"Maybe I should find a place to stay for the night...not that there's anything wrong with camping out for the night" he smiled and grabbed his pipe from his mouth, he threw it back so it landed in his backpack, "hotels are a bit to pricy for me at the moment..." he scratched his head again, "more importantly do you know if fireworks are sold around here?" he smiled a bit mischievously and pushed his glasses back so they didn't fall from his face

"I think you need to mind you don't get into trouble" I reply, attempting to use the same voice I would if talking to my grandson. However, maybe town does need a bit of spicing up. I find that it has become quite plain in the past few years. I am definitely considering it when my hand subconciously reaches into my pocket and hands him a few coppers and the words "Around the corner, the little golden shop, sells the best. Tell the manager that Jung sent you." slip from my mouth.

Jake looked at the coins in his hand then back up at Jung, "I can't take these, but I do appreciate telling me where the shop is" he dropped the coins back into Jung's hand as he got up, he stretched and looked to where Jung had pointed, "well we still have quit a while until i gets dark,would you like to grab a drink?" he gave both of them a large smile as he attached his fishing pole to his bag with a strap,

While contemplating his offer I slowly flick the coins back in my pouch and check carefully over my reply "I don't see why you would want a drink with an old woman like me... But since you offered in such a gentlemanly manner I would live to accompany you. Can I ask what your plans are for new year? Maybe you would want to meet with some of the other village gentleman?". Yes, that seemed a good enough response, not too much of anything but enough to not seem rude.

Jake smiled at Jung, "madam I think you don't look a day over 30" he checked his pocket to make sure he actually had enough of his own money to pay for everything, "I would love to do some sight seeing for new years, but meeting the people here certainly sounds like a great idea, well if they are all as kind as you that is"

I give him a large, partly toothless grin in return, glad to have company that is so very polite. "If you want to sightsee you've come to the perfect town. The bridge that leads up to the mountain is the oldest structure we know of..." I lower my voice in case of eavesdroppers "Some say that if you go up there at mignight you can see everything from the rabbits to, although they don't exist anymore, some people claim they see dragons through the fireworks.

Jake's eyes lit up when he heard about dragons, "that sounds fantastic, I love the idea of dragons" he looked into the distance where the mountains could be seen, "I think I found what I want to do tonight" he grinned at Jung and fixed his glasses again,

It is one of my favourite things to see somebody so enthusiastic about something so very magnificent. The next best thing to that is having new company to spend time with, overall today seemed like it was going well. "That's brilliant" I begin "Some of my old friends are going to be there as well, I do hope you don't mind."
