Basic Plot:
- Jinchuriki of a new era rising up to try and take over the shinobi world.
- So the villages are all on the look out and need to watch out.
- But they're too stubborn to form alliances.
- But Naruto's Grandson Nagato isn't about to let the world be destroyed.
- He's a jinchuriki too by the way.
- Oh and the surprise main villain is the Hokage who's really just pretending to be a good guy.
It pretty much revolves around:
- 6 of the 9 Jinchuriki being evil or rather tired of being outcasts and treated unfairly.
- 3 being good and being compared
- dealing with shit
- the alliance having been broken and the new leaders(and maybe some old) being to stubborn to work together against the imposing threat
- Nagato Uzumaki and the friends he makes(other characters)
I plan for us to all start off as Genin and then become Chunin and then Jounin to show the progression of power and maturation. Plus... The whole story thing...
Actually... Not even Genin... It'll be like... We're genin taking the chunin exams... That how i figure people from different villages meet... <---- Again an idea I kinda stole from my friend's old RP.
The arcs and the way is basically my friend's old plot format except with my own tweeks (like the Jinchuriki rising up and the actual story of the RP was my idea.)
Oh and um... for any joining... I would suggest having more than one character in case one might be caught in a situation where they'll die. If you only want one I might be able to work out some situations where they'll be kept alive.
Adult top ninja will mostly be NPC's and stuff used for furthering the story and what not.
So basically the characters will pretty much start off as about 12 or 13 year olds during the Genin/Chunin exam art. Little time skip after and the characters will be maybe 15 or 16 for the Chunin arc. And 18 or 19 in the Jounin arc.

1) Limit 3 substitution jutsu and 1 space-time Ninjutsu per battle OR 3 Space-time ninjutsu and 1 substitution jutsu(keep in mind we won't have space-time until we're like... Jounin. And then... We shouldn't all have it. Maybe some, but... come on.)
2) Do not simply say your attack landed unless you are fighting an NPC. Allow the other player to decide whether the attack hit, kind of hit, or missed based on their character's abilities.
3) In accordance with rule #2 please do not make your character out to be godly in any way in battle. The only exception would be if you are severely stronger than an NPC or have pre-planned the ownage of another players character with said player.

1) Beast Wave Palm: A powerful technique of wind nature chakra that can cut and slash through any material. Nagato activates it by summoning chakra in one of his hands, and then swipes a slicing chakra wave which appears to be controlled by Nagato's will and thoughts. He is also able to use the technique in a rapid-fire, successive motion. Unknown Rank. Close to Mid Range.
2) Beast Wave Gale Palm: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Wave Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects. 3) Shadow Clone Jutsu: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. Nagato is proficient, but normally only creates up to if not less than 10 clones when utilizing the jutsu.

Summoning-
Toad summonings: He can summon a variety of Toads. Each is different and unique in its own way. The size and strength of the toad he summons depends on the amount of Chakra and focus he puts into it. However, so far has been unable to summon truly giant toads like his grandfather and those before him. He hopes that one day he'll get it, but for now uses the different types of toads he has success summoning to his advantage.
Two Most used non fighting types:
1) Diving Toad(Hidden in a Toad Technique)-The frog is able to dive up to a hundred meters in fresh water, making it especially useful for infiltrating enemy camps that are surrounded by a river or a lake. The stomach of the frog also has a special barrier that obstructs chakra, protecting the user from detection-type ninjutsu. C Rank.
2) Gourd Toad(Barrier: Toad Gourd Prison): This technique is used to capture and isolate a victim by dragging them into the toad's stomach. Isolated from the outside world by a barrier, the space inside the Gourd Toad's stomach is far larger than the surface size of the Gourd Toad itself. The environment inside the toad's stomach is a cavernous chamber, which includes a lake of strong corrosive gastric acid that can dissolve anything that should happen to fall into it, along with shores around the acid lake, and formations sticking out of the lake; the already-existing structures within the Toad's stomach are seemingly unaffected by the acid lake. Once trapped inside, an opponent is cut off from any allies and susceptible to attack, and can then be easily defeated. B Rank technique.

