If ever there was a way to personify fire, the result would be Scarlett. She's feisty and strong and she is not a force to be reckoned with. She can be soft and calm when she wants to be, and around the right people, but if there is something standing in the way of something she wants, or she's been told something she didn't want to hear, Scarlett is explosive. She's got a temper to match that of a hurricane and the destruction she can leave in her path is just as strong. Her tongue is so sharp, she can tear you apart with a few simple words. She's not easily impressed, but is usually rather sceptical. She has her guard up alot because thats the way her father taught her to be and she thinks it makes her appear stronger. She has very strong opinions on whether a woman can do what a man can do, and often gets called a Feminist. She doesn't take it as an insult, though thats the way it is directed at her sometimes. As the daughter of the Leader of the Brotherhood, Scarlett is protected much more than she appreciates being. Because of how she is over-protected, Scarlett finds herself wanting to be more and more rebellious, in order to show her father exactly what she is made of.

Though her father doesn't like Scarlett being put in situations which put her in danger, he insists that she carries around weapons for her own protection. She carries a shotgun, a small, but very sharp and dangerous dagger and a stun-gun. She's also skilled in several types of martial arts and can take care of herself much better than her father thinks she can.
She very rarely needs equipment, though she does carry around certain things which are just helpful in general.
- A torch.
- Suicide Pills. (As the person closest to Tobias, she's a likely target for their enemies and so she has to be prepared.)
- A survival set, just in case.
- A necklace her mother gave her.
She's working on getting one.
Scarlett was born into the ranks of the Brotherhood. She barely ever saw her father; he was always too busy at the Complex. When she was younger, she had memories of him but as she got older, they became more like a dream than a reality. Her mother was her best friend, her confidant, the most important person in her life and she knew the feeling was mutual. So when she became very sick when Scarlett was fourteen, Scarlett fell into a pit of depression ,terrified that she was going to lose her.
On the night that her fears were realised, Scarlett tried to take her own life and failed. For three months, she didn't speak a word to anyone, not even her father. On the outside, he didn't seem to be affected by his wifes death, but Scarlett knew that the still waters in her father ran very deep and though he might not be showing it on the outside, on the inside he was broken.
One day, three months after the death of her mother, Scarlett realised that there was no point in devoting herself to a lifetime of silence and instead decided to spend her time trying to be noticed, trying to prove herself. She began her training and as she grew into a woman, she also grew into a fighter. Still, though, her father refused to let her join the Military. His argument was that, as his daughter, she shouldn't have to fight, whether she wanted to or not. He wanted her to remain an ordinary, beautiful woman like her mother, not be a fighter. Scarletts argument, on the other hand, was that as his daughter, she had a right to fight if she wanted to and should be seen doing so, as an incentive to the others.
It was a fact that, to this day, neither party could ever agree on.
