As I wake up I can feel a pounding in my head and for a second I wonder why. Then I remember the crash and struggle up, maybe there are some survivors. All I can see is the plane wreckage, snow and a lot of blood surrounding the bodies of people are almost definitely dead. My best chance of survival is to keep warm so I stumble towards the mess of the remaining plane, planning on finding something for a fire.

Kat rubs the side of her head, as soon as her eyes open. She tries to move all her body parts to see if anything is broken or badly injured. Looking at her slightly burned clothing, she figures that she is okay. Kat looks around to see herself surrounded by scrap metal of what looked to be like the plane she was in. 'I knew I should have picked a different flight' She thought to herself.

"This isn't good..."
As Kiia looked around she saw the dust of the crash slowly disappearing. Everywhere were wounded, and at the tail of the plane there seemed to be a fire. Luckily it wasn't close to her. Her head felt strangely clear, and even though she had hit it several times, it didnt hurt at all. Though she knew from experience it would hurt all the more the next day, right now she was thankful. She tried to get up, in order to get to safety. As she moved her left leg, she felt a sharp pain. She cursed under her breath. Broken, of course... Just her luck again.
"Hey! Is there anyone around? We need to put out that fire!" She looked to see if there was someone near.

Wilks came to still buckled into his seat. Not that his seat was attached to anything per se, but it was still comforting that some things would hold together in the face of a burning and exploding passenger plane. Stretching, Wilks came to the delightful conclusion that his death in this barren and snowy wasteland would be long and full of starvation as the damn crash had left him unscathed. Bastards.

He unbuckled the flimsy cloth that had saved him and began walking towards where some of the plane was, smoldering and aflame. Hopefully signaling friendly forces that yeah, rescue any minute now. As he got closer, he heard a voice shout directions to put out the fire. Because cutting off the one source of heat is a great idea for unprotected frozen times. Wilks nods to the cripple, the other survivor dude and that chick in the plane before he starts unloading all supplies from the plane, starting with the overhead compartments and working his way down.

Kiia shook her head. She could not believe that guy just ignored her. Not that she wasnt used to being ignored, but right now, as fellow survivors of a plane crash, it didnt seem like the most logical course of action. Se forced herself to stand up. Right now was not the time to sit down and feel sorry for yourself. With great effort she slowly humped towards the guy. He seemed to be scavenging stuff essential to surviving, that lay scattered all over the crash site. Well at least he kept his head cool, she aprovingly thought. If only he wasnt trying so hard to get himself blown up...
As she looked at the fire she saw that it was still relatively small. It wouldnt take long to put out, if she hadnt been injured she could have done it alone. As she reached the guy she cleared her throat and concentrated on getting the message accross. The walk had exhausted her, and the clearness of her mind she had felt before seemed to slowly fade away. "Look, the fire..." she tried to get his attention. "Fuel tanks, over there" she pointed her hand. Why didnt he see it? It was only a matter of minutes before the fire would be too big to stop. "If we dont put it out, it will explode."

Kat dusted off her striped hoodie and stood up. She saw her bag dangling from a tree limb. She cautiously removed it to find most of her books still intact. Thank goodness. At least she would have something to keep her company.....Besides the group of reawakening passengers. Stepping over branches and chunks of metal, Kat made her way over to the other. She overheard the end of their conversation and went straight past them to the fuel tank. She tugged at it trying to move it away from the fire.

Wilks didn't pause chucking every available object away from the burning plane to answer his fellow survivor, "Great point about the tanks. Movin' them away so we can make sure this baby burns long and true, hadn't thought o that."

Wilks turns to look over at the tanks and spots some chick in a stripped hoodie limping her way towards them. "Hey, good on you girl, movin' away them tanks. Great initiative!" Wilks shouts.

Turning back to his work, he continues where he left of, "What, put it out? Because it might explode? Well fuck, we already lived through one, who says we can't do that shit 'gain. 'Sides, we need this hunk o metal to stay lit. What other source o warmth we got, huh? How we gonna signal others from the crash, o civilization God willin', where in tarnations we at? O say worse comes ta worse, how in bumfuck's name we gonna know where the fuck we commin' from if we ain't got no signal lightin' our backs." Wilks chuckles "Put it out, o lordy, but you got you some crazy ideas. You wanna help me fling some shit out this trap?"

Kat stepped back from the fuel tank. "You know you could help me." She called out. She pulled a rubber band of her wrist and tied her bright red hair back with the rubber band. With her hair out of her face she looked around. There was no visible way for her to move the tank without help. Maybe she should focus on building a shelter instead.
