Quick Description:


Aaron Flamberge- A crippled, but experienced warrior. He's rather supportive, giving advise, and letting his pupil's figure it out. Despite his crippled state, he is an amazing warrior, consuming the battlefield with flame. He has a dry sense of humor, and is gruff and to the point.

Aithe Baritz- A soldier who feels he was born under the wrong banner. After having his life sparred, he switched alliagences, following his heart. He is a noble and virtuous man. He fights primarily with his flaming spear, and alchohol he carries as a weapon.

Blaine Edgar- More politician than a fighter, he controls vast land, ever seeking to expand it. He's an idealist, but was consumed by greed, staining his once virtuous ambition. He fights with the powers of the night, controlling shadow, and drainign an opponent.

Claire Twinleaf- Wife of Gaiven, princess of a noble family. She grew up with the artes of the staff, becoming proficient in both weapons and magical combat. When Gaiven was forced to infultrate her manor, she herself came to fight him, and fell in love. She is a fierce woman, who keeps Gaiven going, and has a more realistic approach to life than he does.

Darius Bane- A demon with enormous strength. While slow, he has enormous defence, near unbreakable skin, and instant regeneration. He is sadistic and cruel, and wanders without purpose. Perhaps if he only had a righteous master?

Gaiven Twinleaf- Once called a failure in his youth, Gaiven is now beheld as one of the world's strongest men. Unable to use magic, he fights solely with his twin broadswords. He is extremely idealist, not killing anyone if he can avoid it. He has great trust in those around them, encouraging them constantly. He's extremely carefree, and despises formality.

Kei Lu- Daughter of a mighty warrior, who went insane. She picked up her father's arts, and is wandering sword for higher. Kei Lu is extremely gruff, rude, and unladylike, prefering to answer with her fist.

Kobuto Kurogana- Govenor of a town, Kobuto is extremely cunning. He is extremely cautious and careful man. He's untrusting, crafty, and an opportunist, but there are few allies that are as capable as him. He cares for his town with his full heart, doing the unethical, so long as it keeps his town safe.

Lyging Lumino- A soldier who grew up in war. Despite that, he's extremely cheerful, often in trouble for 'goofing' off. He likes to bring a light side to everything he's around. He's loyal, but a little naive of the world.

Riku, the Rose- A lady general. Rikue is the prime example to those around her. She's intellegent, strong, loyal , compassionate to her allies, ruthless to her foes. Her speed is unrivaled, fighting with a shortsword, and petals she forms wtih magic. Riku seems to carry a burden, but marches forward despite it.

Somnus Inlunis- He was once one of the worlds best assassins, renowned member of the assassin's guild. He then turned his back to the guild, finding a master to serve. Somnus is... a little cracked from his days as an assassin. He has a little morbid and disturbed sense of humor, once killing an entire showroom, and use their bodies as marrionettes for an hour before guardsman arrived. The biggest question is who is Somnus more dangerous to? His allies or foes? Nobody knows what's he's thinking, or what he'll do next.

Tamara Draco- Young Daughter of a legendary archer, Tamara is a decent archer in her own right. She is extremely reserved, not talking more than is needed. Despite her shy social behavior, she's extremely brave, more than willing to risk her life for others.

Tenebrae Metus- A powerful man who seeks to rival the gods. He cares little for the weak, seeing them as fodder for the strong. He likes to play from the shadows, manipulating those beneath him, until it is his turn to strike with his powers. "I am Tenebrae, the Darkness". His first name is actually Magus.

Vez Largo- A man born to nobilty. He despise his family almost as much as they despise him. He was the heir to the Largo name, a family of water based magic users, but to their horror, Vez was unable to use water magic. He has never forgiven them, escaping his cruel home. He smithed a mask with the Largo symbol scratched out on it, and wears it constantly. He hides his past behind that mask. Vez is actually very acute, but his reckless and insane actions would make that hard to believe. He despises any sort of rank, or title.

Wolfe, the Predator- A man with a terrible beast inside him. He works to control it, and was even made a general once he had sufficient control over his inner beast. Wolfe is the very definition of self controlled, he is calm and collected, hardly ever faultering, and that quality has brought him his success. So long as he is able to control his beast, he is content. If the beast is loosed, Wolfe becomes like a berserker, unable to stop til all around him is in ruins.

