Welcome to Santa Destroy, home to the lethal. In this city, an organization called the United Assassins Association runs a contest that pits assassins against each other every now and then. Its popularity is insanely large ever since a man named Travis Touchdown claimed the rank of number one. He mysteriously vanished and let another assassin claim the rank, which made him become known as the "No More Hero".
Jasper Batt Jr., an assassin who was once the first rank, had been killed by Travis Touchdown. Ever since then, the hype of ranked matches continued to live on. But one day, a man wiped out many deadly assassins and claimed the rank of number one. Years passed with his title still in place. However, something behind the curtains of Santa Destroy is moving. Something big. Something dark.
What's up, punks? Yeah, yeah, I know, I'm not supposed to exist right now, but a little screen time won't hurt, right? It does? F*ck you.
You're probably wondering what the heck this role play is about. Beside this text is a link that many people despise. It's called Wikipedia. Don't worry, that globe won't murder you when you're using the toilet.
Below this little notice of mine lies the information the f*ckhead game master left for all of you. As for me, I'll be taking my leave now.
...Also, a little tip of mine, but you better "save your game" whenever possible. It seriously feels good, especially in this role play.
Rules
1) Don't god-mod/meta-game/power-play, or I'll murder you in the role play. Using windows. I'm dead serious about this. Your character isn't Jesus' eleventh brother/sister or something.
2) Try not to harass the fourth wall. I'm fine with people cracking it time to time, but if a whole paragraph involves you breaking the wall... it's lesson time.
3) Sexual innuendo is "okay". Now sex is a different story, and should be kept in the PM's.
4) I do not want to see ranked matches in the middle of a crowded street. Strangely enough, cutting heads off on top of a building is fine. As long as you're doing that to the assassins, at least.
5) Just putting this here, but you are allowed to spare your opponent. There are multiple ways to do so. If you plan on finishing off a player's character, you must get their permission first.
6) Remember to save now and then. Otherwise, you won't get the possibility of randomly respawning.

This is the map of Santa Destroy. It may be updated with more information later.
Summary of the Gameplay
No More Heroes is a hack-and-slash action game. In this roleplay, it surprisingly has a system that makes up for the lack of free attacks. During battle, assassins are to use a turn-based system. As simple as it sounds, they must fight to the death. However, the stats make things a little more complicated. Whether you use a big sword like Death Metal, twin revolvers like Dr. Peace, or twin sniper scythes like Margaret Moonlight, all stats will affect the battle. This may even turn the tables if you learn how to use them properly for your character. Don't expect your character to leave unharmed, though.
There are also players that can support assassins. Don't like killing? Just wanna help someone kill? Well, that one's nearly the same thing as killing, but whatever. These partners could help their "buddies" out by supporting them from the sidelines. They're mainly useful for deploying random sh*t that no one would even think about deploying. Such as explosive teddy bears. Or pizzas that magically restore your health. Made by Dr. Pepper.
In peace times, anyone could do jobs. Care to work at McDonalds under a psychopath version of Ronald? Go for it at your own risk. Wanna be hired to kill a bunch of wimps? Go for it with confidence. As long as a job's available, you'll be more than happy to earn some of the currency in Santa Destroy, which are LB's. LB's could be used for various things, such as food, weapon upgrades, and other events. Sometimes, LB's are required to fight some assassins. These circumstances are quite rare.
As mentioned earlier, weapon upgrades are available from upgrade stores. The system is simple; after you pay the worker, the game master would roll a six-sided die multiple times. If a specific number is chosen five times, then that number would be the result of your upgrade. Below is a list that would help out a lot:
1 - Utter failure. Multiple attributes are taken off as punishment. Could be fixed if you have enough LB's.
2 - You failed. Little amounts of attributes are taken off as punishment. Could easily be fixed if you have enough LB's.
3 - You sadly failed. One attribute is taken off as punishment. Could be fixed without even paying LB's, but takes up some time unlike 1 and 2.
4 - You barely succeeded. One attribute is given to your weapon.
5 - You succeeded. Several attributes are given to your weapon.
6 - You succeeded beautifully. A fairly large amount of attributes are given to your weapon.
Remember this, though; you can only upgrade your weapon after competing in a ranked match.
Summary of the Boss Battles
They're back, and they're tougher than ever. There are fifty assassins after your blood (no, really), and all of them are controlled by the game master. This makes up a total of sixty assassins fighting! Sounds tough? It is. They're not even getting a nerf.
