Hi KS! Hope you don't mind if my character is a little...explosive.
Name - Boomer
Gender - Male
Age - 34
Nationality - Unknown
Physical Description/Appearance - He spent most of his life living in various slums, developing various scientific projects. As such, his skin is rather pale, even green if you look at it a certain way. He has no hair to speak of, having shaved it all off. He is also rather short.
Personality - He suffers from a form of autism, which renders him near-incapable of registering obvious social cues and other similar things. He has a passion for explosives.
Battle Info - He served in the UF Military for a short period, aiding them greatly with his finesse in creating various kinds of explosives. He was then dishonorably discharged for bombing the barracks of a commanding officer that was particularly rude to him.
Weapons - He always carries a handy supply of throwable contact-activated explosives on his person. Also, he has a dagger he carries around, for emergencies.
Equipment - Besides the explosives and dagger described above, he wears metallic armor over his body, hands, and feet, and a leather tunic over his body. He doesn't carry much that he doesn't feel he needs.

Position in the Military - Banned from the UF Military due to dishonorable discharge
History - Gerald lived a cold, dark life. Picked on as a child for his autism, he fled to the slums. He found solace in the street performers, especially those that dealt in fire. Eventually, he dabbled in some fiery techniques himself - explosives. He allegedly blew up the homes of several of his childhood bullies, but nobody can actually prove he did it. When the military started putting up posters, he thought it was only logical that he put his explosive knowledge to use in the fight against...other nations. However, he felt like he was bullied by his commanding officer in the army. We can all guess what happened next. He was dishonorably discharged, and stripped of his rank. Now, he wants to get back of the 'bully' that is military, and has joined the Brotherhood of Blood, who welcomed him with open (and sensitive) arms. And yet, every day, he goes out and utterly destroys an effigy of one of his 'bullies'.

Name - Jean-Claude Arcara

Age - 24
Nationality - UF, though presently located in the CoS (French-Italian Heritage)
Physical Description/Appearance - Jean-Claude's appearance is the product of an endless money source and all the time in the world. Jean is lean and slightly built, having access to physical trainers, though never going to far as to make his sleek figure bulky. He stands 6'1 tall, and weighs around 150 pounds. His skin has seen many beaches, and Jean-Claude has a gorgeous golden tan, to compliment his romantic heritage.
His facial features are sharp, with high cheek bones. He keeps his face well groomed, though allows some scruff to grow as to please the ladies. His hair is a Chestnut brown, and is well kept; short and able to take many fashionable forms with the right amount of gel. His eyes are a piercing hazel, with prominent specks of green and mix well with the browns.
Jean-Claude is utterly fashionable, able to afford what most of the world cannot. As such, his clothes are of the finest fabric, the best shades, and always carefully pieced together to make Jean-Claude a walking masterpiece. His favorite color is a Deep Forest green, which completes his skin tone and hair/eye color, and enjoys lounging in V-necks of that particular shade.
Personality - Jean-Claude is a smooth son-of-a-bitch. His words are honey, and his tongue is quicksilver, yet sharp as a tack. Years of the best Education the UF can offer have molded Jean-Claude into a master of the social arts, able to befriend even the most uncouth or cold-blooded soul. He uses a mixture of fabrications and seemingly endless knowledge to slip past people's guards, and within an alarmingly short period of time, can absorb the most precious of secrets from an individual.