Xeon Clemens- An extremely violant man. He grew up as an orphan, looked down upon by those around him, and because of that he has sworn to never be looked down again. He starts fights with anyone he thinks is pitying him, his only goal being to be strong enough that no one will dare try and pity him. He would be a decent soldier with his swordsmanship, if it weren't for his lack of respect.

Personality:

In a short phrase? Manipulative Bastard.

Nobushige has no problem manipulating people any way he sees fit to gain an advantage to him and his village. He'll rewrite his personality any number of ways to fit a situation to his advantage.

He also has an obsession over the importance of history. He'll constantly reprimand people for not knowing it, and why they should. He considers himself a scholar, and the one thing he loves doing is teaching at any given moment, no matter how inappropriate. He'll even teach his opponents while he kill them.

It's rather scary how well he wears his faux smile, and pretends elegance and friendliness with those around him.

Nobushige's ability to lie, decieve and manipulate is such that it scares those around him, including his allies. Most Shinobi in his own village have their weapons drawn when they meet with him, and the elders keep constant tabs on him.

Despite this, Nobushige's fairly loyal to his village, never yet actually acting on his manipulative nature at the expense of his village. Against certain individuals? No problem with doing so. Some of his teammates have met some rather mysterious ends after pissing him off, yet it's never been able to be traced back to him.

But again, Nobushige never endangers his village, and has volunteered for many missions labeled as suicidal, and only barely come back alive, and he never had any second thought in volunteering.

History: Nobushige was born a shinobi in the Leaf, growing up as a Shinobi who wanted to make his parents proud, who both were chunnin. He wanted to make Jonin, and with his skill, it looked like he just might be able to. He was talented with clones from a young age.

Growing up, he had little use for academia. It was only his skills that got him through the acadamy, and complete mastery of the basics, that would stick with him throughout his life. He made chunnin with little effort, catching the eyes of the crowd in his exam, at the age of 13.

His parents were proud that their son had become a ninja of the same rank as them.

However, a month later, a tragedy struck the village as an enemy attacked their village, claiming to be a man from history, Chiyome Mochizuki, come again to terrorize the Leaf.

She, and her band of followers made themselves well known to the Leaf, before staging an assassination of their village elders.

As she flew from the scene of the crime, Nobushige's parents found her, and pursued her into the forest. The imposter was forced to face them, knocking them back, and injuring, before fleeing. Blood from her robes flew onto theirs, before he had gone.

Finding them injured, and running away from the leaf, but covered with the blood of the elders of the village, they were labeled as criminals, to be tried.

Nobushige was pressed to prove their innocence, and volunteered to capture this enemy to the Leaf, part of a squad into the forest to find her, a campaign stretching several weeks.

Researching the historical figure this kunoichi claimed to be Nobushige began to notice the pattern of her attacks, and predicted where she would strike next.

He was correct, and set a trap for her.

The imposter struck, only to find herself in an ambush. As her followers warded off attacks, she fled into the forest, to be stopped Nobushige himself, who struck her through the hearts with fathers favorite kunai.

Nobushige came back to the village, to free his parents, having killed the menace to the Leaf, but found very disturbing news. The had been executed by the Hokage himself. Nobushige swore against the leaf, and planned his own assault against it. He felt a little of himself die that day, his trust of his village, and more so of his 'friends'.

He was assigned a mission the next day, promised that if he would succeed, he would be a Jonin for the village, a test.

But Nobushige struck in revenge before the dawn broke. He stole many scrolls of secrets from the Leaf, and killed his entire squad, fleeing from the village a wanted criminal. He was an excellent shinobi, but he could no longer live in the village that had so wrongfully killed his parents. He would shape his own destiny. As he flew himself from the village, a team of ANBU followed closely behind.

He managed to evade them long enough to make it to the Land of Lightning.

As he fled, he ran into a group of ninja.... including the Raikage himself.

Making a bargain, the secret scrolls he stole, for his life, the Raikage agreed, with a slight nod of his head.

As the ANBU approached, they met a nasty surprise as Nobushige turned around to face, them.

The leader of the squad gave a slight chuckle, drawing his sword, before a rather large thud sounded behind him. The Raikage's squad making their presence rather loudly known.

