The XXX Bodyguard (inu & blue)

Nicole said nothing to him untill she had been told the code for the security system. "Does this mean I can relax more in my house and actually move around it?" She asked him as she slid off her flip flops and allowed her feet to touch the cool white marble flooring. Walking to the kitchen she pulled out a few pots and pans placing them on the large stove so they could cook. She had seen what he brought him and kind of felt bad for him. When she pulled everything out she looked over at him trying to be civil about everything.

Feeling there was nothing he could do at the moment, he walked over to his dufflebag and pulled out one of his novels to read as he walked back to the kitchen and sat on one of the chairs, reading as she proceeded with dinner. He'd help, but he didn't know how to cook all that well. If it came in a box and explained it, he'd cook it. Other then that, he was screwed. He actually liked the quiet of not hearing Nicole complain again

It had taken about an hour but Nicole had made an alfrado pasta with grilled chicked breast for the main dish and a creamy ceaser salad for a side plate. Setting up two plates she placed one down infront of Alex without talking to him as she took hers and sat down across from him at the table. She sat there eating quietly but when she glanced up she spotted her piano that she had not played in ages. She wanted to say something but she didn't know where to start. She wished that they could warm up to one another and be friends seeing it would make this easier on them both.

He looked up at her a few times and started to realize that the silence in itself was deafening. Being loud because it was very hard to ignore just how awkward the silence had left the two, leaving him no choice but to try to strike up a conversation. "So... being a porn star, Is it easy as it sounds?"

Nicole's eyes shot open wide when he had asked her about about her job. " uh... yes and no, it involves more acting then people think it would." She replied completly lost at how else to explain that it was harder then people thought it was. She was now slightly nervous that he was asking about her job seeing she knew he didn't think highly of it. Pushing a loose strand of her long pink hair behind her ear she never looked up at him trying to avoid eye contact.

At hearing this, Alex couldn't help but let out a small laugh at the ridiculousness of that. "You just put A into B, how hard is that?" It just seemed like something that shouldn't require being overly complicated.

"Yeah thing is porn doesn't sell if we can't act like we actually like what is being done.... would you want to watch one were there was no emotion in it like watching it without volume." Nicole replied not being able to word what she was trying to say properly. She knew for a fact most men who watched porn wanted to hear the women moan because most of them pretended that it was them with the girl. You could tell by her face she was flustered about having to talk about this with him.

He couldn't help but laugh a little more as he looked back down at his book. "Too weird if you ask me." That managed to kill a few minutes of silence, but now he couldn't think of anything to speak to her about. What could he talk about? They were like the exact opposite in every way possible.

When she was finished eating Nicole placed her dishes in the dishwasher and walked over to her piano taking a seat at it. This was the only way she could think of getting sound into the house without him trying to ask about a job she didnt feel like explaining right now. Taking a deep breath she started to play the piano hoping he wouldn't mind. As she played she remembered back when her mother had taught her to play and it made her smile.
With every key she touched the song kiss from a rose rang through out her large mansion of a house.

The instant the song started playing, Alex felt very uncomfortable. Maybe it was the content of thesong as he knew it, or maybe just the fact that it was Nicole, famous porn star doing it made it weird. Without saying a word, he up and left the room to use the bathroom. It certainly wasn't a lie, but it was a good excuse as well.
