It was another sunny Monday morning in Arlington Va. i woke up to one of my favorite songs "Human - Ellie Goulding (Young D Remix)" like every morning for the last week or so. I didnt want to go to school, too many prepy kids, but there are many different groups besides the preps. Me personally, i like to hang out in front of the school on the big grass area before school starts jamming to some dubstep or drawing.

So i went to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth and hair, but like usual i always got to look in the mirror and give that smile of "I look great" before going to school. It gives me a good boost for the day. My name is Dominic Rhapton, I'm native American and am loving it. My Dad is all i have left, since my mom died giving birth to me. Life is somewhat peaceful, but i wish to make it big when i get older.

Alexis was up early that day, just like every other day. She stepped out of the shower and dried off. She was glad that she didn't have to hurry up, since she was an only child and didn't have to share the bathroom. Her father walked out before she was born, so she wasn't given any other siblings by him. Her mother did meet a new guy, but they're unable to have children together. She was happy about that.

She did her hair, teeth, and makeup after getting dressed. After looking in the mirror and being satisfied with how she looked, she walked out of the bathroom and down the hall to the kitchen. She grabbed a granola bar before making her way to the door. She slipped on her black flats and grabbed her bag before walking outside, and heading towards the school. She didn't live too far away from it.

Dom wore his white peacoat with purple lining, Black skinny jeans and purple Osiris High Top shoes. He was listing to music when his friends came up to chill with him before class. they were also native american. He knew them since they were all in kindergarden. They were practically the family he didn't have. Dom had recently gotten his liscence and was now paying for his car he got which was his favorite car in the world, a Charcoal 95' Toyota Supra TT. that was his baby, he was super shocked when he woke up one morning to see keys on his night stand and the car outside the driveway.

"I used to dream about having that car, and to finally have it is crazy". Dom and his friends talked outside for awhile before heading to class. He was in english, his first period of the day. He loved english except for the kids, they were weird and annoying. There was this girl in the class that always seemed to talk about gore, but today she was talking about old torture methods and such. which wasnt unusual for this kid. they were watching a movie about the industrial revolution. The one thing he liked were the movies, It was the only entertaining thing in there besides watching the debate squad go at it.

Alexis walked into her class. English. She hated it. She didn't like the teacher, was why she didn't like the class. She wasn't sure why she hated it, though. She was always late, despite waking up early all the time. She sat in her seat. She did enjoy watching the movies, since it kept it a little more interesting, except for the girl always talking about blood and stuff. She kept it quite interesting as well.
She smoothed out the bottom of her dress, as the movie started. She knew they were going to have to do some kind of worksheet or something on the movie. She didn't mind, too much, though. As long as it was something semi-easy.

Dom was sitting in his seat waiting for the bell to ring. He was listening to music again. He was listening to a rock group called sevendust. They were one of his favorite rock bands he listened to. All He could think about was being able to graduate early, because he decided his freshman year that he would take no electives, and do classes over the summer. *The Bell Rings* he sighed as he stood up to go to his next class, which was Algebra II on the second floor next to the swimming pool area for PE class.

As hes walking he went to buy a snack from the vending machine before heading to math. he was hungry but he knew he was going to be late, he didn't care though. He walks into class blasting music. the teacher was his uncle, but that didnt excuse him from being late or blasting music. He asked him politely to take his seat and to talk to him while the other teacher went to check homework. Dominic and his uncle were talking out in the hallway for about 10 minutes.

Alexis had art class. It was her favorite class, which was why she had the best grade, a B. She wasn't very good in school, grades wise. She hated school, actually. She got her canvas out and started to continue her painting of a horse. She was actually a good painter, but she didn't put all of her effort into it at school, which was why she had a B.

After they talked, dominic and his uncle returned to class. Math class wasn't appealing to him, but he was very good at it. He had a A- in class. Today they were reviewing a bit from algebra that would help them on the test this coming thursday. Mainly stuff relating to algorythems and quadratic formulas. Class was almost over when there was the routine fire drill went off. Dom was sensitive to loud sounds, and started to get annoyed. When everyone got back to class it was almost time to go to the next class.

Alexis hated fire drills. For one, the noise was loud and annoying. Two, it always was during this class, which was the one she liked the most. She wasn't sure why it couldn't happen in English, or History. She sat back down, starting to finish her painting. She was sure she'd get it done by the next day.

After school Dom drove home and did his homework. He than began to work on a song he was working on for the last couple of days. His make shift studio was in the basement. He had the walls soundproofed, and the corners echo resistant with this special foam that blocked out sound. As he was working on that song, His buddy Rob who hangs out with him called about his friend who had recently gotten sign with a record label, and that they both could. Then he went on about how they needed to do a couple gigs, and send in some music before they could be put in as an applicant. Dominic would have to think about it for awhile and what approach he would want to take about it.