Before most of the squad could properly react, they were attacked. The Raikage struck from behind, and Nobushige rushed from the front. The squad leader fleeing, to give the information he could to the Hokage, about Nobushige's betrayal to the Cloud Village.

Nobushige was in close pursuit, the tables completely turning, now the ANBU leader was the one being chased.

After a mile chase, the ANBU noticed that only he and Nobushige were there, and turned to fight.

Their battle lasted an hour before Nobushige struck the ANBU leader in the chest with his Summoning Seal Devastation. However, this gave the ANBU an opening, who landed several blows against Nobushige with the butt of his sword.

Standing above Nobushige, about to strike the final blow, Nobushige activated his seal, killing the leader with a sword through the chest.

Returning to the Cloud Village, the Raikae was impressed to see Nobushige alive after having fought an ANBU squad Leader, and several members of the squad.

Nobushige was made a Cloud ninja from that time on. Feeling indebted to the Raikage, and the Cloud Village in general, Nobushige lived to fulfill his debt to them.

However, due to feelings that his home village had been the one who betrayed him Nobushige carried a sense of individual distrust to most, and a sense of self-sufficiency.

The Raikage appointed Nobushige not only as Jonin, but a his personal ANBU.

Over the years, Nobushige has become one of the most skilled members of all of the Cloud ANBU.

Description: A collection of swords kept at home, none of which have any special abilities. None are kept in person, but in a scroll.

Name of Weapon Paper prayer dolls

Description: An extremely potent weapon. Each blue prayer doll has the ability to violently disrupt chakra upon contact with a living person.

The more chakra currently in use of a ninja, the more potent an attack. Against a ninja not doing anything, it will do little more than stun them. Against a ninja preparing a large attack, the chakra dispersed can literally move the organs inside them, causing massive internal damage.

The downside is that it works on anyone touching them, even Nobushige, so he must touch them with cloth in order to throw them. They don't work if they don't touch flesh.

Once used, they turn red, and are plain old paper.

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu, Kinjutsu

Nature Type: Earth ----> Water ------> Clone
Handseals: 36
Description: The most laborous type of clone to create if from real flesh. By gathering materials of the human body with Earth release, then filling it with liquids with water release, Nobushige creates a real life body. He then fills it with the soul of a clone.

The body is an actual body, but cannot be described as living, due to it's short time one earth, and dependant soul. It feels no pain, it produces no blood or chakra, it cannot eat or create anything bodily. But otherwise is a real in every aspect. The chakra placed within it even mimics a chakra system perfectly, fooling the likes of sharingan and byakugan. Upon 'death' the experience and leftover chakra is sent back to the user.

Weakness: 2 minutes casting time to create them. Each clone only last one battle, 8 posts if they are left in perfect condition. Clones bleed to death easily, their blood not clotting. As with Kage bunshin, splitting chakra into them is dangerous. Making the body is also hard to do, requiring concentration.

Description: Doesn't 'silence' chakra, on the contrary, his chakra is extremely easy to read. But, like a silencer on a gun, this seal muffles it, making it seam like a civilian's chakra at all times.

It is concealed within his hair.
Weakness: Because it constantly makes his chakra look like a civilians, he can't ever suppress it.

Personality: Mizu tends to be.... more than a little bit of a ditz. Infact, she's so oblivious, it's like she lives in her own little world.

Her past experiences might have more than a little to do with it, because if she had been a little more attentive, she probably be mentally broken.... well, more mentally broken.

She addresses everyone in a cheery manner, no matter what the circumstances. Infact, the worse they get, the better her attitude seems to be.

The only time she seems in the least bit serious is when something close to her is in immediate danger, and then, it last the entire time it takes her to move to action, and then slips instantly.

She also tends welcome everyone as a friend, even blatant enemies.

She considers (my soon to be character medium) Dosu Kurogana, as her most precious person in the world, and learns much about proper etiquette from him.

She's also a little socially awkward. Again, childhood having alot to deal with his.

History:

Born to the unconvicted serial killer Fujimaru Hosokawa, and the corrupt detective, Matsuri Hosokawa, Mizu's childhood wasn't exactly ideal.

Her mother was often forgot she had a child, leaving her in a room with a TV on for hours on end, on a good day.

Her father was a bit bipolar, like a drunkard. Only instead of alchohal, he ran off of serial murders. On days he killed several people in a row, he was a doting father, who brought home icecream.

