I've never been in a 1x1. Whenever I browse through it I see romance bullshit, and occasionally I see someone from Spam there, and I think that there's got to be something about it.

I like it because I find it a lot more reliable than group roleplaying. In 1x1 its just you and one other person, you don't have to rely on a lot of people to post and you can discuss with them the plot a lot more openly. While I will admit I like a little chemistry between characters, all of my plots actually have thrilling and interesting plots. I'm even in a roleplay right now where my character is a slave (did not plan it but it works) but it doesn't involve sex, the plot is a lot of fun and smart, I love how my partner is playing their role

Yea 1x1 does have some good stuff in it, you just have to be willing to sift through a lot of...well...junk, and that's putting it nicely

No it was a Zombie story line I wrote a few years back. Spent a lot of time on it and it's the reason I joined this site actually. A friend of mine and I tried to run it on gaia and it was awful. So we brought it here and it was successful but he got sick so I didn't want to keep going without him. It's post apocalyptic almost Land of the Deadish- where humans start living and establishing a pecking order instead of just surviving.

I like the idea. Do you have a link to the old thread?
