Name: Kyle Coal
Race: Human
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Bio: Well, being raised on a farm isn't the greatest of starts for an adventure but hey, every story starts with a step, right?
Lets just say Kyle, he worked hard. Harder then some. Farming wheat, feedin' pigs. All part of a days work. From the moment he could walk on two legs the boy was already on his way to greatness in the family business. Did he like this manual labor? Damn straight he did. He was a rootin tootin farmer, and boy did he love his life! He lived with his family, ma, pa, and the sister. Jane, Matt and 'Sis', as he called him. Never found calling them by any titles like ma or pa very respectful. They were people, after all~!
Now, the Coals were a well off family, see? Had the money, had the goods, had some great land and lots of farm animals and crops. Really, it was the perfect farm life. Wake up every morning, go out and do your chores, go fishing at the pond and go back home. Who could hate such simple living?
Course, all of this simple livin' only lasted until one, fateful day...
Was a morning, much like any, and Kyles first task was to go out and feed the horses in the barn. Simple job, really. Get the oats, toss em in the feed bags, give them to the horses. Nothing to difficult. He picked up the bucket of oats from the Feed shed and was making his way over to the barn when something, he couldn't figure out what, was churning inside of him. He grabbed his gut and dropped the feed, and looking around with wide eyes he began wondering if he was having a heart attack, and if this was going to be the end of Coal Jr's short life. Turns out it wasn't, but, when he got to his senses and was able to get onto his feet, he realized there was fog. Now, considerin' about 2 minutes ago this place was as clear as a spit shined wine glass, he was rightfully amazed. Now, as soon as it had come, of course, it began to rapidly go away. Odd, really, but the boy thought nothing of it. Later that night, he told his folks of what had happened.
See, now this is where our little story gets a little weird. Turns out, his parents was hiding something from him for some odd reason- Some sort of past with magi and what not. It was one heck of a long chat. Turns out, he was the only one in the living family that could use this 'mana' or what not, and they was hiding it from him because they wanted him to live a normal life! Well, ain't that some cow crap? Of course, the boy was rapidly excited of this turn of events~! He was some sort of wizard in his eyes, and, even though he thought he had possibly one of the lamest 'natures' ever. I mean, c'mon. Fog? Really? Some folks got fire, or steel, or iron, and he gets fog? Well, no point cryin' over spilt milk, gifts a gift and he wanted to learn how to use it~!
Of course, his parents wouldn't teach him. They didn't know jack diddly about mana, being non users themselves. So, the boy was learning how to use mana under his own brain and body- Trial by fire and what have ya', till one fateful day... See, that's where I would put some silly story about getting a letter and changing his life and what not?
Yeah, he just got a letter in the mail one day, read it, and well, to make a long story short, packed up his stuff and made his way to this place of learnin~!
Appearence:
Mana Nature: Fog
Other: He's got a pocketwatch, from his father, but that's about it~!
