Anger tends only to inflame things, and vengeance is a dark path that never leads you anywhere good. Instead of
this guy keeping control of his anger, he tried to take vengeance and may now be serving a sentence himself. Morally, that guy may uave deserved it, but the son had a moral and legal responsibility to behave.

All of you obviously have very solid beliefs on this matter () i think it's me just not agreeing with the judicial systems at all.

This. The court is neutral ground. No fighting allowed.

Did I do it? No. Why? Becouse we have trials, we have prisons for the reason that I should not have to take things in my own hands. I once beat a guy for trying to force himself on my ex. Did I feel better? No. Not really. Did my ex feel better? No, she saw a side of my she never wanted to see.

    Anger is never key.
He lost his mother. He would be a psychopath if he didn't show anger for it, what he did was letting that anger out. Trust me that type of anger can only be unleashed this way.

I don't believe that at all. Forgiveness is as much in human nature as wrath is.

And if not forgiveness, at the very least some civility and trust in justice.

No he wouldn't. Yes he probably couldn't help himself. But if he could and should have removed himself from the situation. If he told someone in the court that he hated his dad enough to attack him like that, he would have been excused.

Thanks for the siggy Harby san. You definitely know my tastes.
