Personality: Growing up in the Agency, he had been taught to hide his feelings and emotions. But after leaving the Agency, he feels more comfortable showing his emotions openly. He doesn't keep things to himself and prefers to notify others what he feels. He is honest and tries to keep a cheerful attitude. But, when he gets upset or angry at you, he will say it. He can be blunt at times but usually means well. To his close friends, he can become very protective of them. He is extremely loyal and sticks to those he trusts and respects.
History: As a child, he was abused in his home by his father after his mother died. Escaping the wrath of father, he managed to run away and survive on the streets for a couple years. He learned to fight on his own, and was picked up by the Agency. Thankful for the shelter and food he received he worked hard to achieve being in the high ranks. But, he was still young and naive. During school, he would bully a girl, Fey Springer, until she cried. It wasn't until some events happened that he fell in love with her. Being found out of their forbidden relationship, the two were forced to run from the Agency. Meeting up with Lance E. Rivaille, the three formed Operation Reanimation.
Weapons: Exceeds at long-range shooting and hand-to-hand combat. He uses any type of rifle he can get his hands on, and knuckle braces to fight.
Strengths: Extremely good at fighting, and never misses a shot. He is stealthy and quick, allowing him to throw precise punches and kicks.
Weakness: His girlfriend, Fey Springer, and his protectiveness. If he gets too angry, his fighting becomes lacking and misses a lot.