Specialty- Nagato specializes in ninjutsu, summoning and mid-close range combat. He is fairly strong and fast for someone of his age and general size. In Team 2 Nagato is the leader and strategist.
Bio: Nagato is Naruto's grandson. And learned a few things from his father before he died. Though he is an Uzumaki he doesn't have many of their traits or abilities. He isn't easily angered or very obnoxious. He rarely does anything without a reason, but can at times cause a bit of trouble. This is usually done when instead of following orders or doing what most people want him too... He does what he wants. He considers his family to be close and his cousins to be good friends and sometimes rivals , but probably wouldn't admit it. Nagato always strives to do what he believes is right and would never turn his back on his friends. He's loyal and very helpful. He's not the best at Taijutsu but is excellent with Ninjutsu and proficient at summoning. Nagato usually tries to think a few moves ahead of the battle and tries to picture every possible outcome to choose the best plan of action. Nagato also has a pretty large group of fangirls, but doesn't really like any of them as anything more than friends. Nagato does have a sort of pet... It's a huge, ferocious strong and scary looking Tiger. His name is Furball and he lives in the Forest of Death, but sometimes leaves or breaks out to either see or help Nagato. The special thing about Nagato is that he is a Jinchuriki. However, it is a secret known only by the current elders of the Uzumaki clan. He himself does not know and nobody in the village knows either as it was Naruto's wish that it be kept a secret. As far as anyone knows the 9-tailed fox died along with Naruto.
Personality: Cool, Calm, Collected, Usually care-free and happy as well as determined.
Appearance: Nagato doesn't really look like the typical Uzumaki. Rather is the spitting image of his great grandfather. He has blonde spiked hair with jaw length bangs which frame his face. His eye's are blue. He typically wears a white hoodie that has black stipes running vertically down the sleeves. He also wears Black pants as well as a black pair of ninja shoes. He wears his leaf head band on his forehead, but his hair and bangs cover most of it. He also as a a custom made head band with the Uzumaki seal/crest tied around his right arm.

History: To make a long story short he played a trick on Naruto as a kid. Rather than getting punished Naruto played one on him back. They became friends and Naruto took him under his wing. Who would have guessed he'd grow up to be and look so much like the teacher he'd heard so much about from Naruto. He is powerful and now roaming about doing as he pleases in the current state of "peace".
Appearance: Senri greatly resembles Jiraiya in mind and look. First off he is a tall man with waist-length, spiky white hair usually tied back into a pony tail, with two shoulder-length bangs that framed both sides of his face. He does not have the red lines that ran down from Jiraiya's eyes and wear's a Konoha headband rather than the horned forehead protector Jiraiya wore. Another difference is that he does not have a noticeable wart on the right side of his nose like Jiraiya had. His attire is modeled after Jiraiya's as well though his color scheme is different. He sports a navy blue short shirt kimono and matching pants; under which he wears mesh armour that showed out of the sleeves and legs of his outfit. His outfit was completed with hand guards, a simple black belt, traditional Japanese geta (wooden sandals), a dark green haori with two simple yellow circles on each side The outfit is complete with a scroll on his back.

(Fighting Style)
Silent Killing- Using mist or darkness, hidden mist ninjas kill silently, using blades to take out an enemy without making a sound. Coming from behind is used most often and the mist hides the body.
Duel Swords - Duel wielding swords is as easy to Volgun as it to breath, mastering using both hands to fight he now is ambidextrous, both in fighting and in writing.
Specialty: Volgun specializes in using ninjustu in his taijustu, up close and personal is what he is best, using his swords, he is best at close-range using his abilities to enhance his sword technique.
History:
Volgun Ringo is great-grandson to Ameyuri Ringo, a former 7 swordsmen (Woman) member, she was deadly with duel swords and one of the best swordsmen ever. He was abandon as a baby, and grew up raised by a former elite hidden mist ninja, Kakusareta Han. Kakusareta learned Volgun was Ameyuri Ringo great-grandson, by snooping around, and decided to raise him as a swordsman, after he passed the acadamy, Kakusareta, as a jounin, took control of his training, and with his two team members, did missions and trained for the chunin exam. During his missions, Volgun learned that the 7 swordsmen would be reinstated, and people would begin to take tests to be trained as a swordsmen, but the qualifications would be to be under the age of 18 and a chunin, Volgun had the age down, so all he needed was to pass the chunin exams. His attention was brought to the old swords of the swordsmen, as they had all vanished after the 4th Shinobi War, legend said after the 7 swordsmen where beat, hidden leaf ninja took some of the swords in secret, so they could not be used for evil. As the Chunin exam was held in hidden leaf, he could "kill two birds with one stone".
Personality:
Volgun is a fickle and sly person, always having ulterior motives. He uses stealth and a silver tongue to become a slick shinobi, but he has a deep passion for his village, and his work. He was abandoned for being like his great-grandmother, but for some reason he takes that as a compliment and works hard to become a great swordsman. He is upfront when he needs to, and can get forceful when desperate.

