Hullo, fellow role players! I'd fallen out of the scenes for a while with the holiday work season and finals with school. Work has calmed down a bit and I have a less demanding school schedule this semester, so I'm ready to RP!
First off, let's get started with the rules. Everybody has them, here's mine...
1.) Be creative! Please, tell me any ideas you might have! I don't want to hold someone's hand through the story and create the plot on my own. I want the story to be yours as much as it is mine.
2.) I will give at the very least 3-5 paragraphs and I hope for and expect the same in return. Absolutely no one-liners! I despise it! I understand with dialogue scenes, it can be a little shorter than some, but I will not accept one-liners. Be more creative than that.
3.) I'm pretty lenient with violence and sex scenes (though I draw the line at rape and incest). That being said, I don't want the RP to be all about sex. I want character depth and drama, comedy, suspense... The whole package.
4.) I prefer to RP through my email, which will be provided to you when everything is established. I just find it easier and more convenient.
5.) I don't require character sheets for anything, but I want you to have an understanding of your characters, which goes back to depth. I like learning the characters as we go.
7.) If you don't hear from me for a couple days, please be patient. I have work and I'm going to school as well, but I will get you a reply. Sometimes, I can even reply several times a day. But all in all, I will reply and I hope you do too. If you decided to leave, please tell me! Don't just leave me hanging. I'll understand.
8.) I'm female and I enjoy playing female roles, especially because I usually already have a character suited for the RP. But I won't be all bitchy and only play females. I'll double up too, if you'd like me to.
