so, we need to decide what chapter everyone wants to use, but logically, there would only be 1 chapter, maybe 2 if they are a subordinate Chapter, Like how the Novamarines are a subordinate chapter of the Ultramarines. or how the Blood Ravens are a Loyalist faction of the Heretical Thousand Sons (The entire reason for the Blood Ravens involvement in the Dark Crusade was because there was evidence of this on Kronus, after reading the evidence, Davian burned it all.)

Deathwatch solves this problem. It's probably the only way I'm going to be able to play a Black Templar, unless we're using Imperial Fists. Since there's no way in hell anyone's ever going to let me play an Angry Marine.

My created Chapter is a semi Subordinate Chapter, and they don't mind working with other Chapters

In that case, I support Psyker's suggestion of Death Watch, so everyone can represent their chosen Chapter, and from what I've seen only a handful of people want to be Space Marines, so a Kill Team would be absolutely perfect for this

not entirely true, they aren't idiots, they wouldn't kill off a whole planet of potential recruits just because 1 guy was heretical, that guy would most likely be picked up, placed in a burlap sack, beaten, stabbed and then placed in a cage, hanging from the top of one of the Spires, where he would only be released if the people at the bottom of the spire could hear him preaching his loyalty to the Emperor.