History: After her family came out of hiding, everything has been confusing for Jeni, she was one of a handful of people surviving in the Yuki clan, and she was able to awaken her blood limit, she is very naive, but when snapped into focus, she can get deadly. Like all Hidden Mist clan, she is very good at silent killing, and was put in team 3, because she had very nice long range ninjustu.

History: Ryou is a healer, and a genjustu user. He was raised in the military as a support character, and when he was put in team 3, it was just a right fit. He supports and heals when injured, and is a decent mid-range fight, making the teams range almost everywhere, they protect him, because you just protect the healer, but he wants to fight, and this has got him in some trouble in past missions.

(Four Legs) This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal.
(Beast Human Clone) A modified version/mix of the transformation and clone technique, which is unique to the Inuzuka clan, allows a canine-user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the four legs technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally animalistic.

History:Kimiko is the granddaughter of Kiba Inuzuka. She is the first child of Kenji and Aiko. She has two younger brothers who are twins Kohaku and Koichi. When Kimiko was younger she loved to hang out with her Grandfather Kiba and his best friend Shino before they died. (I am guessing most of them are gone?)When her grandfather would tell stories of his adventures with his friends she would weep when one passed away and would cheer when Naruto got the bad guy. Her favorite out of the 16, as she liked to call them, was Gaara she always found him fascinating .Kimiko never got to have the pleasure of speaking with him but she would have gave anything to sit next to him and have just one conversion with the sand shinobi. She was very ecstatic when the time came to getting her ninkin. Once she laid eyes upon the cute little pup she named him right away, Yuki, she would spend most of her days playing with Yuki. This was one of the reasons she was not doing so will in school. Once chunin exams started getting closer Kimiko started practicing everyday with Yuki, so she could become a great shinobi like her father and grandfather. Every day when training was over she felt even closer with Yuki she thought having a ninkin was one of the best things in the world.

History: He was born an only child his parents both died while on a mission. This led him living with his mother’s sister who herself was not any kind of shinobi she was an owner of a small food shop. Before he interred school he would help her out a lot at the shop this is how he got to know Kimiko as her family came to eat at the shop almost every night. Once school started he was more on studying then Kimiko giving him the better grades out of the two. Kimiko was the only one he would really talk to. So he was happy when he ended up in team one with Kimiko.

