In 1987, the government realised the “Hero Resistance Act to superheroes” throughout America. catch was, that they had to reveal their true identity to the world, and retire in Smallville, a town in Kansas with real Human beings. If any superhero goes out of control with their powers, He or She will be sentenced to prison or Execution. If one tries to escape Smallville V.I.A Flying, teleporting, or burrowing underground. He or She will suffer sever electrocution. The registration Act was created by LexCorp, an American company owned by, Use guessed it! Lex Luthor. LexCorp has been running Smallville secretly for a long time, producing the technology and equipment to produce super soldiers. Most of these so-called freaks came from a meteor crash at a fourth of July party. Small abilities came out of the meteor. I.E Flying, Super strength, or a mixure. Luthor has intentions to get rid of these Meteor freaks with his supersoldiers, but some stand in his way...
