Initial Idea:

I want to do a colonization rp where resources and time will be used for turning a savage land into a encampment, then a village, a town and finally a megalopolis. This will be starting in a mix of steam punk and fantasy genre where magic and technology goes hand in hand in an old timey world. You will take charge of either one character or a small group initially and try to make your charges flourish in their hostile environment full of wild beasts and inhabited by magical creatures that do not all like the new company your group or character represent. I want to work with a time management style of gameplay with materials and more spiritual resources that will be needed to better your encampment and survive. Shipments will arrive yearly from the mainland in exchange for resource originating from the land we will play in.

Basic Plot:

“Magic and Science holds the Key to the Faith”

Thus were the parting words of King Theodore as many adventurous men and women piled into the airships bound to the Starlit Dimension, a new dimension found by the country's mages with the help of the best thinking mind of our great nation. The journey will be perilous indeed but for the well being of the Country of Peregrine and for the advancement of Faith nothing was more worthy of danger. The best and bravest were enlisted for the essential task of exploring and colonizing Starlight before the other nations had the time to discover it so the whole thing should be done in absolute secrecy, a fleet of merchant airships entering the dimensional rift but once a year to trade the comfort of Peregrine for the exoticism and occultism of Starlight.

Beyond the rift the noble emigrant would be on their own to fend against any difficulties they may encounter with but a meagre cargo of essential to survive and flourish before the next year. They will have to find a suitable ground to make as their encampment and get rd of any obstacles that may be present in their new land. Then will be the time for betterment of both the self and the home as a content man does far more than a miserable one. The days will be hard at first, and the night cold and terror-filled but soon, surely, the light of Faith will pave the way to grand cities in this strange new land.

With the blessing of Air, may you forever be remembered as successful in your endeavours and may Peregrine grow stronger still.