Ninjutsu: Barrier Wind: This technique uses the a regular amount of chakra to create a small barrier around the user, and can only be used for a short period of time at a time. It is characterised by a circular spot of shadows surrounding the user, and a sphere-shaped barrier that materialises around the user. The barrier consists of ice-cold wind and chakra, and cannot be used for long periods of time since it would naturally cause the ninja inside to ice over. It defends against fysical attacks and outside chakra. Unknown Rank. Close range. Dormant Avalanche: This technique which allows the user to infuse chakra with wind and use it to strike the target from a distance. The wind is transformed into cold, slicing air that gives the illusion of a needle. If hit, it does not leave more than cuts; but lowers the body temperature substantially. Given that the normal human core body temperature lies around 37°C, one could argue that it causes the target to suffer of a loss in muscular coordination; making walking difficult and causing a loss of the ability to make rational descision, or stop the human heart. It is mostly used to strike one target, and goes with a great risk for the user as well. Each strike requires a great amount of chakra and causes a slow, but steady drop of the user's core body temperature. Unknown Rank. Mid to far range.
Genjutsu: Time's wheel: This technique manipulates the adversary's brain areas that deal with the perception of time. It renders the opponent without a sense of time, and cheats the brain into moving slower than it thinks it is, giving the appearance that the user has become much faster. Unknown Rank. Close range. Atmosphere: This technique is meant to be used at long-range, and causes the area around the target(s) to be seemingly enveloped by white mist. While within the nonexistant-mist, the target's brain will be tricked into believing it is being poisoned by the mist itself, causing confusion and panic.
Taijutsu: Libra's dance: This technique allows the user to take out its target in close combat. A regular amount of chakra is infused with the sole of the user's shoes and allows for a greater sense of balance and speed. The user strikes quickly, and towards the muscle areas, in an attempt to weaken the foe. Whilst doing so, the user moves in a circle around the foe and cannot stop before the circle is complete. It causes sore muscles on the user's side. Unknown Rank. Close to mid range.
Specialty: In her team, she acts as the strategist and main defense. Her specialities are speed, dexterity, strategy, intelligence and mid-far combat.
History: Atlas is the only daughter of two jounin that were born in Konohagakure. These entrusted her to an uncle to watch for the duration of an important mission; but have not returned and are rightfully assumed dead. From there on, she has lived with her uncle in a small house somewhere near the library in Konohagakure. Due to the lack of siblings, and childish cautiousness that she attained after her parents dissapeared, she spent most of her time on her own- or rather in the company of library books. On certain occaisons she traded the safe comfort of her home for the outside world, and found herself training near the woods or wandering about. Growing up without her parents has made her careful about stepping out of bounds, and a tad bit too honest. She has her own agenda, but does not let it interfere with the rules and is of opinion that those should be respected at all times. Her knowledge of the ninja world is rather great, and her skills lie in observation, analysis and strategy. She can be somewhat stubborn and laid-back, but is also considerate of others and is capable of keeping promises and defending her comrades.
Personality: Clever, cunning, calm. She maintains a carefree and somewhat impish nature.
Appearance: Atlas is of average height for her age, and has a slender built. Her body has few muscles and is not built for close-combat. Her hair is usually tied back, and reaches a few inches below her shoulders when loose. Both of her eyes are a light-grey and suffer of short-sightedness. On the bridge of her nose rests a pair of rectangular spectacles. Her torso is covered by a grey short-sleeved shirt, and a black jacket that is worn open. The hood is black, as is the jacket and is unworn. On the back of the hood the symbol of her clan is painted in white. Other than that, she wears a black trousers and sports a pair of red-brown ninja-shoes.
Name: Daisuke Takehiko. Age: 12. Rank: Genin. Clan: Takehiko. Village: Konohagakure. History: Will be revealed during the RP. Appearance: He has a normal built and is somewhat tall for his age. His hair has been short cut in the back and his fringe is parted in the middle. His hair has a dark blond colour, and his eyes are a hazel brown. Daisuke usually sports a pair of dark-brown goggles on top of his head and wears a matching pair of brown ninja shoes. His torso is protected by an orange long-sleeved shirt, of which the sleeves are dark green. He also wears a pair of short black trousers, that stop a few inches below his knees.
Name: Ren Shichirou. Age: 12. Rank: Genin. Clan: Shichirou. Village: Konohagakure. History: Ren is the second son of a pair of Jounin that work as merchants at the village. The bond between him and his brother was the strongest during his time at the Academy; when he had time to bother with him. After that, his brother was given more missions and their time together grew shorter. He spent most of childhood running errands for his parents or slacking off with a close group of friends he had. His mischievous nature often gets him into all kinds of trouble, and the fact that he is somewhat of a hot-head doesn't help much either. Appearance: He has a sturdy, but not very muscular built. Ren is short for his age, and wears dark grey ninja-gloves over his hands. His hair is a mess of shoulder-lenght light brown locks, that usually look uncombed despite all of his attempts. Above a red V-neck shirt, he wears a light brown, sleeveless vest. On the back of this vest, his mother painted the clan's emblem. Other than that he also wears a dark-orange belt and a pair of black trousers.
Specialty: Offensive/defensive mixture. Mostly offensive. History: The crystal release kekkei genkei is a mysterious one. The same goes for Hijame, he seems rather shrouded in mystery. He was just.. suddenly there. No questions asked regarding his sudden appearance and he was just sort of accepted into the group of academy students. The teachers explained him to be an ''exchange student from Sunagakure'' but that was very far from the truth. He was actually from around the area of the hidden Mist. He had been wandering there as a child and was found by some shinobi who took him in after he ''showed off'' his valuable kekkei genkei. He was supposed to be a weapon but escaped from captivity and instead came to Konoha. He adopted a new surname (as he never had one to begin with) and sort of just fit in with the rest. He was never fond of playing with them, but sparring was just his thing. Cuts and bruises were frequent when you sparred with Hijame. Personality: He's quite aggresive, quick to anger and doesn't take kindly to insults. He doesn't seem to be very open towards others regarding his emotions unless he knows them quite well. ( That would probably go for his friends in this group we have, I wouldn't know.. ) He's a stereotypical ''tough outside, emotional inside'' person. Appearance:

History: Only known thing is that he is the host of the 8 tails Gyūki (is friends with his tailed beast and has complete control over the abilities that the tailed beast has taught him. Sora is unable to do a full tailed beast transformation as Gyuki does not believe that Sora has the power /ability to sustain it for more then 10 seconds at his current level, but can transform (see jutsu for what form)(the rest will be coming out ICly)
Personality: Classic over thinker – always pauses to try and think about the best course of action, he is also loyal and respectful to those he believes has earned it (this is mostly true for Gyuki.

