Game of thrones by George R. R. Martin is, in my opinion, one of the most enthralling fantasy series' EVER. So I wanna RP it.

Since this is an interest check, I'm not going to go into too much detail, but the RP would most likely take place across all Westeros, the Free Cities, the Wild, etc. Players would most likely be something along the lines of a lord in Westeros, a warrior from the North, a knight, ironborn, whatever.

Looking for at least 5, preferably under 10, dedicated players willing to post AT LEAST once a day. Then again, I've never been strict about anything, so join as you please.

I'm still working through the series (500 pages through Clash of Kings) so I would be interested but I'm afraid of spoilers lol

Worry not. I'm on A Feast for Crows. We'd pretty much be starting with new characters (with accurate surnames, though.) around the chronology of the start of the series.

Okay then. Well, a good way to give all our characters past history and explain why we'd start (or, over the course of the narrative, come to be) in the same place at the same time would be for us to all be family memberrs, bannermen and wards of one noble house?

No, this RP will take place on a much larger scale. I will make a start scenario, e.g. an impending invasion, wedding, etc, that will include most of the houses. This is, essentially, a nations RP. If you're the lord of a house, you control it's lands and armies.

Sure, but it wouldn't be Game of Thrones wihtout some elaborate family relationships.
