Once more into the fray..
The Treasure Hunter(Jones Sparrow and DumbApple)OOC
The year is 1932. The time of the United States' great depression. A time where even the mightiest of people fell dirt poor and fell to the poverty and cold hard truth... So did a very popular treasure hunter. In the 20's he was known for his charm, his knowledge of history, and his way around a brawl... He is now a man in debt from high up people, he drinks, has hit rock bottom.
He will have another chance when an old friend and mentor provides him a lead to a knew treasure worth more than half of the bachelors still around. He obviously accepts, but finds that this friend has lost his life even before he got there. He hid the clue in the house that only the treasure hunter could find, and is caught off guard when the mentor's daughter comes to visit. Both confused and questionable towards each other, they have to escape the house after being fired upon.
They both have agendas but require each other to do it. The daughter to find out why these men killed her father, and the treasure hunter wants the fame and money... Although they don't always see eye to eye the will eventually find a likeness towards each other... one that will turn into love. They will help each other, and find out the true reason why this relic is so much kept a secret.
FORM: feel free to add/remove anything you want!!
Name: Raymond Chase
Age:25
Appearance:
Bio: When you're orphaned as a kid in the heart of new York, you don't become the most popular by always doing the right thing... Although I tried to stick out for myself and others, I did my share of pretty bad things... In school I tried my best to do well in all subjects, but the one I excelled in was history. I had a passion for it. A yearning to uncover what it was like to be back in that time. To be there when the fathers signed the Declaration, or when The Spartans died protecting their land at Thermopolye... This struck a very smart and talented professor and treasure hunter. He taught me the rule of the trade, and got me many of my first jobs as a treasure hunter...
He taught me languages, current and ancient. how to fight, how to shoot, how to determine the age of anything and everything. What treasures are real, and fake... I eventually left with his teachings to make it out in the world. I sold all my finds to museums, and a few for donations. I was living the life. With a large apartment, money, a few girls, a nice drink... But the life of a treasure hunter comes with enemies, attention, and rivals.... Then the Depression hit. And that speaks for itself... I soon went to relying on whiskey, gambling, and sleeping all day...
Personality: Witty, Calm, has a state of gloominess since the depression. Incredibly smart when it comes to history and languages. Although he has a sarcastic tone and a bummed out attitude at first, when he's on a hunt he is full of energy and spirit. He truly is a nice, and kind guy... after you get past the rough scars that surround him.
Other: Has a tattoo of an hour glass on the back of his neck.

The Little One
Name: Elaine Smith
Age:20
Appearance: ((I don't really do pictures I might draw one later on.))
Hair: black/ long, usually tied back in a ponitail.
Eyes: Rather large and a Dark Green color
Skin Tone: white
Features: she has a cute roundish face and soft features.
Height: 5'5
Build: Slender built
Bio:
I never been without my dear father since my day of birth, which I regret to say was my mother's last day among the living as well. I guess that's why I wouldn't feel right leaving my father, he would be all alone in the world if I was not there with him wouldn't he. Besides, it is not as if I was the most sociable girl in my childhood, I had always enjoyed the quiet. Not once was I attracted to the frivolous life style so many had lived around me, all the parties and drinks. But that had to do with my up bringing, my father was a professor, knowledge and understanding was everything to him and I guess it rubbed off on me too... not that there's anything with some music and dancing every once in a while you know...
I either spend the day with my father or with a good book of a sort. I love reading about the world, especially about foreign places. More than anything else in the world do I want to see Paris! Oh what a treat it would be... My father promised me I would go there with him someday... When we get some extra money that is. Oh, but what does that matter in the long run though, life may be hard right now for us... but ... but at least we have each other. At least I'm not alone.
Personality: A rather perky girl if someone brings up her interests. Though she says she doesn't like the social aspect of life, she loves music and dancing. She's a heavy reader and has a broad basis of knowledge. She is not in anyway a violent person and seems to look over her father's 'hobby' for it seems to bring some violence now and then. She has a habit of trying to ignore problems so long as it won't bother her. She is a friendly girl, and quite the chatterbox when she feels she can talk to someone. She however is a bit of a cynic and finds it hard to trust strangers.
Other: She wears a small gold necklace that used to be her mother's. It was a gift from her father given to her on her 16th birthday.

So when we start the RP is it in first or third person? I'm sure I would figure that out when it gets posted, but I'm just curious.
