Moment 4 Life Lupe Fiasco Remix
Floyd Banker was seeing laying on his bed a massive beach party had occurred last night, one that had possibly changed not only his life but Michael and Lyn’s as wells. Three college students who’s destiny could change the very face of earth, and society itself. Events of last night swarmed though his head as his eyes slid open, his vision was blurry, he tried to stand up but stumbled forward. His head was pounding however it was far less painful then he estimated considered the amount he smoked, perhaps smoking and the ecstasy had balanced it.
“The Fuck” He looked over at his bed his girl was not there, Jada was gone. I remembered doing some things with her last night, a grin came across my face. I pushed my sheets aside, sighing saying they were stained would be an under statement. The Party last night had been insane, I started to remember I was with my room mate Mike, and one of my best friends Lyn when we’d decided to explore this dark ass cave. I had been protesting the whole time, saying black folks don’t do that shit. “Hah but we did anyway.” I groaned as I plopped down on the bed pushing the sheets aside. I’ll roll em up better then I do my blunts then get this shit to the cleaners.
Putting together all my strength I went towards my laptop, avoiding the light blaring in the room. I noticed the clock it was almost 1 in the afternoon, I’d ALMOST had enough beauty sleep. I looked at my camera a new portable camera I’d won in a contest in my cinema class. Cinema was something I’d taken an interest in, the feeling of power made me feel good, and the shit Michael Bay got away with was other motivation not to mention maybe meeting Kelly Rowland. College had changed his life, he was lad he’d gotten his ass out of Atlanta and down to Florida. Aside from Tennessee it was the only place in the south that had food that compared to his home town, my attention skills were not the best but I was surprised I hadn’t noticed what was on my wrist.
An object that couldn’t be described by any word in his vocabulary, it was grey and green, somewhat watch shaped. It vaguely reminded him of one of his favorite cartoons, then a light bulb when off in his head. “No fucking way..this is..”I stared at what was what appeared to be a carbon copy of the omnitrix, I was pretty sure I didn’t have this last night. But then again I barely remembered last night food and liquor did that to you. Perhaps I was still tripping balls, maybe this was a weaker part of the trip. I knew there were some things out there I hadn’t experienced like 2C-I could induce such effects. I tried to pull it off it felt so authentic so alien so un terrestrial.
I walked over to the sheets saw Mike was still sleeping and just sighed. “This guy always sleeping.” I went over to the curtains and just widened them grinning. When he wake up the light gonna blind his ass. I went over to my bags and quickly threw some clothes on. Matching colors Black and yellow, slipping on my most expensive pairs of shows black and yellow shoes. I made my way outside my room shutting the door today was Saturday, I’d partied it up Friday, but today was my Party Today. I closed my eyes praying to Jesus for safe keeping through my day, and looked at the watch. “Man this shit is crazy, I’m obviously tripping but whatever.”
I reached down and touched the watch, and part of the center rose up showing a hologram of an alien. I groaned I looked insane what if I was just walking through the street slapping my wrist. “Ah fuck it but just in case..”I often pondered about powers but an alien watch from a TV show even if it was from one of my favorite. I made my way down the stairs heading outside the campus, groaning my car was still under repairs. “Wait a minute if I have an arsenal of aliens now.” I turned the dial a few times and then slammed it down a green light enveloping me as I screamed out.
