Not particularly. Im afraid the idea of an army wouldnt really work with what we have going in terms of where the world is right now. Maybe a police force or some sort of mercenary band. Also, I'm really doubting how many universities there are in this world. Sure they value intelligence but not as something that you devote a specific amount of time on. You would be learning all your life, being taught by your parents generally. People just dont have time for higher levels of education.

hmm, that really wasnt clear to me when i frist read the plot, i thought it would be possible before the first 'attack' so to say it. I woud appeciate it if you could give me a list like the example below. and then i will alter my character.

Well the idea is that when you're making a character you would take the world into consideration. For example, this world has timed electromagnetic pulses, unless you can come up with some sort of incredibly complicated plot that would make it so that his augmentations aren't affected, it makes sense that he wouldn't have augmentations. Also, I explained that the world has very little firearms. So in reality, just thinking for a moment about the world would have told you that those two things are not allowed.

I am not going to make a list of the things that you cannot use in this RP because I want to be open. There are some people who might handle a certain thing better than others. Just use common sense and think more about the world and I think you will come up with a decent character.
