Hmm ... I said they are an aggressive race. That means that they are more prone to aggression not that they have to be aggressive by default. And sorry, a guard wouldn't fit into the story ... most private guards are paid thugs. City guard doesn't give a shit about what goes in the city, that is the job of the police, which as we all know mostly spend days counting how many donuts they have eaten, while royal guards protects only the royal family and takes only trusted and combat proven humans in. So guards are not going to get much IC space...
