I'm very interested in this.
I wanted to call this Update, Restart or Update and Restart but realised that it could potentially be taken the wrong way, I am not making an update or restarting an old RP...Ah well. I'll name it that once I have some players maybe.
I currently have an idea for an RP that I have been thinking about for a while. For the sake of readability, I will condense it significantly for this post, and not go into detail about the complexities of paradox handling or timeline solidification right now.
Setting: The year 2500 onward, through the entirety of mankinds existence in the universe.
Secondary setting: A small man-made "bubble" universe, home to a single space station and almost nothing else. Humans arrive here at the beginning of this RP.
Focus: A war between two factions, one a large government aiming to take over the world in order to enforce world peace, using the newly developed technology of time travel to do so with minimal casualties, and the other a rebel faction/much smaller government which detests the idea that this single power has access to technology that no other power could hope to create.
Secondary focus: The lives of those sent into the Bubble to control and monitor the complex and steadily changing timeline of mankind.
Player Characters are: The primary character of each player will live in the Bubble, due to the singular, unchanging timeline in this universe. Secondary and beyond characters will be more likely to live in various time periods in the Primary Universe.
Method of Time Travel: None actually. No person in this RP (PC or NPC) will travel through time, unless I have a large change of heart. Instead, the Bubble will make temporary links to the Primary Universe (PU from now), through which orders can be sent to agents in order to influence their decisions. Those in the Bubble can also monitor what is occurring in the PU by accessing the cameras and sensors of satellites and small drone robots which gives almost uninterrupted views of the surface of Earth and any other planets or locations mankind may spread to. There is zero travel between the two universes after the start of the RP until the war is over, except in some very specific circumstances.
This interest check is intended to give a general overview of the RP, which I think I have done. Please, feel free to ask any questions you may have, I relish the opportunity to think about aspects that my brain generally ignores for whatever reason.
The next point of this thread is to ask for help from any and all interested in fleshing out and adding to this RP, both in setting and plot. Anyone interested please say so in this thread, and I'll flick you a PM with more details about what you can do to help. Anyone who helps out, needless to say, gets a reserved spot in the RP once I actually start it (which will almost definitely be quite a while, think 1-2 months. An RP with this complicated a concept will take a while to get polished enough to play).

Edit: One more thing; this will be either a high-casual or advanced RP with a slow-medium-ish pace. I'm talking ~1-2 posts per person per week.

Awesome, looks like there's a good amount of interest from this, I'll get a group sorted out (easiest way to display and share info I think) and some information posted, then I'll PM some invites and more info around.
One thing I want to mention; I will be reasonably careful about who I let into the development phase of this RP, more so than when I start the RP itself. This is just to ensure the highest quality content I can get ends up in the final version, and also so that the development phase doesn't get flooded with too many people. I'm thinking in the region of about 5 (including me) maximum for the development.
