there are a few ways one might handle themselves in an open introduction. the first perhaps, being a blunt, yet concise "hello". another, something outgoing, maybe along the lines of "heyy all! 'im new here, but looking forward to meeting you guys!" but, i think i'll go with something a bit more arrogant, such as an examination of the nature of an introduction.
