As for limits, I haven't said much on that because I don't really want to stifle anyone's creativity. However, a few things that come to mind are that no powers should be able to cause mass destruction or delete other powers. So giant explosions of fire, meteors, or anything on those lines and stuff that cancels out other powers are out of the question.