I was thinking because of conflicts, that the 7 swordsmen would be reinstated to have a more powerful group on their side, so even if it was disbanned, it would still make sense to have people being trained to replace them.

Lightning Edge ( Low-Watts )- Using his sword(s) (Plain Sword/ Not Special) he sharpens his blade with the special thunder chakra from his linage, making it able to cut through almost anything.
64 Charged Slices- Using charged chakra, he speeds up his attacks, making them a blurr and doing 64 swings in a row. When both swords are used, it is a blurr of blades and surrounds he whole body.
Hidden Mist- Using his Villages special ability, he either summons water from inside him, or from the ground, covering the surroundings with a thick mist.

Summoning-
Water Spring- Using a small seal on a peice of paper, he summons a half a pond of water, using it to cover large areas with water for his mist techniques.

Silent Killing- Using mist or darkness, hidden mist ninjas kill silently, using blades to take out an enemy without making a sound. Coming from behind is used most often and the mist hides the body.
Duel Swords - Duel wielding swords is as easy to Volgun as it to breath, mastering using both hands to fight he now is ambidextrous, both in fighting and in writing.
Specialty: Volgun specializes in using ninjustu in his taijustu, up close and personal is what he is best, using his swords, he is best at close-range using his abilities to enhance his sword technique.
History:
Volgun Ringo is great-grandson to Ameyuri Ringo, a former 7 swordsmen (Woman) member, she was deadly with duel swords and one of the best swordsmen ever. He was abandon as a baby, and grew up raised by a former elite hidden mist ninja, Kakusareta Han. Kakusareta learned Volgun was Ameyuri Ringo great-grandson, by snooping around, and decided to raise him as a swordsman, after he passed the acadamy, Kakusareta, as a jounin, took control of his training, and with his two team members, did missions and trained for the chunin exam. During his missions, Volgun learned that the 7 swordsmen would be reinstated, and people would begin to take tests to be trained as a swordsmen, but the qualifications would be to be under the age of 18 and a chunin, Volgun had the age down, so all he needed was to pass the chunin exams. His attention was brought to the old swords of the swordsmen, as they had all vanished after the 4th Shinobi War, legend said after the 7 swordsmen where beat, hidden leaf ninja took some of the swords in secret, so they could not be used for evil. As the Chunin exam was held in hidden leaf, he could "kill two birds with one stone".
Personality:
Volgun is a fickle and sly person, always having ulterior motives. He uses stealth and a silver tongue to become a slick shinobi, but he has a deep passion for his village, and his work. He was abandoned for being like his great-grandmother, but for some reason he takes that as a compliment and works hard to become a great swordsman. He is upfront when he needs to, and can get forceful when desperate.

History: After her family came out of hiding, everything has been confusing for Jeni, she was one of a handful of people surviving in the Yuki clan, and she was able to awaken her blood limit, she is very naive, but when snapped into focus, she can get deadly. Like all Hidden Mist clan, she is very good at silent killing, and was put in team 3, because she had very nice long range ninjustu.

History: Ryou is a healer, and a genjustu user. He was raised in the military as a support character, and when he was put in team 3, it was just a right fit. He supports and heals when injured, and is a decent mid-range fight, making the teams range almost everywhere, they protect him, because you just protect the healer, but he wants to fight, and this has got him in some trouble in past missions.

(Four Legs) This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal.
(Beast Human Clone) A modified version/mix of the transformation and clone technique, which is unique to the Inuzuka clan, allows a canine-user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the four legs technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally animalistic.

(Passing Fang) the user spins at a ferocious speed and delivers many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target.

History:Kimiko is the granddaughter of Kiba Inuzuka. She is the first child of Kenji and Aiko. She has two younger brothers who are twins Kohaku and Koichi. When Kimiko was younger she loved to hang out with her Grandfather Kiba and his best friend Shino before they died. (I am guessing most of them are gone?)When her grandfather would tell stories of his adventures with his friends she would weep when one passed away and would cheer when Naruto got the bad guy. Her favorite out of the 16, as she liked to call them, was Gaara she always found him fascinating .Kimiko never got to have the pleasure of speaking with him but she would have gave anything to sit next to him and have just one conversion with the sand shinobi. She was very ecstatic when the time came to getting her ninkin. Once she laid eyes upon the cute little pup she named him right away, Yuki, she would spend most of her days playing with Yuki. This was one of the reasons she was not doing so will in school. Once chunin exams started getting closer Kimiko started practicing everyday with Yuki, so she could become a great shinobi like her father and grandfather. Every day when training was over she felt even closer with Yuki she thought having a ninkin was one of the best things in the world.
Personality:Caring, supportive, can become energetic, speaks the truth.

