So, what's the plan here? I'm always interested in a 40K RP. If the GM needs a hand with Nekrons or 'Nids as NPC's I'm happy to write them. As a player, I'm up for pretty much anything. I prefer Tau, Marines or Guard, but I can certainly play Orks, Eldar or Inquisition types if that's what we need.

The best way to integrate everybody may be to take on a Rogue Trader story beyond the Imperial borders. Opens up cutting deals with xenos, lost Chapters of Marines, reasons for Imperial citizens to have Power Armor and IG to look at Marines as equals
