I know what a tesla coil is. What you described sounded a lot like a tesla coil, which is why I mentioned it. A wire which is magnetically charged in some form, that's what I was referring to. Perhaps what you were describing was another thing, I'd like the name if you'd be so kind, but it still bears resemblance to a tesla coil. It doesn't quite matter, anyway, my explanation still covers what you were speaking about before.

Hey! My roomies dog just had her puppies, so as much as Id like to say I'll have a CS up tonight - I doubt it. Were aIl taking turns watching her, and after my last turn I'm likely to crash hard. BUT I can totally have one up tomorrow!

Congratulations! That's great! I love getting new baby pets, they're so much fun. The delivery isn't much fun but puppies are adorable. I hope you find a great place for them to live, assuming you're selling them.

How many are there? What kind of dog are they?

I thought about something for modes of transportation. Have you ever watched the show Reboot? They used these things to glide around.

Looks like it uses computers and most likely a huge amount of electrical circuitry.

right, there must be some sort of pulse energy that can make something run without using electricity per say.

There very well might be, but making said thing would require tools that need electrical tools to create. It's a very sad fate these guys are in.

They just go around beating people with bats on their incredibly rusted bicycles with the frills on the end of the handles and a honker. That's such a funny image.

I'll be recontacting everyone who has yet to post a character.

    Name: Kristopher Anderson

    Age: 29

    Race: white

Appearance: Of average height (6’1’’) and not terribly bulk (180 lbs) muscle-wise, Kris doesn’t make much of an impression upon entering the room. Still, he is by no means a forgettable face, but many would argue this to be a consequence of his occupation rather than mere physique. As for facial features, he sports a small head with two blue eyes and long blond hair falling just about to the shoulders. His clothes on the other hand are whatever he has on hand plus what was once a white coat.

Personality: An introvert at heart, not much of what Kris thinks or feels can be seen outright. Preferring not to speak too much, he’ll keep to himself almost always. This doesn’t make him a loner though, as he’s still quite social, he’s just that quiet guy that while participating does so in a mostly silent manner.

    Equipment:
-Ancient surgical kit – scalpel, forceps and all that jazz (preserved from the days of his great-grandfather before doctors got downgraded to underpaid butchers)
    -Clothes on his back
    -Rugged doctor’s coat
-Pair of small, finely crafted steel knives
-Small stash of random drugs: anesthetics, analgesics, antipyretics… – about a dozen or so pills per medicine.
-A field medical kit used mostly for quick sutures
    -Booze, 2 liter bottles
    -Large hikers backpack

Biography: Ever since there was a sun, there had always been an Anderson doctor. And in a way he just might’ve been right for as far back as anyone could recall at least one out of every generation would decide to partake in the field of medicine. With that in mind, Kristopher’s father prepared him for the calling from the moment he realized the family wasn’t going to have any more children. Since it was a big part of his family history, doctor work easily integrated with who Kris was and the boy would start showing great hopes as a surgeon soon enough.

The lands of aftermath had always been a dangerous place to live, so it was only natural that each child would be put through some sort of warrior training. For Kris the decision was pretty obvious. Since he couldn’t risk hurting his hands, he was left with legs. First choice being Capoeira, yet it just wasn’t meant to be as Kris somehow always lacked rhythm to fine-tune his movements. As a natural substitute, Taekwondo came in as a quick second and it was something he kept working on whenever he had time to do so. Having no natural talent for wielding weaponry, he would stick to smaller blades such as the knives on his person. Used more for mundane tasks and a false sense of security, he probably couldn’t use them for combat purposes.

It was only natural for Kris to leave home when he came of age and so he did, stepping in as a replacement for a retiring doctor on some random scientist’s team. Kris quickly established his place of course, even if the position he held didn’t command too much authority.