On dry days, he would forget she even exists as well, much like her mother. And if she harrassed him, she was likely to be punted across the room.

This came to be a sign that bloody boots were a good day, and normal boots were a bad day.

As Mizu grew, she came to realize she had a strange power. She could see ghosts. With her father's hobby, this became even more traumatizing. The ghost she saw were not quite so happy to be dead. And the fact that his daughter could see and interact with them made them divert their anger to the young girl, bullying her in any way they could.

They would intentionally taunt hollows, and lure them into the house. It was sheer coincidence that the area was well enough patrolled that shinigami disposed of them before anything bad happened. Because of this, Mizu had a lot of 'interesting' conversations with shinigami. Most of which complained about her, because of the workload.

One day, her father, running from several cops, grabbed Mizu and her mother, and ran out the house, calling it a mix of a ''very good day", and "A hint of oh shit." As they ran, he accidentally dropped her into an alley, losing her for several hours.

When he finally found her, she was a bit beat up from the area being more than a bit rough. He broke in tears, and claimed he wouldn't let her get hurt again like that.

Her mother tried remembering Mizu's name. And upon failing, stood silently behind.

Luckily (?) For the family, no incriminating evidence was found in the house, and the Hosokawa family returned the next week.

Her father enrolled Mizu into a Karate Dojo, to have her be able to protect herself. He also taught her himself, always having a practice dummy (of questionable origin.... and validity as 'dummy')

After a couple of weeks, on a VERY good day, he turned to his daughter, and gave her a pendant (with a slight blood stain on it), and told her she was the love of his life, putting it around her neck. It was an item she would treasure for the rest of her life.

As Mizu neared her 18th birthday, she excitedly ran upstairs to tell her parents she had made breakfast. On her way up, she tripped and broke her neck, beginning her life as a plus.

At her funeral, her pendant was stolen, it was the one thing she truly cherished besides her father.

Somehow, despite her death, patrolling Shinigami missed her, allowing her to live as a whole for quite some time. Her will to not pass on was extremely strong, she didn't want to go alone.

She waited at her house for a year, her soul chain barely holding.

Everyday, she would see her father come back.

Then one day he didn't.

She didn't want to admit it, but she was a little glad, figuring she could pass on with him, but unlike her, a shinigami caught him fairly fast, running from the law til the last. His judgement was hell.

Mizu was so confused in of what she should do. Her soul chain was nearly completely eroded. She decided before she would pass on, she would find her pendant. Having a strong connection to it, she could sense in a general direction where it was. She searched for weeks, walking to different towns. She was attacked by hollows several times during her treck(normally in the space of a day), barely escaping them.

Each time she ran, it became a little easier, her reitsu rising. But this in turn attracted more hollows. It was an odd case where an unchecked plus was becoming as strong as a shinigami, through sheer number of near death experiences.

Still, her chain eroded, eating itself, it was little more than a stud as she stumbled into Karakura town.

She finally found her pendant in a bizzare accident, stumbling into the trailer of famous actor, Dosu Kurogana (Next character I'm doing). The odd twist of fate was that he was a powerful medium, well aquainted with spirits. Infact, it was how he had started his TV career.

After she explained the situation to him, he happily gave her the pendant, with a crying hug.

"I couldn't hold onto something like this after hearing that."

It was the first time she'd felt cared since her passing away.

But as a tear dropped down her eyes, her time was up as far as her chain goes, it finally reaching her heart.

As she collapsed, the man grabbed her hand, and poked where her chain was drilling into her heart, before flaring his reitsu, giving her part of his reitsu to re-extend the chain.

Not only had that man been kind to her, he had saved her from becoming a hollow, although it was only temporary, the chain began gnawing itself anew.

Dosu said he knew someone who could help, a former shinigami, Keiasu Haiyou.

Taking her to him, even calling in the studio sick for the day, they arrived at the strange shopkeepers door.

As they knocked, a walking was heard and then the door opened to reveal the quiet shopkeeper, Keiasu. Still in gigai of course, Keiasu looked to Dosu and nodded his head, turning his body to allow them in.

