You guys are all weird. I go to bed late sometimes but I'm pretty well adjusted sleep-wise. Old movies really help me zone out and relax when I need to sleep. Also some fuckin peppermint or herbal tea. 8D
I fall asleep pretty much instantantly as sson I actually get in bed. The trick is to not find more excuses to stay up.

Nothing more tiring than trying to level up a team of level 40's in preparation for the league when the strongest wilds are only level 20-something.

I find that turning on a fan and focusing on just that noise, or allowing your mind to sort of fog out helps.
