Ketlin and Metaknight Season 4, Puppet Strings IC

Ketland, home of the infamous Ketlin, and the current location of one traveling warrior named Meta Knight. It is here they have been residing since coming down with "Puppetension", as Ketlands lead scientists worked on a cure. They stayed in Ketmanor, bickering, hanging out, and doing what you generally do when you're in some sort of quarantine.

Finally though, after many months, they are contacted by Ketland's lead scientist Ellington, who has devised a cure which involves the transfer of spirits and technobabble nobody is interested in. Either way, they can use the spirits as an antibody and a cure to the disease, though it changes them a bit, but they don't know that. A new reality show is announced, to bring souls for Meta Knight and Ketlin to use in curing their disease.

But what none of the contestants, or Meta Knight and Ketlin expect, is that it will suddenly become very, terrifyingly, real. For though they do not know it. even now, a massive alien spaceship makes its way towards Ketland, with only one goal in mind: Conquest.

Meta Knight strode about Ketmanor wrapped in his purplish cape, his mind turning towards the upcoming reality show, which was to start tomorrow. He was not afraid of it, as a warrior had nothing to fear from the camera, and he knew that the selection process had been carefully overseen, but he could not shake the feeling in the back of his mind that something was about to happen.

Dismissing it, he made his way to the lounge, where the contestants would be gathering. He positioned himself in a corner to watch the proceedings, leaving Ketlin to the actual hosting.

Well, CC didn't actually feel like going for this again, but something about her "conscious" just made her want to come once again. Why exactly? Like hell anyone else to know, she was immortal after all. Despite her discontent on deciding to make another appearance here, CC wasn't really exactly alone...well, kinda. Wrapped around her arms, CC had her favorite plush toy, Cheese-kun, with her in a manner similar to a security blanket. As someone would wonder why a grown woman would have a plush toy with her, pizza is the only reason for that and nothing else. Besides, she was just grown to it, as she kept it well tight around her arms like a hug. For now, she kept Cheese-kun in her arms as she sat onto one of the couchs that were near the corner. CC did not want to make any interactions yet, not really in the mood for that.

For the pokemon researcher and former leader of Team Plasma, Colress, it was a different story. Ever since he disbanded from the villianous group, he had more time to research the true ways to draw out the full power of pokemon, and saw this as another chance to at least get more information and research done. Just like that, he's present at the lounge...and steadily working on taking some notes onto the paper he had on a clipboard. In actuality, he really was occupied with his research more than the actual reality show he decided to attend to. For now, he didn't have any of his pokemon out since he didn't see a good reason for that.

Gohan was so very happy, but a bit scared at the same time.He happily trotted into the lounge room, sitting on one of the couches.He had never been on TV before, and this was his chance! his Mom had agreed an sent him off with any nagging.Thank goodness for that for that, she was so demanding sometimes.He sighed, shaking his head.He had still loved his Mom very much though, and was nervous being around other adults he didn't know as well.

On a cliff outside of Ketland a robot with a shield looks over the city in question. He whistles for a bit and then leaves his cliff area to enter the city. With his yellow scarf flowing in the air he dashes over the wall and into the suburbs of Ketland.

Shotaro didn't quite know what to think as he wandered around the manor. The detective had no clue why he and his partner were invited to this place and he almost considered rejecting the offer, as he didn't like being from his precious Futo, but in the end, he decided that the city would be find for awhile and he hoped he wouldn't regret that decision, though he still felt uneasy.

Phillip on the other hand made himself at home and was currently sitting in the lounge with a couple of others, most notably a green haired girl who seemed to want to be alone, a blonde scientist with a questionable taste in fashion, and a child. "Interesting how we were all invited her, isn't it?" He spoke up, not looking up from his book as he tried to break the ice.

Gohan was nervous, but spoke up."Yeah..but, why us? It could have been anyone.I don't...know if i really want to be on TV after all.Being around complete strangers." he said.His self-esteem lowered a bit as he said that, and he looked down at the ground.

Protoman easily snuck past the gaurds and was beginning his way towards the inner part of the city, he knew there would be something there for him. As he went he dashed past civilians, all they could see was a red blur.

CC didn't say anything as she continued to be silent, not really looking at anyone or making any signs of interactions. She hugged her Cheese-kun plush closely to her, maybe not comfortable with this group of new people.

"I'm not sure why either, probably an interesting explanation and reasoning to that. Such a rare chance that we were invited to something such as this," Colress spoke a bit about the strange reason they were invited into this, but seemed like he was diligently working on whatever his research papers were on. Most likely on the Pokemon research on getting their true power out, but it could be something else than that.
