It was taking all his restraint to not move his head the short distance and kiss her. It was too soon. They had just met. If he did she might think he is the same as most boys now, wanting to quickly jump into it. You should get to know her. But she is so close. She is so kind but still too soon. He smiled at her, hiding his internal struggle. He nodded," I suppose so... Catch on to an idea, and let the words flow." She has beautiful eyes.
She smiled. She wanted so badly to kiss him. Was it too soon? What if I'm like all the other girls he probably dated? Jumping into it too fast before getting to know some one? What if he kisses me? I might mess up. Gah! I hate not having experience in this crap. It is so hard! "Exactly. If you don't, the words fall into a dark abyss. Just trying to claw its way out." She looked into his eyes.

Derek nodded, silently applying that to his situation. Maybe I should just let my feelings flow... It could work... The moment seems right now. Maybe it's not too soon. What if she feels the same way? He said," it makes complete sense..." He hesitated now, a slightlynervous appearance coming over his face. Hopefuly she reacts ok. He closed the space between them, his eyes closing as he did. His free hand softly moved up to gently hold her face as his lips met hers, softly kissing her.
She was going to say something, but then he finally kissed her. She kissed him back softly. She moved closer to him, closing any distance between them.

OOC: I am dropping out of this...I see no reason to continue this RP...since my character can not interact with anyone(since the person I invited has not posted)...and you two are the only people posting..which is turning more into a 1x1 love fest.