However, Jean-Claude was raised a gentleman. His style is gregarious and cheery, and will never stoop into the darker emotions of anger and belligerence, unless all else has failed. His tactics range from flattery to seduction, depending on the person. He can quickly observe a person and concoct a custom-made plan of action to woo the individual or party. it should be noted that this man also has extraordinary memory skills, able to remember the slightest of details and change in his surroundings.
Jean-Claude enjoys the lap of luxury, and is never hesitant to use his money to push him forward in the conquest of manipulating/finding secrets/befriending. He gives costly gifts, can and will throw parties at the drop of a hat, and wouldn't think twice before buying everyone in the bar a drink to impress his female target. But, he genuinely enjoys having a good time, and is pleased when his friends, subjects, love interests, and even targets, are enjoying themselves.
His likes are the best of the best, pleasure and enjoyment, the juiciest secrets, and the successful usage of Knowledge and wit to prevail over brawn and brute force. He is also a lover of the arts and nature, the pretty things in life. His dislikes are brutish and oblivious people, those who are brash and stubborn. He also does not like fighting for pleasure; He sees war as a way to further business and progress into the future. He hates smokers, and is a very vain person, when it comes to himself most especially. He will always take the time to perfect his looks and look as pleasing as can be, for that is how he works the best.
As a final note about his personality, Jean-Claude is also very sensual, and usually uses close and personal tactics, especially ladies. He enjoys a challenge, and is always on the hunt for different women to enjoy. However, do not mistake Jean-Claude for a womanizer... oh alright, he is somewhat a Womanizer. But his heart is always in the right place. He never manipulates a love interest, unless to save her, and secretly enjoys the idea of stumbling upon the right girl throughout his luxurious adventures.
Battle Info - Jean-Claude would never stoop to self combat to get what he wants. He has never been in a situation where he himself had to attack or fight, and he always avoids extreme conflict. However, he will gladly send his pawns into battle for him, saving the act of getting himself dirty and bruised.
Weapons - Jean-Claude's most dangerous weapon is his tongue, second only to his money. He was born to manipulate and debate, yet knows when to keep his mouth shut and observe. His mastery of the charismatic arts has proven time and time again useful for him, as his family's business has flourished even more so with his work, as well as the under the counter deals and trades. His money talks big, and the two weapons combined prove to make Jean-Claude a great ally and a horrible foe. Jean-Claude is always willing to be a benefactor, for the right price. As for tangible weapons, such as guns and swords, Jean-Claude pushes them aside. He trained with a rapier as a child for sport and recreation, and had a small knack, but other than that, Jean-Claude has no weapon experience or talents in fighting. He relies on his manipulation and wealth to get him where he wants to (as well as his security, guards, and other henchmen).
Equipment - Jean-Claude is always equipped with a mini camera to snap quick shots of his surroundings or others. He also has a sketch book/journal, in which he takes careful notes. He travels lightly, which might sound strange for a wealthy person, but he always makes sure to splurge when he is at his destined location. He keeps 6 of his favorite ensembles at all times, to stay fashionable. He always keeps his custom made gel and other hygiene products with him wherever he travels to/visits.