Some bosses could only be fought under certain circumstances. Some of them share one rank together (Ex. New Destroyman). Some of them might be just like you. Who knows? You're better off getting prepared early, since some of these guys have prepared for years.
...Did I mention that those boss introductions from the first No More Heroes is back as well?
Summary of... Game Over...?
So your character died. Great. That's good for our sake. Good bye.
...No, of course I won't let you leave like that.
So your character died. Sh*t. What do you do?!
Well, chances are that you could try preparing an incoming death. For an example, if you have just enough LB's, then you could find something that might revive you in a battle. These in-battle cheat-cheats could only be used once per battle. If you really died, then your character might survive a death using a second wind. However, you will be hospitalized, and you'll also lose your rank. What do you then? Find somebody to fight alongside with. Remember Henry Cooldown and Shinobu Jacobs?
Also, there's a chance that if you might randomly respawn on something if you "saved". Remember, the way you... "save"... will affect how you respawn if it does happen.
However, there are some bosses that could instantly kill you with specific moves. Like this one guy who just might impale you with a person. In the face.
Detailed Crap You Might Need To Know About
Gameplay
Assassins have the biggest roles in the roleplay. They must compete against each other to reach number one... or do so together. Nevertheless, it still involves a crapload of blood.
First things first, let's cover the basics of fighting. Red Hazard utilizes a turn-based system that isn't exactly unfair for every assassin. Whether it be minor or fatal wounds, the player controlling the assassin getting hurt would need to approve of the damage. Here are two examples of how minor and fatal wounds should be used:
Minor Damage Attacks
Travis had managed to use a Dark Step against Death Metal, allowing him to move away from danger. He quickly scanned for any openings that he could use against the cleaver-wielding man. Sunglasses glinting in the sunlight, the otaku swung his beam katana towards Death Metal's chest. If the attack is successful, Death Metal would lose 10 life points and get a wound to the chest.
Major Damage Attacks
Travis noticed that Death Metal had swung his cleaver at him very slowly. Taking advantage of this, Travis ducked, letting the large weapon pass by him. Mustering up all of his strength, the otaku swung his beam katana at Death Metal's hands. Should the attack me successful, Death Metal would lose 80 life points, along with his hands.
There are drastic differences between "Minor" and "Major" attacks. Minor attacks could be grazes, decent attacks, and other normal attacks while Major attacks are very deadly.
Many may wonder how this system could work. I mean, "Couldn't they just dodge every attack?" No. You've got five chances to dodge in one battle. Use all of them up, and the next attack would pretty much kick you up a notch. This next attack would instantly deal major damage, but also give you two more dodge chances.
Also, if you constantly try to attack each other in order to make them dodge, an interruption during the battle may occur. This differs from every location. It could be henchmen, earthquakes, or lasers from the sky, so try to let the opponent rest once in a while, will ya?
-.-.-.-.-
So how do you exactly get into fights? It's freaking simple for NPC's, but a little complex for players. Don't worry. We'll get this covered. I think.
NPC Battles: Now, NPC Boss Battles are easy to attend to. The UAA would somehow contact you depending on how you live. Their message would include the location of where the battle should take place. All you need to do is to prepare, go, and kill. There are usually obstacles you need to pass before you reach the boss.
Player Battles: This was something I had been considering about, but I just couldn't delete it because... hey, we're assassins, aren't we?
Basically, one must request the UAA for a battle with the player's assassin. They must be requested either inside the UAA building (which is in the middle of Santa Destroy) or by phone. The opponent you want to fight would be forced to fight your assassin, which would become a "Rank Defense" battle for them. No henchmen are available for players and could instantly be fought in a designated location selected by the GM.
Remember this, though: You may only fight ranked assassins above or below you. For example, if you're ranked 24th, then you could only fight rank 23 or 25. If you're fighting a lower rank, it becomes a Rank Defense battle.

Updates soon to be added
Q & A: Ask Travis
Question 1: Can I play as a teenager?
Answer: As long as they're not a pathetically weak assassin, sure. Look at Kimmy Howell.
Question 2: Does this crap even have a storyline?
Answer: Yes.
Question 3: Could we be get stronger by getting aroused with fighting?
Answer: Considering how you're asking a man who does get aroused in battle, I'd say yes. This would go to the Abilities section in the character sheet.
Question 4: Are there really fifty assassins? Isn't that gonna be a mess for the GM?
Answer: Yes. All of them are separate battles. It won't be a mess if you don't try to cause one yourself.
