Dexter shrugs and says, "I'm not sure I think she ran off to find some wild pokemon.

Eevee rushes with all its might, it launches it self into the air with the means to smash into the Torchic and take it out. "EE-V-E !" Blazed tries to leap out of the way but is hit by Kaytons charging Eevee. "That's how you do it !" Dex shouts at his partner. Blazed limps back up and with a determined look on its face charges at the Eevee once more, Torchic lands a harsh scratch across the Eevees face, not a second passes by before Dex commands his Rufflet to peck once more !" With one sharp jab Blazed hits the ground transforming into red energy and being zapped back into its ball.

Kayton and Dex slap hands together to proclaim there victory. , "Don't sweat it Alex, I have a bit of experience in this sort of thing, you really held your own out there. Blazed will be one tough Pokémon. Dex sweeps his bangs out from his face before adding, , "Lets run over to the Pokémon center and heal our Pokémon and then try and find Minda.

After the trip to the Pokémon center Alex, Kayton and Dexter start there search for the orange haired girl.

Minda walks through the grass looking up at the clouds in a sort of day dreaming state. She yawns inwards deeply and then exhales, a white puff of steam flows from her warm breath in the chilly weather. she passes a tree that has all but dropped most of its leaves. She spots a Patrat up in its nest cuddled up for warmth. She walks a bit further and spots a small pond. Near the pond sits a cute little Purrloin. It calmly licks its paw and then rubs it across its face in a typical feline manner.

Minda wonders onwards as she day dreams, "Wow that Abomasnow made me spacy." She see's the Patrat and thinks "aww cute" But when she spots the Purrloin she knows that that is the one she wants to catch. "Okay Starla here we go again, this will be a snap !" Minda tosses the event ball out into the air, it pops open and unleashes the red energy that configures into Starla. "Starla, approach the Purrloin and use scratch, take it by surprise. Starla creeps up to the Purrloin as she gets ready for the surprise attack.

Starla sneaks up to the Purrloin and swipes its claws at it. The Purrloin is taken off guard and scratched badly. The wild Purrloin is quite ticked off at the attack, so it attacks back with a scratch of its own, Starla is hit by the attack and immediately burps up a small bit of flame. Could it be? Minda with wide eyes watches as her Charmander lets off a thick ball of flame that hurtles towards the Purrloin sending it to the ground. Minda launches a pokeball out at the downed Pokémon. The ball soars through the air landing near the Purrloin. The ball opens up and sucks in the Pokémon in a brilliant light show. The pokeball shakes once, twice, a third time, and then sits perfectly still on the grass. On top of that Starla has learned Ember !

Minda Jumps into the air and shouts "YES!" she give a quick laugh before adding "My first wild Pokémon! , Nice job Starla you learned Ember your so good girl!" The two skip out of the grassy area that is scattered with light trees, they pass by the nesting Patrat and back towards town. "I wonder what the boys are up to, I wonder if it is time to head out to Kanto now?"

Minda makes another stop at the Pokémon center to heal her new Purrloin. She spots the boys and runs over to greet them. "So who won the battle?" Dex gives Minda a quick smile and responds "Kayton and I, It was a close one though. Are you ready to head on over to the ship?" Now that you are all together once more you all decide to head over to the docks that have been newly built in the city near the waters edge. "Captain Hatak's Ship is suppose to be docked here taking on passengers, lets see if we can find it. Its a huge ship it shouldn't be that hard." Dexter laughs as he sweeps the annoying bangs out of his face.

