But we were discussing AlicexRain. I can't admit to reading any good fic with them as a pairing, but I don't really read anything but Alice and Claire, so I don't know if it's out there.
I haven't seen any so honestly, I have no idea. Maybe we can pioneer that ship as well at some point. I mean, maybe we totally make the magic happen. I can see it. Maybe an AU of he first movie or something.
An AU of the first movie... that's a sore spot for me. Dang fic I started and never finished. Trust me, writing the first movie, even including Claire is not as fun as it sounds. I think an AU post-genesis, pre-apocalypose rp would be better. Maybe Alice and Rain could hide out in Claire's apartment. Both the women, hunted by Umbrella. Rain and Claire could even have some kind of previous history. That way there's a reason Claire would want to help. Then, eventually, maybe after some fooling around and flirting, the outbreak could begin.
Just a thought. That was literally the first thing to come to mind.
I like that idea, a lot actually. The whole refugees from Umbrella. Maybe Rain's history with Chris would mean she knows Claire by association. Maybe could be why Claire wants to help since she hates Umbrella for taking Chris or something. But really, I like it. I hadn't had that take on it before. The runaways thing anyway. Ooh, now I'm all excited Haha.
