Doom Re-imagined (Looking for Interest)

A ghost-like demon able to pass through solid object, impervious to projectile weaponry, fire, and other solid material. It "stands" at just over five feet tall, and weighs nothing. It's appearance is a fragmented human skull with deep hollow eye sockets, and two skeletal hands. A thin black cloak envelopes the creature, and the bones seem to be woven into the cloak itself. It can only be killed by energy or radiation weaponry. It attacks by temporarily solidifying it's claw-like fingers inside its target, literally rending their flesh. It seems to be attempting to possess the living body, but it cannot do so. In anger, it lashes out and ravages the victim.

Its attacks pass through armor, but not through energy shielding. Three solid point-blank shots from a standard plasma rifle will kill this thing.

I have more, but I'm frustrated, so... I'm tired of typing or thinking too much.

Keep in mind I can never memorize which army ranks are higher htan others XD

Private: High numbered, but fragile zombie soldiers, generally arms with a pistol or even 'just' a knife, maybe even nothing, but physically are more conditioned than a normal civilian zombie would be.


Sergeant: More thoroughly conditions, often armed with a shotgun of some sort wearing basic torso armor, most a bit faster than privates.

Colonels: Often armed with an automatic weapon, with 'extremity' body armor, while 'posed' and ready to shoot, arm body armor can partially protect torso. Generally behaves a bit smarter than standard soldier zombies.

lieutenant: Generally covered in body armor, requiring a face or joint shot to cause serious damage [elbows, face, knee, shoulder, or from behind.] but often armed with only a rifle of some sort.

Marine: Heavy Zombie type, bulky and powerful, especially dangerous in melee, can take great punishment, armed with heavy weapons like grenade launcher and minigun, or automatic rifle.

Commander: Full Body armor [with joint weak spots], and Rocket launcher equipped, will switch to SMG or Melee weapon when engaged too close to fire rocket.

K-9: Zombie dog... you can guess what these do XD

K-19: Cybernetically enhanced Zombie dog Razor teeth, metal armor in random places, sensor eye to prevent hiding.

K-93: Mutated Cerberian style Dog creature, Extra large, 3 headed, one head can breath fire, another Poison gas, and the other can release debilitating sound waves.

So... uh... any consideration to whether or not this RP is getting off the ground? I haven't been able to play a good dark, gory RP in a while. It would be a nice change.

It's funny because the Doom franchise has lots of fans. However it dosen't seem to be many of them around here.

I hate to steal a guy's thunder here, but, I haven't seen him in a while. And, technically, I did post an interest check for my own Doom RP before this one popped up...

If you and Shoryu want, we can make our own Doom RP.

I actually never thought of making doom RPs myself because usually 'shooter heavy games' don't 'feel' like RP material to me XD course that was a while back XD I wouldn't mind taken part in designing an RP with ya XD especially after I 'reacquaint' with doom a little first =3

Shit.. apologies for not being here. My internet went to shit about 3 days ago. Apparently as I was informed the dude who hooked our internet up hooked up two diffrent boxes (one of which was not really needed) an the two boxes finally went head to head and cancelled out the internet took them forever to do something bout it. Im back now though and that little issue is solved so there shouldnt be another.
