X and y correlate to Dimensions. What with the game being 3D
Really? X and Y?
The game looks interesting, but... we all knew this day would come for pokemon...
The day they made so many games that they ran out of colour's to use!
Spam doesn't count Grif, a number of people in Off-Topic (me included) never go there.

I completely and totally agree. Certainly my favourite of the new starters, although I have high hopes for the grass type starter despite its general disaproval. He looks promising, definitely. I'm fully expecting it to be this generation's Oshawott. Hated at first but'll grow on you. Froakie is definitely my favourite though, because it seems to have the perfect mix of gentlemen charm and childish eccentricity, all wrapped up the most delightfully looking amphibian swag.
The facial hair on Froakie look almost like clouds to me. A water/flying type, perhaps? Some frogs have the ability to use their webbed hands to glide great distances, so I don't think it's too much of a stretch.
Technically Red, Blue, Yellow and Green were the only ones named after colours, unless spin-offs are counted.
And I was just pointing out a thread about X and Y that was already made. ;P
Bibarel is my guilty pleasure.

I'm not sure about getting these games. I really don't want to update systems yet (I still have the first ds), and I can't use my R4 card on the 3DS, thus I will have One game on a system, lol.
My brother showed me that video today, surprisingly enough! I'm rather depressed to say, though, that Pokemon X and Y is on a 3DS only, not a regular DS. Gah. $200 bucks down the drain. Some people spend money on fancy boots and purses. I, on the other hand, prefer Pokemon games.
(And I like Fennakin, too- I feel that the grass one, whose name I can't remember, reminds me of Oshawott. And frogs give me the jitters.)