As the situation was explained Keiasu seemed to frown and then he stood from the coach and went to retrieve his blade. When he returned and muttered a phrase and released his blade into it's shikai state and revealing his nature as a shinigami. He understood their plight and so he used his ability to manipulate kinetic force to dampen the speed of the chain's movements and thus slow it's devouring effect. He had to stay released for a time before he was able to devise a kido which maintained it for him by absorbing reiatsu from the air to fuel the technique.

As Dosu thanked Keiasu, and turned to leave, Keiasu shook his head and turned his eyes to the girl. "This girl's reiatsu is not something to waste." He proceeded to look at Dosu pointedly his eyes seemed to silently communicate his words to the man. "In order to make sure her chain does not disappear, I would like to keep her close. Additionally, neither of us want the poor girl to be devoured by a pesky hollow, so I will train her...for her own protection, and yours." With this he glanced to the girl, with no words and smiled ever so slightly, a rare sight from Keiasu. "You will be safe here, and you will grow strong."

Mizu nodded, before beginning her training.

Over the next several years, Mizu became incredibly strong, slightly above liutenents, but slightly below captains. It was a daily experience her life was at risk, exponentially increasing her powers.

Meanwhile, she fell in love with Dosu, the two becoming a couple. (which classfies as Necrophilia). She's also considers her teacher one of her greatest friends, and is extremely loyal to him.

It's thanks to these two men that she's happy to continue in the World of the Living, with people who care about her. Her bond with them is her most precious thing now.

Strengths: Speed, Hakudo, Powerful Ability in her strikes (see below), high durability.

Weaknesses: Has no weapon other than her fist, or any means of long range combat. And her chain is a weakpoint. She's also unbelievably clumsy, and worst luck ever. Seriously, look at her childhood.

Oh, and Kido is seriously a pain in the ass for her. She has no counter for it other than taking a hit or dodging.

Over the years, and much combat training, she's extremely proficient in hand to hand combat, overtaking almost everyone in that aspect alone. Other skills:

*Sword Catching- By increasing reitsu in her hands to thin hard sheet, she can stop them from getting cut, allowing her to 'slap' away sharp objects, or even catch a blade between her

*Stun-strike - An ability unique to her. By condensing her reitsu in a volatile manner, she able to release a shockwave when she connects, also hitting people with a concussive blast to stun them for a split second, and cause massive damage per strike. The flip side of this is that ever hit knocks her opponent away.

*Zan-lock-. Using the same concussive blast in stun strike, Mizu can 'stun' a zanpaktu, disabling it's ability for a split second. While it only last a second, it stops charge type attacks from finishing, and leaves users dependent on their zanpaktu wide open.

Name of Weapon or Item: The phantom's staves

Description: Reinforced staves. The wood is extremely compressed making them flame resistant, and harder than steel. Their natural wind affinity blows away lightning chakra enhanced blades as well, making them extremely hard to destroy by normal means. (has been done)

The staves have a secret, their symbiotic relation with Tadaoki. These staves ARE his chakra system, his chakra divided between the five of them, and as long as they are around, they are the ones to give chakra for him. Without his 5 staves, Tadaoki isn't even a ninja.

He can borrow chakra from them in order to use jutsu, or cast the jutsu from the staves themselves. They are not sentient, but seem to be an extension of himself.

They naturally command the winds around them, giving them the ability to fly at speeds enough to break bones.

Description: Highly durable clothes that are fire retardent, and tear resistant. Each set contains hidden compartments containing. They really provide no protection to Tadaoki, as a it's a collection of items for his wardrobe, they don't cohesively protect him. The joints are weak, explosions and fire will make it through parts of the limbs, disabling and burning him, the only thing helpful is that they are tear resistant, having him resist cuts from the standard kunai.

Description: Using a seal in a set of clothing, Tadaoki can give it form, pressing out the winds to 'blow' it out like an air mattress, and then compress giving it definite form that won't escape like normal air. The seal contains a record of his movements in hand to hand combat, causing the phantoms to attack like he does at Close Quarter combat.

As long as the seal is in effect, the phantoms survive. They are weak, but an excellent distraction, capable of killing, and extremely durable unlike clones, though they can do no jutsu. An arm ripping off won't destroy them.

Weakness: Massive start up time to create his phantoms. A nick on the seal inside will destroy them, though getting to the seal is rather tough. An art is to rip off the phantom's mask, and stab the seal located where the back of the neck would be, taking all of a second to do. An observant opponent will notice under the mask their are no eyes, distinguishing them from Tadaoki. Fire directly into the suit will burn the seal.

