Here we go again (Yuri)

Yuri (百合 ? ), also known by the wasei-eigo construction Girls' Love (ガールズ ラブ gāruzu rabu ? ), is a Japanese jargon term for content and a genre involving love between women in manga, anime, and related Japanese media. Yuri can focus either on the sexual, the spiritual, or the emotional aspects of the relationship, the latter two sometimes being called shōjo-ai by western fans.

Just thought I'd post that to explain Yuri in a nutshell.

Okay a couple of Weeks ago I began a Yuri thread where I came up with ideas and just fired them off to the readers.
Peony House was one such Idea.
I tried to begin send an actual I C thread by the same name, my second half posted twice then never posted again.
Since then I've given the thread a great deal of thought as you can see below.
I'm still interested in running the story but lack a partner
I can play either part I love them both, I can be cultured and refined or a Neko as it refers to Tomboy

The Peony flower is among the longest-used flowers in ornamental culture. It is a traditional floral symbol of China, where it is called (mu-dan). In 1903, the Qing Dynasty declared the peony as the national flower.

Peonies have been cultivated in Asia for more than a thousand years. Requiring such careful cultivation, they were flowers that only the rich could afford to grow in Japan. Therefore the peony symbolizes prosperity for the Japanese.

The peony flower grants its recipient the power to keep a Secret. In its tightly clenched petals, nymphs could hide.

There once were two great clans who had for generations fought a never ending war against one another, no one truly understood now how it had all began or who was at fault
This war weakened Rokugan (Mythical Japan) by the loss of great fighters from both houses.
The Emperor normally insulated from such turmoil by his Celestial duties as well as the council of Lords and the Shogun who's duty it was to attend to temporal matters.
It was the Failure of the Shogun that he was of the House of the Fire Mountain and would have loved to see the destruction of both houses so did nothing and even encouraged their war to new levels of violence.
It was his greed that allowed the Kang (Chinese) to attack unnoticed nearly entering the capital city.
The Shogunate was disbanded by the Emperor, the former Shogun given permission to commit Sepeku and the two houses ordered to cease their war and send their heirs to the Capital Edo.
The Emperor out of touch with maters temporal decreed that these two houses would be made blood relation by marriage not knowing that the recent war had killed the male heir of Oni mountain and the House of Dancing Serpent's eldest daughter had become a monk. This left quite a dilemma as now the heir of each house was a young girl
The Emperor's word law once spoken wasn't concerned that the Heirs were both female and would still stand.
The House of the Dancing Serpent known for the skill and speed of their swords sent their Heir Saki the Snake who was even at the age of 19 considered one of the deadliest duelist in Rokugan.
Saki is a cultured young woman who is in some circles called the sleepy snake due to her relaxed and quiet manner.

A deadly foe she can attack from a relaxed stance drawing her Dai Katana in the lightning draw which is a signature move from her house

From House Oni Mountain Lady Akane also known as Tiger for her for ferocious and powerful attacks comes.
A powerful and fiery young woman she is like the rest of her clan only considered barely civilized

She has been known to shatter her enemies swords in a single blow and is considered by some to be as physically powerful as her namesake.

Peony House lies at the edge of the city of Edo at the base of the mountains which surround the city.

Considered one of Edo's most beautiful houses outside of the Imperial residence it has a sinister reputation.
Called the House of waiting by some Peony is where those awaiting Imperial judgement usually wait their deaths or punishment.
What can be viewed of the house is very little outside of the roof due to the 18 ft. walls that surround it making it mysterious.
The guards of Peony never set foot inside instead walking a path along it's wide top and are chosen from the archers of the Imperial watch.
No one knows what lies inside or who takes care of the house proper.
It is in the Peony house where the Two Heirs shall reside though they will be allowed to wander the surrounding district.
They must also follow the orders of an old woman whom they must refer to as Aunt Haru.
They will both surrender their steel blades and only be allowed Boken (wooden swords)
They will spend every waking and sleeping moment with the other no farther than 20 feet away unless Aunt Haru says different.
They are to be punished as if they were one person no matter the infraction or if the other was party to, unaware of or trying to prevent.
In 3 years time or sooner they will each take on a marriage role, one the husband the other the wife with the wife assuming the loss of Samurai status but not class.
If they are judged to be at anytime unfit or in 3 years not come to an agreement they will be executed by slow boiling, their Houses disbanded and their skulls be forever mounted at the gate of Traitors.

I know it sounds like a very dark tale but in the end it could have a happy Yuri ending lol
