Well, still try if he does have an interest, which I don't think he does. Instead of it being first come, first serve, what we like to do if there is competing apps, the GMs look at both samples and the applications as a whole, and they chose which person has the better vision, better backstory and ideas, and the better sample. We've felt like that encourages people to step their game up on all levels.
