I got a few questions about the rules.
I think auto-hitting in general should be outlawed in any rp, but you only have auto-kills as against the rules
Also, you say that dodging bullets is against the rules, even for a supernatural character. What if the character is quick enough to speed dash and knows the exact moment the shooter is going to shoot?

Auto-hitting is when the player attacks a character and decides that the attack hit.
Example:
Joe shot Austin in the knee, causing immense pain and crippling him
Merely attacking without auto-hitting would be this:
Joe fired his M16 while aiming at Austins left knee, in attempt to disable him.

Personality: To some he seems good, caring and a gentleman. Others would call him a manipulative bastard. In truth, though he is immoral and mostly out for himself, in the end he does have a kind heart and has the greater good in mind. I leave it to any one of you whether he is an anti-hero or anti-villain. He hates China. He holds great amounts of anger beneath his calm exterior but rarely talks about what exactly it is he is pissed about.
History: Though his age is unknown, it was not long ago that he was a human. He got into one of those last-stand-shootouts, taking many other men with him when he died. Because he made a deal with a demon, he was cursed to 10 years in hell, but managed to escape after only 1. The rules of the deal he made was that after his stay in hell, he would become a demon, but it was never specified how long he had to be in hell. He was supposed to become a crossroads demon who granted wishes to humans in exchange for their souls, but instead he grants wishes in exchange for loyalty, as he is forming a group for a certain purpose. Because he escaped hell, and refuses to be a "proper crossroads demon," other demons frequently come after him.

He looks like this but only has a chin goatee and cleanly shaven everywhere else. He also has a very lean body, eight pack included.

Once she clings to someone she never lets go(Yonah only clings to one person)
History: Yonah has lived a completely normal(Shitty) life, her family constantly moves form place to place, never satisfied with where they live and the conditions. Her family spoils her to make up for their time spent at work(She isn't THAT bratty). Since her mother and father are always at work that leaves Yonah to cook and feed for herself(Sometimes stroll into neighbors houses so that they can feed her their food that they spent their money on).