History -
Jean-Claude is the Son of Luca Arcara and Elaine Cossette Barrineau. In his youth, Luca was a poor boy, born into a miner family and forced to slave away everyday in the mines. His father, though poor, was the Mining Boss for the certain section of the excavating sites the Arcara family worked in; His mother, the co-assistant Mining Boss. His father was in charge of coal, while his Mother led her section in gasoline discovery and distribution. Luca's Father always claimed that the mountains held valuable source of power, some much more advanced than the simple coal they tried to gather. He secretly sent miners searching for the "Revolutionary Power source" all throughout his years as Mining Boss, and did so until he died. Luca was told by his father, in his last words before death, to find that source. Luca promised, and although he never was Mining Boss, he himself searched the dark caverns and murky depths for the supposed fuel.
When Luca was 28, after over 12 years of Working in poor conditions and desperately searching to fulfill his later father's dream, he struck Gold; actually, Arcaranite to be precise. Yes, after digging extremely deep, far passing the safety zones of regular coal and gasoline retrieval, Luca stumbled upon a small vein of a mysterious alloy, never before seen. After digging so long, Luca knew that this must be what his father meant. After 7 hours of struggling to resurface with a jar full of the heavy, deep green alloy, Luca appeared, and was welcomed by relieved family and friends (mining accidents happened all too often when your equipment and gear was bought with the poorest of pennies). He was proud to show what he discovered, but most people simple shook their heads. It looked more like some kind of underground rock infected by fungus.
Luca knew it was the real deal though. He locked himself in a make shift lab, located in his own bedroom. His wife was concerned, but knew of the promise he had made with his father. She believed in him, and a week after the discovery everything payed off. After converting the alloy into liquid form, by heating it up extremely, it proved to be 100% energy, and could fuel anything 10 times better than gasoline. The smallest amount could do the work of /factories/ built upon coal. His Mining camp rejoiced. Soon, the UF had sent the best engineers, mineralogists, and scientist in the whole nation to investigate the vein Luca found, as well as his discovery of its amazing energy purposes. They were flabbergasted at the discovery. Becoming very serious, they whisked Luca away to the capitol city, and began to discuss important and highly confidential topics. Apparently, the UF years ago created the blueprints for an amazing weapon, one so powerful and devastating it would surely cause the enemy nations to crumple, and show UF as the victor of the world. However, they could not fuel it on coal and gasoline, it needed more power; power they simply did not have. So, the idea was scrapped, destroyed, a long gone memory. However, the alloy Luca found was just what they needed. With this, The weapon could be forged AND powered, and a new era would arise, the era of The United Front. They told Luca their price for his whole mining company, as they believed when there's one vein, there were more nearby; Luca said yes before the total left their lips.
The UF made a deal with Luca Arcara: A hefty sum of cash, and He would work for them, mining for not coal and gasoline now, but Arcaranite (named after the founder of the alloy). Within a half a year his poor section of UF was transformed into a high class mining facility. His workers were given the best machinery and equipment, and the mining process sped up tenfold. using the main canal Luca had bore to find the original source, the workers mined with fervor and haste, backed with a raise of their own. Luca and his family was booming and happy, and as 7 more veins were located, their wealth sky rocketed.
Flash forward 20 years.
Luca and Elaine became extremely successful, creating their own company for energy sources and profiting massively. Also, their top secret section of the business was booming as well; Arcaranite was discovered to only be located in the regions of the UF. this proved very valuable, as the nation could create their super weapon without another standing in their way. As they got older, the wealthy couple had had a number of kids; Deandre, the eldest boy, Madeline, the only girl, Alfonso the middle boy, and finally Jean-Claude, the youngest of the bunch. Sadly, life was cruel. When Jean-Claude was only 7, his nation was breached for one of the first times in history by such big a scale. The assault was stopped, but not before all of his siblings had perished. This change the Arcara family in a drastic way, as Luca turned bitter and went to engrossing himself in his business, and Elaine became a softer, overprotective mother. Jean-Claude was spoiled to death by his mother, and with no siblings, he led a somewhat lonely childhood, eager to make a friend.
But now, Jean-Claude lives in the Capitol City, tasting the best of the world. He never really had a taste of poverty that his mother and father lived through, but he is no spoiled brat, even through Elaine's excessive gifts and care. Luca was determined to make sure his son understood that even though everyone isnt equal social wise, everyone is equal human wise. You had to build up to get to the top, it didnt just come to you. At age 24 he was a gorgeous man, an artisan blend of intellect, charisma, talent, good looks, and sensitivity. He also was a prime reason in why his family's business sky-rocketed even more so; He grew to be quite the business man. With his Charisma and smooth talking, along side his honesty and truth, he built strong friendships and bonds with other companies and dealers, making Arcara Corp. the largest free standing business in UF, and possibly the world.
During this time, Luca was notified by the people who had given him grants and money to mine Arcaranite all those years ago. They said that the super weapon was nearly half complete, and the stockpiled sources of Arcaranite were almost at the levels they hypothesized were needed to run the machinery. But, there seemed to be a problem; rumors spread that there was something going on in CoS. Did they discover their own fuel source? or an ancient weapon? or perhaps secrets to finish off the UI? They did not know, but they wanted Luca's help. Luca then entrusted his only living son, Jean-Claude, with the taste at hand; Travel to the Coalition of Sigma and see what you could figure out. The nations were at peace at the moment, a steady but shaky treaty ensuring Jean-Claude's safety. Luca knew he was up for the task: His son had an uncanny ability to find out secrets he wanted to know. He had trained his son well, and gave Jean-Claude a rare but loving hug as he bid adieu. The boy was smart but level-headed. He would not bite off more than he could chew, though he probably go and splurge in the pleasures of CoS's Upper class.
And so Jean-Claude set off. He knew the CoS would be suspicious; He would have to use his mastered abilities like an expert if he wanted to come home alive with the information needed. But, he didnt have a worry in his head. He was excited to see the realm of the sigma, and also eager to learn secrets. Perhaps he might even learn a thing or two about the Brotherhood, a secret organization that since childhood Jean-Claude had always had an interest in. Whose side were they on? and whose side was Jean-Claude on anyway? family came first to him.... but if his family was safer with another side, then perhaps Jean-Claude would have to say goodbye to the United Front.

After reading everyone's CS (which all look splendid by the way, this will be very interesting), I have already created plan of actions and tactics to counter each unique individual.