Question 5: Will the GM favor me over another player? N O. The GM plans on treating every player character as a very important piece of the storyline.
Question 6: Is romance between partners and assassins allowed?
Answer: I'm actually wanting to see some of that action...
...
...I'm kidding. In other words, some fluff won't make the GM mind.
Question 7: Will the great Travis Touchdown make an appearance in this roleplay?
Answer: Maybe.
Question 8: dud, wil gm chars got more screntyme than mine? (Translated: Dude, will the GM's characters have more screen time than mine?)
Answer: First off, fix your grammars, young manz. The "screentime" for every character depends on how much the player posts. Don't double post, though.
Question 9: Will we see some assassins that appeared in the canon No More Heroes series?
Answer: Surprisingly yes.
Question 10: Are boss battles insanely hard?
Answer: Depends on how much you suck at planning strategies. Each boss has some type of weakness.
Question 11: What's the age recommendation for this roleplay?
Answer: Obviously 17+. 15+ if you could handle descriptive gore.

Reason: Major overhaul update #2
Updated with major information, along with some Q&A.
And don't be afraid to join! I'm pretty certain you won't get your head chopped off by failure. It's fairly easy to join even without knowing No More Heroes.
For the abilities do you mean skills like Travis roulette ones? Typical anime named attacks or legitimate abilities?
Both are okay. As long as all of them aren't super devastating/instant-kill (Example: Nathan Copeland's Grapple Move, the weakest among Travis's Dark Side Abilities, Ryuji's energy dragon).
Residence: penthouse suite in recently established high class hotel.
Hobbies: Reading and Tailoring
Likes: wine, fine food, women and more illicit ways of excitement.
Dislikes: vulgarity, laziness, slovenly people.
Appearance: Silus is a tall and lithe man. Standing about 6'3 and having a weight of about 90 kg. His appearance is that of a well dressed and refined fashionable man. His hair is stark white and messed up to just the right amount. He has a fringe that sweeps to the left and covers his left eye. His right eye is the only one visible, being white in color.*
His dress sense is again, one of a fashionable and refined man; if not a man with a more eclectic taste. He only ever dresses in white. He had a custom and tailor made suit, made by himself, that is pure white. It allows a wide range of movement and still retains its shape. He completes the ensemble with white silk gloves and a white tie, despite wearing a suit, he does not wear a shirt underneath so his tie is just tied around his neck. He always wears white dress shoes.
He always has his cane with him.
Biography: Silus was born in a crime infested and abhorrently poor family. With his knack for sewing and higher IQ than most others around him, Silus began to push away from the squalor that surrounded him.
His school years were filled with asinine comments and jealousy. The boys of the school were jealous due to the attention the female population of the school gave him. Thus the asinine comments that were far below Silus' notice.
This trend continued into high school, where people began to believe he was gay. This fact he used to sleep with dozens of girls under the pretense that he was 'confused'.*
Coming into his late teens, Silus was soon beyond the pleasures the flesh gave him and sought more. Descending into a spiral of alcohol, drugs and high class whores; Silus bought himself a pair of beam katanas after he saw some guy in a leather jacket racing around with one. Killing a few people sated a dark thirst he had felt for a long time. Thus he styled himself as Alabaster, bringing himself in more money and his own sick pleasure from the jobs.
Personality: - refined and eclectic
- despises anything he deems unattractive
- is obsessive when it comes to his appearance
- manipulative
Weapons: Twin beam swords. Rather than being like a katana, as is usually seen, Silus' beam swords are modeled on the rapiers of English/French making.
The emitters are hidden within his cane. By tapping the white gold handle and twisting, his beam sword is revealed. It's blade is pure white and comes down to a sinister and fine point.
Abilities:*
Stances:
White flash: a stance that allows his greater speed and mobility with a loss of striking power.
Flash strike: moving at almost uncanny speeds, Silus strikes the opponent multiple times in quick succession.
White Decimate: giving up speed for excess striking power, Silus becomes slower but hits much much harder.
Twin crush: Using Decimates power, Alabaster slashes through with brute force. Can crack stone with the aftershocks.
Alabaster Angel: Silus beam swords become large and wide, giving him the appearance of an angel. Uses this as a coup de grace.
Alabaster Demon: Silus' beam swords become very large and dense. This ability is used in conjunction with White Decimate, giving his swords immense power and damage.
Weaknesses: not the strongest attacker or the hardiest of fighters.*
