Pyromaniac deactivated the fire tornado, leaving the heat as an early-warning system. He sat down to rest, letting his energy recharge.
    .
The Aeromancer flew down and landed next to Pyromaniac. The heat was immense, but bearable. He sat down next to Pyromaniac, simply because there was nothing else to do.
    .
Blade exited the sewers, just as the sun finished setting. He walked over to the duo sitting on the ground and then looked around, seeing the carnage. Blade whistled at how much damage was caused. There couldn't be a single thing left in the nearby building's due to the immense heat. "Well, we're here, so where is everyone else," Blade asked.

(I was well aware of the number of tunnels in Times square station as well as it's size. You said dozens of horrors 2 to 3 times Han-Za's size as well as one ginormous one that filled the entire tunnel. There's going to be little space left over after they enter. Yeah, it's blocked off all right. There wouldn't be enough room for anything else to enter from the tunnels with that much mass and each one covered with a thick coating of ice. Also, if that many were to enter at once, or if the entrances weren't staggered, then yeah, they'd all be hit with the shout at once. If you had staggered the entrances of the horrors or if you had only sent a few horrors instead of dozens, then it wouldn't have been the freebie it was.)

The Candy Man will find that his call was met, as fifty different horrors start busting out of the walls of building raining debris and furniture down to the ground. One bursts out of the street next to the alley and immediately starts to lash out at the Candyman. Another one floating above him also tries to strike at him, but his body bulges a moment before it throws up a blob of black goop all over his current position with dozens and dozens of leaches crawling through the goop. The ones above start taking rubble and pieces of wall and throw it at him, as the new born Horror continues to try to bite him.
    ---
In the subway the Horrors would become aggravated by the block in the subway due to there frozen brothers. They burst through the ground to the surface around the subway in the area surroundings of time square. This puts several Horrors on the streets around Time Square as well as some showing up Near Mr. Yin, Mr. Yang, and Jo'Rakha they would try to lash out of them, but be pushed backwards into the walls. They would yell at them, then instead go around them and continue to surround Time square, but without entering the street area. Instead they would take cover behind in and around the buildings and start tearing debris from them and throwing them. A few Horrors make there way into the Media building through joining buildings and would burst out through the front of the building. At the same time A dozen Horrors would close in and tunnel into the streets around The Pyromaniac to get his attention, but also to attempt to get to the subway station underneath.
    ---
Big Rodeo and the gang under the rock shield would find position being closed in on by people, small things and a lesser Horror. The horror would float in above the rock shield and attempt to smash it.

The Hydromancer manipulated the water in the steam, forcing a small portion of it to go back to normal water. He took this normal water and wrapped it around the controlled human's wrist and hand. He had the human point the gun he had been using prior and fire all of his ammo into the Horror, letting the causer of the pain (the controlled human) feel the pain for him. If that human didn't kill the horror, he'd move to the next human and do the same, repeating until the Horror is killed.
    ---
Mr. Yin and Mr. Yang saw the horrors pop up, so they decided it was time to get to work. They approached their friends in the Square itself and stood next to them. The horror that charged out of the building would then be repelled by Mr. Yang's effect. The debris chunks landed all around them and Mr. Yin said, "Debris and Lesser Horror." The horror that was specified was one of the ones in the circle. Any debris afterword that was flung would divert it's course to that horror.
    ---
When Jo'Rakha saw the two guys get up and walk away, he decided to follow. Anytime he saw a horror, he cast the spell Frenzy at it. This would cause the horrors to go into a blind rage and attack whatever was closest and in almost all cases, it was another horror they attacked. Jo'Rakha's Magica was depleted quickly, but he got half of the surrounding horrors to begin tearing each other up.

Candy man saw the fifty horrors approaching him. He laughed and shouted, "you'll regret only sending so few!" The one coming up from the street did hit his leg, but went right through it. His leg reformed and then he saw one about to hurl chunks at him. He stretched out his arm and smacked it away, so it wound up hurling the black slime and leeches onto the ground. He made his arm into a blade and cut through the new horror, getting a satisfying crunch as his arm-blade sliced the bugger in half. His demonic smile grew and then got smacked in the head by a piece of debris thrown by a controlled human. The debris didn't do much than startle him. He then grabbed one of the horrors and batted the rest of the falling debris with the horror. If the leeches tried attacking him, then wherever they attempted to attach, he'd grow a spike that would shoot through the leeches' mouth and kill it.

The Pyromaniac entered "Sage State" where his energies replenished themselves exponentially, but left him completely vulnerable to attacks. He trusted his friends to defend him until he got back to full strength.
    .
The Aeromancer saw that the debris was taken care of and that the lesser horrors couldn't get near them, so he took the time to recharge too.
    .
Blade began absorbing the moonlight, which incapacitated him for the time he spent charging, but would allow him to use night-enhanced abilities even in the light of the sun. It was a 1-to-3 ratio for his charging. That meant, for every one hour of charging, he got three hours of enhanced powers in sunlight.

Big Rodeo sensed the creatures tunnelin' through the ground near where his friends were standin'. Ta ensure they gave them no trouble, he made all the earth surroundin' Time Square inta diamond hard earth. He also collapsed the tunnels behind the tunnelin' horrors, so as ta forever entomb them in an inescapable prison o' earth. This cost a fair amount o' energy, so he decided ta cool down for a while ta recuperate.

The situation with the hero's was proving to be more and more complicated with each plan that failed to accomplish anything. It was time to go full force an enter the battle field. Only a mile from there location in the Hudson River next to the pier the main Horror rises from the water. It was It was a bout as big as a football field and had massive appendages sticking out all over its body. The main Horror let out a wail loud enough to be heard all over the city and even scare the CDC and Military into retreating and calling for back up. Throughout the city halfway into the containment area thousands of lesser Horrors emerged from all over and took up position around the main Horror making it look like a massive squirming black cloud closing in on Time Square. Hundreds of people take up arms in buildings and around the area along with swarms of leaches pouring out of all kinds of, cracks, crevices, and buildings, all of them heading for Time Square. The Main Horror will take about 5 min. to close in on Time square from the time it yelled out and gathered the swarm.
    ...
The Candy man would find his position the first to be swarmed by a hundred more Horrors that rush in like a bumble bee swarm tearing through the buildings and structures raining down debris as well as each one taking a shot at him as they passed over and around his position.

The Candy Man was prepared for such a large assault. He stretched his arms up and formed a spike net. Any Horror unfortunate enough to pass by him would find themselves trapped and impaled repeatedly. He saw the big horror and stretched out until he got a handhold on it. He then hitched a ride. Seeing as how big the horror was, it'd be unfeasible for the monster to even feel him grab hold.

The Pyromancer heard the scream, but didn't move, so as to continue charging. In the next five minutes, he had charged back to full strength and then saw the boss approach. He snapped his fingers and used his powers. Should the attack be successful, an immense blaze will start on the surface of the large horror's face. If the attack is not successful, the Pyromaniac will continue trying, keeping the monster at bay.
    .
The Aeromancer spread out his arms and caused there to be a windstorm spreading out from the monster, forcing the lesser horrors, who could only float, not truly fly, away from it.
    .
When he saw the target appear, Blade whispered, "It's go time." He used his flight to fly through the gap in the lesser horrors that the Aeromancer had created and landed on top of the bigger horror. He took out fang and stabbed downward into the monster. If the monster shook, or tried to knock Blade off, then the force would cause Fang to slide through the monster, cutting it. Should the monster do nothing to stop Blade, he'd start walking back and forth with Fang, cutting open a triangle shaped hole in the monster's flesh (each side would be about six feet long).
