The machines beeped, though to Matthew, they were just background noise, his attention focused on the beautiful girl laying in the hospital bed, hooked up to varying machines, her frail, cold hand in his, tears falling from his eyes, onto her cheek.

"You are my concrete angel, but you are not flying to a place you are loved.

You were loved here, I loved you, why did you have to leave?"

He stood and turned, walking out, crying all the while...

So, I figured the girl comes back as an angel, to be at his side, but he is unaware only he can see her, that only he can hug her, feel her, touch her. Soon, he is sent to a psychologist, yet, he keeps talking to her, keeps hugging "Thin air". Is there a way for it all to be fixed?