History: He was born an only child his parents both died while on a mission. This led him living with his mother’s sister who herself was not any kind of shinobi she was an owner of a small food shop. Before he interred school he would help her out a lot at the shop this is how he got to know Kimiko as her family came to eat at the shop almost every night. Once school started he was more on studying then Kimiko giving him the better grades out of the two. Kimiko was the only one he would really talk to. So he was happy when he ended up in team one with Kimiko.

Ninjutsu: Barrier Wind: This technique uses the a regular amount of chakra to create a small barrier around the user, and can only be used for a short period of time at a time. It is characterised by a circular spot of shadows surrounding the user, and a sphere-shaped barrier that materialises around the user. The barrier consists of ice-cold wind and chakra, and cannot be used for long periods of time since it would naturally cause the ninja inside to ice over. It defends against fysical attacks and outside chakra. Unknown Rank. Close range. Dormant Avalanche: This technique which allows the user to infuse chakra with wind and use it to strike the target from a distance. The wind is transformed into cold, slicing air that gives the illusion of a needle. If hit, it does not leave more than cuts; but lowers the body temperature substantially. Given that the normal human core body temperature lies around 37°C, one could argue that it causes the target to suffer of a loss in muscular coordination; making walking difficult and causing a loss of the ability to make rational descision, or stop the human heart. It is mostly used to strike one target, and goes with a great risk for the user as well. Each strike requires a great amount of chakra and causes a slow, but steady drop of the user's core body temperature. Unknown Rank. Mid to far range.
Genjutsu: Time's wheel: This technique manipulates the adversary's brain areas that deal with the perception of time. It renders the opponent without a sense of time, and cheats the brain into moving slower than it thinks it is, giving the appearance that the user has become much faster. Unknown Rank. Close range. Atmosphere: This technique is meant to be used at long-range, and causes the area around the target(s) to be seemingly enveloped by white mist. While within the nonexistant-mist, the target's brain will be tricked into believing it is being poisoned by the mist itself, causing confusion and panic.
Taijutsu: Libra's dance: This technique allows the user to take out its target in close combat. A regular amount of chakra is infused with the sole of the user's shoes and allows for a greater sense of balance and speed. The user strikes quickly, and towards the muscle areas, in an attempt to weaken the foe. Whilst doing so, the user moves in a circle around the foe and cannot stop before the circle is complete. It causes sore muscles on the user's side. Unknown Rank. Close to mid range.
Specialty: In her team, she acts as the strategist and main defense. Her specialities are speed, dexterity, strategy, intelligence and mid-far combat.
History: Atlas is the only daughter of two jounin that were born in Konohagakure. These entrusted her to an uncle to watch for the duration of an important mission; but have not returned and are rightfully assumed dead. From there on, she has lived with her uncle in a small house somewhere near the library in Konohagakure. Due to the lack of siblings, and childish cautiousness that she attained after her parents dissapeared, she spent most of her time on her own- or rather in the company of library books. On certain occaisons she traded the safe comfort of her home for the outside world, and found herself training near the woods or wandering about. Growing up without her parents has made her careful about stepping out of bounds, and a tad bit too honest. She has her own agenda, but does not let it interfere with the rules and is of opinion that those should be respected at all times. Her knowledge of the ninja world is rather great, and her skills lie in observation, analysis and strategy. She can be somewhat stubborn and laid-back, but is also considerate of others and is capable of keeping promises and defending her comrades.
Personality: Clever, cunning, calm. She maintains a carefree and somewhat impish nature.
Appearance: Atlas is of average height for her age, and has a slender built. Her body has few muscles and is not built for close-combat. Her hair is usually tied back, and reaches a few inches below her shoulders when loose. Both of her eyes are a light-grey and suffer of short-sightedness. On the bridge of her nose rests a pair of rectangular spectacles. Her torso is covered by a grey short-sleeved shirt, and a black jacket that is worn open. The hood is black, as is the jacket and is unworn. On the back of the hood the symbol of her clan is painted in white. Other than that, she wears a black trousers and sports a pair of red-brown ninja-shoes.