Description: Having his staves dance in an erratic dance above an opponent, they constantly release what looks like 'spores' of chakra to dojutsu below them, that put the opponent in a genjutsu, easy to control as it is constantly applied, and as long as it's being cast, continually puts the opponent in it. The staves dance 100 feet above an opponent, and follow them with the dance.
Weakness: Due to the nature of the technique, the staves can't be hidden during it. If an opponent should look up and see the staves, the source becomes obvious. Simply knocking them out of alignment will cease the jutsu.

Weakness: Strong attacks disperse it, does no damage as an attack really, most ninja can fall from high heights. Long cooldown.

Personality: Matsuri's a meek and kind girl, frightful of the world against her. She desperately wants freedom, and not to be caged. The only thing she likes about being a missing nin is the freedom she has about it.

She doesn't want to hurt anyone, but after being hunted, she's less inclined to hold back on someone.

The best description is a scared little girl trying to find her place in the world.

History: Born to the main branch of the Hyuga family, she was the youngest of 4 children, and never expected to be heir.

As she grew up, she asked.
"Why do the other Hyuga children have marks on their head?"

A question that was avoided as much as possible. She was probably going to become a branch member, and her father did not want her to know yet what that seal meant.

Out of the children, she showed mediocre talent as a ninja. This made both sides of the family look down on her.

The branch family saw her as someone not yet like them, someone with a chance to be in the main family, but the main family saw her as someone who never would be heir, and had no talent to challenge the claim otherwise.

She eventually passed the acadamy with great difficulty, and became a genin. There she met her teacher, Azamaka Uchiha. A rather strict teacher, but realized that Matsuri actually had talent. She had a knack for genjutsu, an unusual talent for a Hyuga. He'd made the comment more than once "Pity you weren't an Uchiha."

Then, 6 months into being a genin, her father passed away. Her Eldest brother was to be made head of the branch family the next day, and her to recieve her curse mark then.

A branch family broke into her room to warn her.

"Tommorrow they are going to make you like us."

"What?"

"They are going to put that terrible curse on your head. You see these marks?"

He explained the full depth of their meaning.

"You can't be serious, brother wouldn't do that to me!

"Look around you! How many Hyuga's wear these? Who doesn't.... you, and your siblings, and your father. The main house members. I thought I should tell you what this means, no one else would have until it was too late."

The man left. Matsuri lay awake that night, thinking on what the man had said. No.... realizing what he had said was true. They were going to mark her. Why? She hadn't done anything wrong. She couldn't challenge her brother either. He was a Jonin, and the rightful heir.

She made her decision. That night she left the Village. She was frightened to death of getting a curse mark. The branch member didn't expect her to go that far.

A note was left for her sensei.

Fearing the Hyuga secrets would be stolen, a bingo mark was set on her. She was a true missing nin now.

History:

An orphan at an early age, she surely would have been dead if not for the kindness of the future Tsuchikage.

Finding the young child unconscience at the site of a battlefield, in a ruined house, he took her to recieve treatment from his squad medic, despite protest about it being a waste of resources. His allies were also surprised. Was this the same man known as the Sage of the Underworld? Whose wisdom was only outdone by his kill count?

Without name, he gave her one, a famous kunoichi of history. Chiyome Mochizuki. When asked why save her, he commented. "A gut feeling she'll be important. Even a sage has to follow his gut sometimes."

Left in foster care, Chiyome never knew about the Tsuchikage's actions, only that he was like a godfather to her. He'd drop on in every once in a while, and always make it worth his visit. She dreamed to be a ninja like he was.

And so, she enlisted in the acadamy to become a kunoichi. She was picked on terrible for being 'Tsuchikage's pet'.

What's worse, her talent wasn't exactly marvelous. It wasn't poor, but her expectations were much too high. It was her nerves that caused her to fail the chunnin exam as well.

The Tsuchikage took her aside, and told her.

"When the time is right, you will grow strong. Don't worry about it. You've got a lot of talent somewhere. It's just not ready to bloom. Let me tell you.... the story of how you became an orphan."

And so, she was told. But it brought more questions than it answered. Like.... why was she saved in particular? What was so special about her? She didn't even participate in the next Chunin exam as she tried hard to figure it out.
