as being incredibly rare and exceedingly powerful, and are in the same strength class as a To'Kustar (Way Big), Diagon and Alien X, you understand that i have to have limitations.

i should note that Jim is in the same strength class as Tetramands.

Bio: Jack was a solider in the human military when he was noticed by the plumbers, Jack proved himself to the plumbers by doing a test of trust that he passed with flying colors, On Jack's first mission he was sent to arrest a scientist that was hiding on a planet in the Milky way with other scientist and aliens that were apart of a dig site, Jack eventually caught up with the scientist, The scientist planted bombs across the dig site and would have trapped the scientist in underground caverns, Jack chose to disarm the bombs and let the scientist escape but one bomb went off and Jack almost gotten trapped but had to cut off his own arm to escape with the dig team.

how did the Plumbers come to notice him? Max was only noticed because he did the horizontal monster mash with a hot alien space chick.