You all make it to the sandy beach and walk onto the huge dark brown wooden dock. There are three ships docked at the ramps. The biggest of the three ships rests in the first space marked space {A} The ship has painted on the side in big letters for everyone to see, 'S.S. Eagle Glider' Dexter points to the Eagle Glider and motions for everyone to head that direction. The line to get on the ship is huge...it go's on forever. What a drag, what's the hold up? Dexter thinks to him self. Just then you all hear Professor Hemps voice call out. "Hey guys ! Hold up !" The professor catches up with the group and is a bit out of breath. A girl wearing a pretty kimono type outfit and holding a fancy parasol to block the sun stands next to the professor. The girl holds a Sapheal in her arms. "Sorry guys, I had a last minuet request to have this lovely young lady join your group. Her name is Aries Maze, although she is not a contest winner she has obtained a special pass to accompany you all. As you all can see she has obtained a Sapheal for her starting Pokémon. I trust you will all take her in and treat her with kindness. To change the subject, the ship you are all suppose to get on is named the S.S. Eagle Glider. Captain Hatak should be ready to leave in about 2 hours." The professor looks over to see the long line leading all the way out the ship and down the side walk. "Oh my...it looks as if something has come up...lets go check it out guys." You all walk over to the ticket master at the front of the line who is being bombarded by questions from angry passengers. "Excuse me...um...excuse me sir..umm..you the ticket master, umm." Professor Hemp tries to get a word in with the ticket taker and finally grabs his attention. "Yes, I was wondering what the hold up is if I may ask.' The ticket master looks at the professor and with a hectic and frantic look on his face he responds, "Its an emergency...Some goons have snuck onto the ship and held the Captain hostage. They demand that everyone give up there Pokémon or they will steal the ship with everyone on it who couldn't get off, sink it out at sea after killing the captain!" The professor looks at the others with a strange look and says, " "We have to do something about this. You guys should find a way to sneak onto the ship while I distract the guards and ticket taker." Professor Hemp walks off to do his part of the plan. Dexter looks at the others with a worried look on his face... "What now?"

Kayton shuddered slightly as the situation was explained. "Shouldn't we wait for the police?" He asked quite timidly. "I mean, they're specialised to do this right? What could we do? They say they're going to kill the captain! We might just make things worse." Kayton hoped that the others would see sense and just walk away, after all was there even a way to get onboard without being spotted.

Alex nodded his head and listened quietly. "Maybe if we say we are going to give them our pokemon they would have to come out to get them, that might be our time to strike." He said wondering if the plan would work. "But then again that could fail and we would just end up getting beaten and losing them. I've waited my whole life for an opportunity like this and I'm not going to just sit back and let some thugs ruin it. We have to figure out a way to get this boat moving as soon as possible." You could tell by the look on his face that he was starting to get angry.

They're amateurs, Aries thought to herself. They already hijacked a ship, they should've sailed away when they had the chance. She gave herself a minute to think before she said anything. "You know, I say they're bluffing. They can't sink the ship, or else they'll be stuck at sea long enough for the coast guard to pick them up. I may be giving them too much credit, but they might be stalling for time," she said. "Theres probably a cargo hold somewhere, I'm sneak aboard through that way, and proceed to reeducate on the finer details of hijacking. Any of you want to come along?" she added, gesturing to the lower decks.

A big stack of brown barrels filled with various liquids next to a pile of long thick ropes near the ship proves to be a good place to squat down and discuss what should be done about this situation. Some of you crouch down, some sit on up right barrels. Dex looks at the ground and thinks for a bit, Dexter stands up and nods at Aries, "That's a good idea"
Dexter glances at the cargo holds and agrees that it would be best to try and sneak on board through that area. You all manage to make it to the cargo holds door way. After a few strokes with his lock pick Dexter has the door open, 'CrEeeEk' the door slowly opens up "SSHHHH" a female in all green pokes her head out the door way and makes a 'hush' noise at you all with her finger held over her lips. Another who is a male and in a brown suit with reddish orange hair flaps his hands back and fourth motioning for you all to hurry and come inside. The two strangers close the door behind you before introducing themselves. "I am James Furlow, I was on the ship already when it was hijacked by the thugs." The girl in green go's next, "I'm Ana Jouven" She says in a whispering tone. "I to was aboard the ship when it was taken by the men in team Rocket outfits." James then takes over again, "Me and Ana managed to sneak out of the holding area and saw you guys trying to get aboard, are you here to help?" "We need to hide...lets try and find a place to rest for a second." You all manage to find a small closet to squeeze into. James explains to Dexter and the group how He and Ana found where the stolen Pokémon are being held. James and Ana both hold up there pokeball indicating that they have managed to hold onto there Pokémon. "We should work together on taking out these team Rocket wannabes."

Every time James mentions team rocket Ana mumbles something that sounds similar to"Muks, useful as a Magikarp" upon meeting the strangers Ana says"So from what I saw of the festival from my tv in Sinnoh you bunch are the contest winners congratulations.Now meet my Pokemon" in a whisper she presses the button on her Poke ball and release her pokemon with a whisper of "Come on out Lottles" with this a quirky looking Lotad comes from the Poke ball with a faint cry of "Lotad" after that Ana states"That's my Lottles, the jewel of my eye with a leaf of emerald and skin as blue as the clearest sky"
