Also, Spam Infraction rule probably should be reworded so that it applies to every thread ( as it's being enforced now ) instead of saying it only applies to threads in some parts of the site.

See? That leaves Off Topic, Member's Lounge, Spam, Introduction Threads, etc exempt if you're a dick and just go by the word of the law.

Further, Overwatch wasn't banned, despite not being new, and doing at least as much as Butter and I did ( in that thread, at least. Butter's later activities notwithstanding )? Guru, bad mod. 'Misapply' the rule evenly, or don't 'misapply' the rule at all.
