__ Oregon is a small town going about its business as usual on a Friday. The talk of the town is still the "lightning storm" over at the GDS place. Although everyone knows the sky was clear so the subtext is "what did they do wrong over there?" Talk turns to space guns and lasers. Most are glad there's a large empty space between the place and town.

__ The location in question also seems normal - from the outside. But most viewers are 500 feet away on the road and seeing the evergreen trees. The trees do not hide the upper floors of the three story office building. Its dark-tinted windows hide anyone inside. But now and then one can see the head and shoulders of someone on the roof. While there might be more than one person up there, they all have short hair and are wearing a dark blue shirt. Presumably they are security.
__ The even larger eight story building behind the office building doesn't look too monstrous and imposing from the road but looking at something from a thousand feet away tends to diminish its impact. Looking closely through the gate reveals people carrying catwalks and metal frameworks from the barely noticeable pre-fab warehouse to the big building. While the temperature is in the forties, the workers seem to be exerting themselves enough that few bother with a jacket. From this distance everything is ordinary.
