The sun was shinning when Nicole opened her eyes, it had been yet another late night with the boys last night. She knew what she was getting herself into when she had joined their band but it still wore her out. Streching she slid out of bed and had a shower getting herself ready for the day. Hearing her cell phone go off she walked over to it after sliding into a pair of jeans and tank top that she covered up with her hoodie that had cat ears on it. Looking at it she smiled lightly seeing their session had been pushed back today so she had time to herself for the afternoon.

After she was ready and had something to eat Nicole headed for the coffee shop down the street from where she was and ordered a ice coffee. Sitting down at a small booth alone she sipped on her drink as she thought about the songs she had to sing tonight, she loved being in a band and the guys had made her feel right at home with them.

Oliver woke up, unsure of where he was as he blinked open his eyes. The familiar setting of James' basement came into view as he realized he had crashed on the couch. He looked to the side and suddenly a foot came into his line of sight. Oliver jerked and pushed the foot off of him, sending Zack falling to the ground. The thud woke up Tyler, who groaned. James came down the stairs and observed the group with a smile. "Morning boys!" he called sarcastically.

Tyler flipped him the bird and rolled over in an attempt to fall back asleep. Zack had already passed out on the floor. Olive sighed and sat up, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "James, you damn morning person."

James chuckled and took a sip of his coffee. Oliver stood up and stretched. "I'll probably head over to the coffee shop now. You in?"

James shook his head. "I'm meeting Roxie for a movie. Have fun by yourself."

Oliver glanced at the passed out bodies of his friends and sighed. He went over to his house to shower and change then headed for the coffee shop. He ordered the special, not really caring what it was, and looked around the shop while his coffee was being prepared. He saw a pretty blonde girl sitting alone at a booth and smiled. He grabbed his coffee and walked up to her. "You expecting anyone?"

Nicole snapped out of a light daze and looked up when she heard someone talk to her. "No, not at all." She replied with a soft smile and she took a sip from her drink. She had never seen this guy before and was always willing to meet new people. Her eyes watched the young man as he took a seat with her as a soft smile spread across her face. " my name is Nicole." She told him with a soft tone as she reached her hand out to shake his.

Oliver smiled and sat down across from her. "My name's Nicole." "Pretty name. I'm Oliver," he replied and shook her hand. He let his hand linger a few seconds after the handshake before pulling away and picking up his coffee, hoping it would make her at least blush. He took a few sips of the coffee, detecting peppermint and finding that ironic since Christmas was a week ago. He put down the cup and looked at Nicole's. "Whatcha drinkin'?" he asked casually.

"Your name isn't to bad either." Nicole replied slightly bashful for his compliment and that he allowed the hand shake to linger. "Uh caramel ice coffee, and you?" She asked him as she slightly admired his looks. She wondered if this guy had already known who she was or if he had never head of the band. She decided to leave the thought behind her as she took another sip of her drink. She had just met him but she was sure he was a kind guy.

Oliver smiled at her comment and picked up his cup, taking another sip. "I'm not quite sure, actually," he replied with a light chuckle. "There's some peppermint in it." He shrugged and grinned at Nicole. "Want to taste?" As her examined her facial features more closely he realized not only that she was more attractive than he had originally thought, but she seemed familiar too. He decided not to say anything though. Maybe he'd seen her at school or around town sometime.

Nicole shook her head lightly when he asked if she wanted a taste. "No thanks, pepermint isn't exactly my thing." She replied as she set her cup down when she noticed him staring at her. "How long have you been living here, I think I have seen you around." She asked him as she played with a few strands of her blonde hair that were so light they almost looked white.

Oliver nodded and took another sip before setting the cup down on the table. "I've lived here my whole life, pretty much," he replied. "Moved in when I was a few months old." He grinned absently when he noticed Nicole playing with her hair. It was kinda cute. "I think I've seen you too. What school do you go to?" Oliver took another sip of his coffee and drummed his fingers lightly on the table to the beat of Ammunition's first song.

Nicole was about to respond when she heard him tap out a tune that she thought she heard before. Thinking about it for a moment she knew exactly why it sounded fimilar to her and she sighed lightly. This guy was a bloody fan of her band's biggest rival called ammunition. Truing to act causal she looked at him calmly. "I went to silver oak." She replied as she tried to say something about his taping that song without being rude. "And I am guessing you like the band ammunition?" She asked him with a fake smile, she didn't want him knowing she was part of dismember if he didn't already know.

Oliver nodded. Silver Oak. "I went to King's Academy. Must've seen you around town sometime then." Oliver was about to reply when his phone vibrated in his pocket. He held up his finger and checked the message.

Oliver sighed and typed a quick "Coming" before slipping his phone back in his pocket. He got out a pen he kept with him just in case any song lyrics popped into his head and wrote his number on a piece of paper. He slid it across the table to Nicole. "I gotta run. Text me sometime." He stood up and was about to leave when he remembered her question. "Ammunition? I'm their biggest fan." He winked at her before hurrying out of the coffee shop, knowing the guys would kick his ass if he wasn't at practice on time.
