Kell had moved deeper into the base through the vent system, staying out of the way and out of sight for the most part and using his wireless signal to check for another hard-point he could drill into the system through. Eventually he found one, and with himself safely packed into the vent behind a solid section of wall, he pushed into it, enjoying the funny lightshow in his head as he invaded a computer with his own conciousness, perhaps he could share this experience with someone later, it's quite a lovely show. For the time being of course he was focused more on the bases systems, observing Velia and Durant's planning through their comm line, and prioritizing certain connections that he could use to aid it, and soon there would be a series of metallic 'THUNKS' as several doors locked down, doors along the path to Durant's men that would otherwise allow the mercenaries, in the room velia had observed, to escape through other exits or even to call in assistance from elsewhere, then he finally spoke into the group's actual comm link this time.
"Alright, I'm pretty thoroughly in the system, I heard your plan, so I've locked down a number of doors to make sure the only path the Mercs can take is straight into your ambush, unless of course they brought heavy explosives along to blow open a new path. I've also acquired a little assistance." A turret in the room Durant's men were waiting in ambush, suddenly came alive, though it didn't shoot, rather the targeting light on it turned bright green as a signal that it was under control, then turned towards the door that the intruders would be expected to come through. " I've got control of one of the turrets in your ambush room, as well as a few choice conduits in the walls to add to the stress for the mercs and maybe even knock a few out for prisoner taking, as well the turret is set to 'debilitate', not kill unless an immediate life threat to a friend is being caused.... Lastly, I'm approximately 20 Meters down the line from Vent access to the Control room you're about to break into, Once you draw them out, I can slip in and clear the room of anyone they might leave behind, as well as likely get full control of the systems from the higher clearance terminals."
He paused for a bit before adding a last little bit on "Oh, also, I can just 'forcibly open' that door, add more surprise to your attention getter for when you toss the grenade in, rather than blow the door and give them a chance to all take cover, unless you really want that shock value, then by all means, go for it. In the mean time until your ready, I'll go through the rest of the systems and see if any other camera feeds are working and try to locate other clusters of mercs, and see If I can't check some sensitive areas for merc intrusion." Of course he also was not going to pass up the opportunity to compile a good heap of information that belonged to one of the council races, He was already working on very covertly downloading what information he could get that wasn't buried behind high class fire-walls that couldn't been broken through without leaving tracks.
